The best PS4 console deals in November 2022

The PS4 is now very difficult to buy as the PS5 is now firmly established as Sony’s main console and the hunt for a PS5 restock has improved considerably throughout 2022. It’s actually easier to buy the latest hardware today as multiple retailers have stock at any one time. Because of that, any deals on the PS4 are now limited to second-hand or refurbished consoles — the best of which you can find right here.
And that’s still where we find ourselves today. The only way to buy a PS4 right now is as a used console. If you’re happy to do that, it’s not a bad way to play some of the best PS4 games and most recent PlayStation exclusives on a budget console. Keep that in mind as there may be a limited-time bundle and lots of cheap games during the Black Friday PS4 deals.
Whether you want a PS4 or are willing to wait for the latest Sony console, do check back in regularly for all the latest deals, including any that might pop up in this year’s Black Friday deals.
PS4 console deals in the US
New PS4s were available to buy — but only for a very short while. Much like Sony’s newest console, it too has already sold out again. It seems weird saying this, given the console should have gone out of production at the end of last year, but it’s been so hard to get a PS5. Seeing this, Sony wanted to give people an option if they’re desperate to play new releases that are also launching on the previous generation console.
If a brand new console comes back in stock we’ll add it below. For now, your only option is to go second hand or refurbished.
PS4 (1TB) Refurbished: $289.99 at GameStop
Given a brand new PS4 console sells for $299.99, this is a lot to pay for a second-hand one at GameStop. It just goes to show how prices have increased now that no new PS4 consoles are available to buy. This could change in the months ahead, though, so our suggestion is to wait and buy one of the new ones when they are available if you’re able to hold off right now.
PS4 console deals in the US
No brand new PS4 console or bundle deals are available to buy in the UK right now. It’s unclear if it will follow the US lead and get a batch of new consoles soon but we’re not expecting it. There are lots of second-hand consoles, though, so here are some of the cheapest prices we’ve spotted right now.
PS4 Slim (500GB) Pre-owned: from £159.99 at Game
Game has a few second-hand PS4 Slim consoles in stock right now. The condition is labelled as ‘fair’ which describes a fully functional console but one that has a few cosmetic imperfections such as scuffs and marks.

Along with the launch of the new generation console PlayStation 5 , Sony has introduced a great offer for all subscribers of the PlayStation Plus service — a collection of hits for PlayStation 4 as part of the PlayStation Plus Collection .
The now attractive collection has 20 designs including The Last of Us: Remastered , Bloodborne , God of War , Days Gone and Persona 5 , however it is possible that the set of games will be increased or changed in the future, as Jim Ryan , current head of , told in an interview Sony Interactive Entertainment .
«For now, we plan to wait a bit and see how the audience will meet the Plus Collection. Which games from this set will become the most popular, how much time users spend on them, and any decisions will be made based on this information.
Now [PlayStation Plus Collection] is a very effective tool to attract the audience. Let’s say you’ve never owned a PS4, and now when you buy a PS5, you actually own two systems at once, you know?» Jim Ryan explained his position.

The list of free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers for September 2022 was officially revealed a few hours after the leak.
The insider billbil-kun from the French discount aggregator Dealabs has been confirmed again.
Sony announced that users of the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles will be able to get three subscription games next month :
- Need for Speed Heat — PS4
- Granblue Fantasy Versus — PS4
- TOEM — PS5
All of them will be available for download on September 6, 2022 .
Recall that until September 6, subscribers still have a chance to pick up the August list of games, which includes Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 , Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Little Nightmares .
