Was ist das? Früher mal unter dem Namen Lineage Eternal bekannt, will sich Project TL an Diablo ein Vorbild nehmen. Eigentlich sollte das Projekt schon 2016 erscheinen, Entwickler NCSoft schmiss aber kurz vorher nochmal alles um und begann von neuem.

Was macht es besonders? Auch Project TL setzt auf Unreal Engine 4 und bombastische Szenen, was es optisch hervorstechen lässt. Viel ist über das Projekt leider immer noch nicht bekannt, wir erwarten aber ähnliches Gameplay wie bei Lost Ark.

Was erwartet euch 2023? Bereits 2022 wurde über einen Release des MMOs spekuliert. Laut einem Earnings Call von NCSoft wurde die Veröffentlichung aber auf das erste Halbjahr in 2023 verschoben. Bisher wissen wir noch so gut wie nichts über das Spiel, das angeblich fast fertig sein soll.

Was ist das? Wie der Name schon verrät, handelt es sich bei Odin: Valhalla Rising um ein Wikinger-MMO, das sich mit der nordischen Sagenwelt auseinander setzt. Das MMORPG wird vom koreanischen Publisher Kakao Games vertrieben, die bereits für Black Desert Online tätig waren.

Was macht es besonders? Der Fokus auf nordische Mythologie und die Unreal Engine 4 geben dem MMO einen ganz besonderen Anstrich. Bisher gibt es vier bestätigte Klassen (Krieger, Schurke, Priester und Zauberin). Außerdem könnt ihr es dank Crossplay auf PC und auf eurem Smartphone spielen.

Was macht es besonders? Der Mix aus Postapokalypse, Shooter-Elementen und Ego-Ansicht machen Pioner zu einem besonderen Kandidaten. Grundsätzlich ist das MMO mehr auf PvE-Inhalte, als auf PvP ausgelegt. Ihr könnt eure Waffe optimieren und euch unterschiedlichen Fraktionen anschließen. Eine Story sollt ihr ebenfalls erleben können. Auf den ersten Blick erinnert das MMO eher an The Division 2 oder Stalker, weswegen es spannend wird, wie viel MMO tatsächlich in diesem Genre-Mix stecken wird.

Was erwartet euch 2023? Angeblich soll Pioner 2023 erscheinen. Ein Release war aber auch schon für 2022 angekündigt. Wirklich viele Infos gibt es zu dem Shooter-MMO aber noch nicht, weswegen ihr vorsichtig optimistisch sein solltet.

Was ist das? Blue Protocol ist ein PvE-fokussiertes MMO mit Zeitreise-Story und Fantasy-Setting und SciFi-Elementen. Being a full fledged MMORPG, Neverwinter offers gameplay comparable to Action-MMO, but without the massive meat grinder of Diablo. It’s just that the game concentrates on battles, leaving quests, pumping, research and other familiar attributes behind the screen.
