Is Atlas coming to PS4? We’ve caught wind of plenty of folk asking that very question regarding Grapeshot Games‘ swashbuckling survival MMO, which has seen huge popularity since launching for the PC back in December 2018. What’s more, it’s coming to Xbox One next month, so it’s unsurprising people are curious about an Atlas PS4 release.

There’s been no official confirmation on Atlas coming to the PS4 at this point, but one thing stopping it might be the fact Sony is reticent about adding an Early Access program for its current-generation console. The PC version had it, the Xbox One supports it, but PS4 doesn’t.
At this point, a PS4 version (as far as we know) hasn’t been discussed, and given the lack of Early Access, we can assume it won’t be made available until the full version of the game is released. That’s assuming Grapeshot Games is going to bring it to Sony’s platform; nothing is guaranteed at this point, especially with next-gen just around the corner.

On December 21, the long-awaited launch of the multiplayer online game Atlas took place, which I am reviewing based on fresh 3-hour impressions.
Of course, now the game is in Early Access , so it has numerous problems with the network code and a crooked engine inherited directly from Ark Survival Evolved .
Dinosaurs have been replaced by pirates, but the mystical and fantasy elements are preserved. The key feature against the background of the same Sea of Thieves is the focus towards MMO, the total number of players in the world can reach 40 thousand people.
As the authors plan, in the future, gamers will be able to create full-fledged island empires, upgrade the economic model in the manner of EVE Online , organize joint raids and even large-scale wars in vast territories.
Xbox One is slated to release in 2019, with no release date for PS4 . Nothing has been announced about the release of Early Access , so buying the game in its current state is a certain kind of risk that the consumer takes on.
Looking at the first reviews in Steam , one conclusion suggests itself: everything is bad. Difficulties began even before the launch, when a group of streamers were waiting for the launch and were broadcasting live. Behind them on the service Twitch was watched by about 30 thousand viewers, temporarily displacing CoD and PUBG from the leading lines of the popularity rating.
In the game itself, we see a colossal map of 700 islands that will have to be carefully explored in search of interesting locations, treasures and valuable artifacts.

While you’re waiting for an update on Ubisoft’s pirated online game Skull and Bones, the internet is in turmoil over another pirated MMO, Atlas.
The game launched in early access right before the Christmas break, promising grog-flavored survival with over 40,000 players at once.
Where can I get this Atlas game?
Atlas is available on PC through the Steam Early Access initiative and will cost you $29.99 or $23. You will need 100 GB of free hard drive space and NVIDIA GTX 770 2 GB / AMD Radeon HD 7870 2 GB or more to run it.
The team has not yet confirmed whether we will see an Atlas PS4 version or an Atlas Xbox One version.

Atlas is a survival game with a fantasy pirate flavor. Dive into a world populated by thousands of other players, you’re tasked with conquering territory, building ships, hunting down that pirate’s favorite — buried treasure — recruiting a crew, and generally plundering your way around the world. The whole adventure is made much more difficult thanks to the game’s brutal survival mechanics, including making sure your character is getting the right vitamins — I didn’t even know that in real life — and traversing a huge world that’s roughly 45,000 square kilometers.
