30 Second Vehicle Stunts
In order to unlock the 20 vehicle stunts for the land based vehicles, simply steal a car and ram it into another car so that theyÂ’re facing each other. Hit the stunt button and then hit the jump to car button twenty times. You should, if the cars are lined up correctly, be able to get the twenty stunts in about 30 seconds. Works on other vehicles too!

Taking Over Territories
Use the following trick when you are taking over a village with the guerrillas. Ignore most of the enemies and charge towards the roadblock the government has up. Destroy it using grenades, a rocket launcher, or timed explosives. Do this to each one, and the «Capture enemy flag» objective will soon appear.
Run to it and press A to conquer that area. For other villages without roadblocks, such as the towns when a police car with a turret on the back appears, go in it. One of your teammates will also enter. Drive down street and your partner will kill everyone. Then, capture the flag when instructed. Do not open fire on anyone on your team or they will kill you.

Jump a dirt bike into some deep water. Press Y right when you fly off. Then swim up to your bike (it will be upside-down floating) and press Y again to get on it. You will be riding your bike on the water.

Fall Without Chute
In the game demo or in real game, best if just after a checkpoint saved when in a helicopter as to have many chances at this stunt. When this is done make sure to destroy all turrets nearby so that you do not get shot out of the air. Move to a location above a road or sand (flat ground). Move higher in altitude until «you are leaving the mission area, turn around» is stated. Then jump from the helicopter. At a minimum of 15 feet from the ground, pull back on your left stick and head strait. When you land you will usually be damaged slightly but still alive and without a parachute!

Wheel Through Ground
On a Fukuda BlueBolt ( Road Bike)
Go to any city, find a Fukuda BlueBolt Motorbike and line it up with the road, start driving down the road and hold down (towards your self like you are trying to do a Wheelie) on the left thumbstick.
The bike may go flying in the air with you or sometimes without you.
The explanation for this can be found when you shoot the rubber of the back wheel of the bike then preforming the above. The Metal part of the wheel goes through the ground and the road is placed down on the map in parts so when the back wheel hits these parts it will launch you upwards.
This can also happen in a fukuda Tornament (Rioja 02) and a Garret Paladin, the fastest car in the game at the Rioja 05 safehouse.

It may take a few attempts to get the timing right but when you press left right left right Ricos Jumping animation should replay every time you change weapon causing him to jump again.
Note: You do not have to keep pressing B to jump again in the air,you can use this technique to get to those «Hard to reach places»

Invisible Grapples
When walking around with the grapple gun you may see that you auto-target thin air. If you fire it will just go through it, BUT BE CAREFUL! When driving past these whilst on top of the car, sometimes it says ‘O; Jump to car’ DON’T DO IT’. I did and you end up in the ‘riding car’ position in mid air, and you can’t jump off or do anything, so I had to reset.

After level 2 there are territories you can take over. Once you have done about three of
them you will get the grapple hook.
Helicopter:

When you get your grapple hook fire it at a passing or attacking helicopter. Then, just
reel your self in.
Bald Eagle Persuader boat:

There is a boat that looks oddly like the Gungan submarine in Star Wars Episode 1. It
is called the Bald Eagle Persuader. It travels ridiculously fast on water. If you drive
it in a straight line for long enough it takes off and wings grow from the side. When
you land it, wheels pop out underneath. It is very difficult to control. It appears
about one in every ten visits to the mansion near a safehouse.
Note: it cycles in this order: sea, air, land. If you go from the air to the sea it
will just explode.
Agency jeep:

After you kill the man on the boat and finish the mission, you will get the agency jeep.
Taking over sites:

When taking over Guerrilla and Rioja sites, use your heavy drop in your PDA.
Choose the
truck and just start shooting your way through the entire thing until you have to take
the flag at a Guerrilla site or kill the head honcho at a Rioja site.

Just some fixes for getting Just Cause to run on modern systems.

Looks Like:
In-game window reading Save failed.
Can happen when saving changes to settings or at bases during game-play.
Caused By:
There are a couple issues than can cause this. Either Just Cause lacks permission
to write and modify files or an anti-virus program is blocking Just Cause from
making changes to your computer.
To Fix:
First check your antivirus software to see if its blocking Just Cause from modifying
files. If you dont have third party antivirus software installed, check Windows
Security to see if its ransomware protection has blocked Just Cause. To check, open
Windows Security and go to Virus and threat protection -> Manage ransomware protection
-> Allow an app through Controlled folder access
-> Add an allowed app
-> Recently blocked apps, and add JustCause.exe to your allowed apps,
if its listed. You can also add "JustCause.exe" by going to Browse all apps and
finding it with File Explorer.
If your antivirus software isnt blocking Just Cause then set "JustCause.exe" to run
as an administrator. To do this, open your installation of Just Cause, usually found
at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Just Cause
Right click JustCause.exe.
Go to Properties -> Compatibility and enable Run this program as an administrator.
This should allow Just Cause to write the files necessary for saving.

This happens when Just Cause cant locate the Steam.dll file. This may occur if Just
Cause and Steam are installed on two different drives. I experienced this issue after
setting JustCause.exe to run as an administrator while trying to fix another problem.

Copy, dont cut, the "Steam.dll" file from your Steam installation, usually found at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam

Taxi drivers take the line to earn money.
Fraudsters are well aware of this, they understand that taxi drivers have money, which means that they can be stolen. The schemes of scammers are very inventive, so drivers often do not realize until the last moment that they are being deceived, and when the understanding comes, it is already too late — their earnings or savings end up in the wrong hands.
Some scammers rob older taxi drivers. They see that the driver is many years old and understand that he is used to trusting people and does not really delve into modern technologies. The passenger asks if it is possible to transfer money to the card and asks the driver to name the code from the SMS, and this code is used to confirm the money transfer. Some scammers don’t even ask: the smartphone is on the dashboard, so you can just peep the code on the screen and withdraw money from someone else’s account.
There is a scheme with remote deception of the code, when a fraudster does not drive a car, but calls it to a closed area (for example, to a yard, access to which is blocked by a barrier, or to an enterprise).
He calls the driver and says that a code is needed for the passage, which will now come in SMS. It is easy to guess that this code is actually required to confirm the money transfer.
Sometimes the driver is ordered to meet some important people and asked to purchase elite alcohol in a certain store, promising to transfer money for the purchase later, throwing a couple of thousand more on top for the service. The store is in collusion with scammers and sells a bottle ten times more expensive than its real value. When the check is broken, the deed is done: the scammers stop communicating, and it is no longer possible to return the alcohol.
Fraudsters actively use bugs in payment systems and banks. For example, they can call a taxi with payment by card, during the trip they change the payment method to cash and ask if it is possible to transfer money to the card. At this point, the driver should already have doubts: if there was money on the card, why cancel non-cash payment? But the passenger can explain this by changing the payment method by accident, or by running out of funds on the card linked to the service, but he has another card or his friend’s card.
The driver has nowhere to go, he agrees. He receives an SMS message from the bank with a link to receive money, and in the meantime, the passengers are evaporating: supposedly they are in a hurry and, in fact, have fulfilled their obligations, because the money has been sent. The driver follows the link, and the bank reports that it is invalid, the transfer was returned to the sender. Apparently, scammers somehow cancel the transfer or change the limit on the card so that it is impossible to debit funds from it.
Another scheme unwittingly involves the support of a taxi service. The passenger can write there and report that he paid the money to the driver in cash, and they were debited from the card again. If the passenger has not been previously seen in such frauds, support can show loyalty to him and return the payment, taking this money from the taxi driver.
These are just some of the schemes, in fact there are many more, and some have become obsolete (for example, due to the fact that banks and services have introduced new protection mechanisms), while others have just begun to appear and are not very common.

A colleague arrived in Nizhny Novgorod by train late at night. There was no application for calling a taxi on her smartphone, she did not install it: she just had to get to the hotel. A colleague found the taxi number on Google using the request “order a taxi”.
When ordering by phone, she did not choose a tariff, and the operator did not specify it.
The cost of the trip was not named over the phone. When asked about the fares, the operator replied: «Like on the site» — and referred to the road conditions and the taximeter.
Five minutes later, a Kia Rio arrived. A colleague asked the driver about the approximate cost of the trip, but received the same answer: «Everything is on the taximeter, the rates are on the website.» The trip lasted about 10 minutes. Upon arrival, the driver named the cost of the trip — 1200 R.
The colleague was surprised at the cost and refused to pay. In response, the taxi driver threatened the police. It was late at night, after the train I wanted to rest — I had to pay so as not to waste time and nerves.
This is an unpleasant situation, but it could have been avoided. I’ll tell you how to choose the right taxi and pay for the trip.

Choosing a taxi
The safest way to order a taxi is through the applications of well-known operators. All the conditions are immediately visible there, you can calculate the cost of the trip in advance. But applications do not work everywhere, and there is not always time and energy to find out how things are with them in a new city.
A colleague found a taxi service in a search engine — followed an advertising link. This is risky because search engines check advertised sites superficially. I managed to find several taxi sites with different names, but the same phone number and rates. Such clone sites are one of the signs of fraud.

Another dangerous option for choosing a taxi is a map search. At first glance, it seems logical to order a taxi from where it will arrive faster. But on paper, a taxi fleet can be placed anywhere: for example, a colleague found it in the building of the Nizhny Novgorod railway station — much closer for visitors.
Maps will show such taxi companies first. And not only these taxi drivers use the trick: judging by Yandex Maps, five more taxi fleets live there.
But checking the found taxi company on the map is useful, because customer reviews are visible there. The heroes of this article are entirely negative and emotional.

Tariff selection
On the taxi website, the cost of the trip is usually not calculated — you need to do it yourself at the indicated rates. Some people take advantage of this.
Where a colleague ordered a taxi, the minimum order amount is 89 R. At first glance, it seems that this is inexpensive. But if you look closely, you can see that this is only a car delivery at the Economy rate. This does not include kilometers and minutes of travel — all this is paid separately. To estimate the cost of a trip, you have to read the jumble of numbers and narrow font, which is difficult on a smartphone and in a hurry.
In order not to make mistakes with the calculations and not to call a taxi like a colleague, it is better to choose a service in advance. It’s easier to make sure that a five-minute trip of 5 km at the Economy rate will cost 389 for this operatorR. In Nizhny Novgorod, I easily found a taxi, where such a trip costs 130 R. The price of a large aggregator is even lower — only 78 R.
Three tariffs are indicated on the site, but it is difficult to read them. On the smartphone screen, all the text merges. On the other hand, it is clearly seen that the minimum order amount is only 89 R. True, for this money the client will only be given a car, and the real cost of the trip is several times higher than the market
The trap with the choice of tariff also worked. Due to an inconvenient site, a colleague did not understand them herself, but asked a taxi operator. She took the evasive answer “as on the site” as if she would be taken by Economy, as large operators usually do by default.
She received the same answer from the driver.
But if a service is designed to mislead customers rather than solve their problems, it’s hard to hope for its integrity.
On the taxi website, there were several tariffs with familiar names, but they differ only in the cost of the trip. I did not find, for example, which cars are used for «Economy» and which ones are used for «Comfort». There is nothing about additional services either.
But at the end of the page there is a postscript that if you do not choose a tariff when ordering a taxi, it will be done for the client — depending on the load. Judging by the prices on the site, a colleague was given a ride at the «Business» rate, albeit in a Kia Rio.
The same station is marked on the map, where, according to Yandex-maps, the taxi depot is located. At the end of the page, in small print, the site warns that the price may change due to demand or weather. And if you do not select a tariff when ordering, the system will assign the nearest car.
How much the trip will cost in this case is unknown
Payment for the trip
When a colleague nevertheless agreed to pay 1200 R for a ten-minute trip, it was partly due to fatigue. But it also happens that people attribute everything to their inattention: since they chose this service and didn’t figure out the tariffs, then it’s their own fault.
But this is exactly the feeling taxi drivers are trying to evoke in their customers. In fact, they are breaking the law when they do not give the client all the information about the service. Therefore, if a taxi driver impudently declares that he will call the police now, then it makes sense to happily agree, and when the police arrive, write a statement on the fact of fraud.

Most likely, a taxi driver from such a taxi company will not want to communicate with the police and will leave earlier — or agree to a smaller amount.
At the same time, you are not obliged to pay for the police waiting at taxi rates. And if the taxi driver does not let you out of the car, write a statement about unlawful imprisonment. This is already a criminal article — remind the driver of this.
If you do decide to pay for your trip, be sure to ask for a receipt, especially if you pay in cash. It must contain the name, address, telephone number and TIN of the carrier company. This will make it easier to prove payment later. If you don’t have a receipt, write down or take a photo of the state taxi number. Using it, the police will find the owner of the car and establish how he is connected with the taxi company.
