Fortnite Skins Ranked — The 35 Best Fortnite Skins
This list of Fortnite skins was originally published in April 2018. With the release of Fortnite Season 8, we’ve updated our rankings and added five more Fortnite skins.
As a free-to-play game, Fortnite Battle Royale’s main draw for making money comes in one shade: microtransactions. «Battle Passes.» «V-Bucks.» Other little things. These are terms familiar to the most avid players of Fortnite Battle Royale; the former nets you new skins and other cosmetic goodies the more you play per a paid season pass, while the other is the in-game currency where you can buy Fortnite skins or gliders with pointed ease, and accelerate tier-growth towards rarer items in a Battle Pass.
Skins, a.k.a. costumes, are a highly desired item in any multiplayer game. In Overwatch, they’re nabbed randomly in loot boxes with special edition skins hitting during events. In MOBAs, skins dress up the teensy pixels on the screen that you hardly even get too good of a look at. In Fortnite, skins are a mark of wealth in the free-to-play world. They show off to other players on the battlefield that hey, I have the money to spend on this game, and in some cases, the time to grind to get to the more coveted skins from the Battle Passes too. Everyone else looks notably lesser in comparison.
And so, we decided to rank the 35 best Fortnite skins out of the game’s current dozens available. Some are still attainable on a rotating basis (the store refreshes daily) and are purchasable via V-Bucks, which can either be earned (albeit slowly) in-game or bought with real world money. Fortnite Battle Royale also offers a Battle Pass per season, which costs 950 V-Bucks ($9.50) for the intro tier, or 2,800 V-Bucks through its Premium version that starts off at tier 25. If you’re too eager to grind for experience, you can also level up faster with V-Bucks by buying EXP up to the next tier.
Other Fortnite skins, sadly, have been whisked away by time and the promise of holiday-bound exclusivity—though some have made surprise, fleeting returns to the daily shop. It’s a shame too, since some of the very best skins in Fortnite end up being the rarest ones. (Funny how that works, right?)

35. Beef Boss Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: 1,500 V-Bucks ($15)
Beef Boss is the dumbest name for a skin, and yet, it works. The Beef Boss is essentially another variant of the Tomatohead skin, featuring a different recognizable mascot from Fortnite’s map. It’s the Durr Burger head, with its signature big ol’ tongue. It’s mostly unremarkable aside from the giant burger face, but for that excellent name—Beef Boss—it deserves a spot on this list, unequivocally.

34.
Peely Fortnite Skin
Still Available? Yes
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: Tier 47 on Season 8 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
Like all the mascot characters in Fortnite, there is something unwelcoming about the hollow, beedy eyes of Peely. Peely is a walking, maybe-talking banana. It’s quite obviously a man in a banana suit, but nevertheless, it’s a big ol’ banana. It might not be the best skin strategy wise (I mean, c’mon, it’s easy to spot a giant banana from across a field), but it’s a silly one, characteristically on par with Fortnite’s other silly-minded skins. It’s not the most memorable of the mascot skins—Tomatohead still takes that prize—but it’s still a great entry.

33. Tomatohead Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: 1,500 V-Bucks ($15)
The Tomatohead skin is kinda terrifying. It’s based off the titular Tomato Town, a location on Fortnite Battle Royale’s map that features a fast food joint. The giant tomato head that spins round and round from the top of a pole is an unmissable landmark, so Epic Games decided to pay homage to it with the Tomatohead skin. The skin itself is unsettling—the tomato helmet is the most unpleasant part of it, obviously—but it’s lively in the realm of Fortnite’s battlefield. You can even upgrade the Tomatohead to a way creepier version, outfitted with a makeshift crown, if you complete certain challenges while donning the skin.

32. Chomp Sr. Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: 2,000 V-Bucks ($20)
Shark Week, baby! Chomp Sr. looks like someone’s half-assed Halloween costume, and that’s what makes it so sick. As if someone dug through their closet and found an old scuba suit, and then cut off a hood from something and stitched felt teeth to make it look like a shark head. And then they put on sunglasses from the 1990s, just because. Sure, Chomp Sr. is basically just a shark version of the Rex skin, but sharks are way cooler than dinosaurs. This point is inarguable.

31. World Cup Fortnite Skins
Still Available? No
Rarity: N/A
Cost: 1,200 V-Bucks ($12)
It’s been an exciting World Cup, hasn’t it? Fortnite got in on the football (or soccer) action this year with some special limited time skins. It’d be useless to highlight one, even though all eight have their own unique names (from Clinical Crosser to Midfield Maestro). That’s because regardless of which body you choose, the skins can be styled after one of the 24 competing countries. The number can be customized too, whether to highlight a favorite player or just your personal lucky number. We’ve seen evolvable Fortnite skins in the past (such as Omega), and it’d be cool to see more customizable ones like the World Cup-themed skins in the future too.

30. Sgt. Winter Fortnite Skin
Still Available? No
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: Tier 23 on Season 7 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
Have you seen that new Christmas movie on Netflix with Kurt Russell as Santa? The whole premise of it is basically, «What if Santa was hot and had an attitude?» I get that vibe from Sgt. Winter, the newest skin in Fortnite for Season 7. He’s Santa, but he’s Santa ready to rumble in a battle royale. His beard also protects him from the cold, I think.

29. Wukong Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: 2,000 V-Bucks ($20)
Wukong is where skins start getting just a little bit more expensive. Released around Chinese New Year as part of a celebration of the holiday, the Mythic Soldier shines with prominence on the battlefield. His shoulder blades glisten in the bright world of Fortnite, because of its bright gold armor. If you want the potential (but not really any potential) to blind a foe on the treacherous battlefield with your shoulderblades, then Wukong is one of the best skins to have for its sheer shininess.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
28. Dire Fortnite Skin
Still Available? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: Tier 100 on Season 6 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
Okay, at first, the Dire skin kinda stinks. It’s just a dude in normal clothes. He looks boring. And then the skin levels up, and the Dire starts to take its form. It doesn’t start to get cool until Tier 3, where the Big Bad Wolf takes his shape. The higher the tier, the more intricate the wolf becomes. My personal favorite is Tier 5, a white wolf. Werewolves are usually all the same color (brown) in movies and television for some reason, so to see one whose home appears to be in the snowy mountains looks quite striking.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
27. Rook Fortnite Skin
Still Available? No
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: Tier 87 on Season 5 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
Rook isn’t quite at the very top, but the skin is still quite high compared to the rest. Rook is a battle-ready skin, with the character wearing a bulletproof vest and an outfit that looks like she just got off work and had to hop on the Battle Bus to commute home to a Victory Royale. She’s outfitted with glasses too, which completes the look. In the grand scheme of skins, Rook’s is one of the most subtle and actually battle royale-prepared of the entire game.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
26. Bunny Brawler Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: 1,500 V-Bucks ($15)
Between the two Easter-related Fortnite skins—Bunny Brawler and Bunny Raider—the former is far cuter. The skin outfits the player in an adorable onesie that looks like pajamas from a kindergartner’s closet. (Or older, as poor Ralphie from A Christmas Story learns.) The Bunny Brawler stands out as one of the skins that might not be tactically responsible, as its pastel blue hue and pointy bunny ears may stick out in the lush green world of Fortnite Battle Royale. But hey, the skin’s adorable. So who the heck cares?
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
25. Mothmando
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: 1,500 V-Bucks ($15)
The Mothman is the subject of folklore, of horror stories, of urban legends. The Mothman in Fortnite, however, just likes to get close to light. Like a normal moth! The Moth Command is honestly not that menacing, but his big bug eyes and critter demeanor make him kinda cute all the same. It’s technically just a man in a gas mask made to look like a moth, but if you squint from afar, you might think a moth has infiltrated your game of Fortnite—best to squash ’em!
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
24. Power Chord Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: 2,000 V-Bucks ($20)
Power Chord looks like a sad, weird video game envisioning of what punk is. It’s like a Saints Row game’s zaniest outfit combination. Or a band member in Guitar Hero. Or a Hot Topic gone wild. While it feels very tryhard in its aesthetic, the end result is actually quite cute. Namely, I’m really into the white fishnet top underneath the torn tank top, and the pink hair. If you want to stick out like a sore thumb in Fortnite Battle Royale, this is the most rockin’ option.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
23. Funk Ops Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: 1,500 V-Bucks ($15)
Funk Ops is pretty much a 1970s stereotype, but ignoring that front, Funk Ops is one of the best Fortnite skins to ever grace Battle Royale. With a bedazzled vest, headband, and killer glasses, Funk Ops is a funky callback to a long-lost era, even if it’s an overdramatic version of it. Anyways, if you’re a big Austin Powers fan or something, then Funk Ops is probably the go-to skin for you.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
22. Fable Fortnite Skin
Still Available? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: Tier 47 on Season 6 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
When Epic Games teased a Big Bad Wolf skin, I got really excited. I hoped that the entire Season 6 skins would be based on fairy tale characters. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, but we got one particular great skin to fit in: Fable. Fable is essentially Little Red Riding Hood. She has long red pigtails, a hood, and she looks like she’s about to go skipping through the woods to pick berries. It’s a relatively simple skin, but it’s adorable. And sometimes, the simple and cute things are the best.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
21. The Ice King Fortnite Skin
Still Available? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: Tier 100 on Season 7 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
Resting at Tier 100, The Ice King is one of the most unattainable skins in Season 7, and yet also the most coveted. The Ice King looks like the Night King from Game of Thrones mixed with Fortnite’s own Raven skin. He’s icy, he’s creepy, and he’s ready to 360-no-scope you out of the sky in one of those shiny new planes that have been introduced this season.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
20. Omega Fortnite Skin
Still Available? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: Tier 100 on Season 4 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
The Omega skin is the most coveted skin on the new Season 4 Battle Pass. It’s not achievable until unlocking Tier 100, which will take a long, long time for most players (unless they pay up). With the superhero theme for this season, the Omega skin is a full-body, all-black suit. Honestly, it looks a little bit like Black Panther, only with red swapped for the white accents. Of course, as with the John Wick-like skin, it’s not actually Black Panther. But if you squint and have some imagination, it basically is.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
19. Love Ranger and Fallen Love Ranger Fortnite Skins
Still in Rotation? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: 2,000 V-Bucks ($20)
Love Ranger pins players as Cupid himself, only as a Cupid made of stone. It’s a unique skin among Fortnite Battle Royale due to his build and giant wings on his back. As a Valentine’s themed skin, the likelihood of it popping back up in the daily rotation is very slim. But in the off-chance of love finding a way back onto Fortnite, then the Love Ranger skin is an ideal grab. As a bonus: in 2019, Epic released a variant on the Love Ranger, making him dark and scary. The grim cupid is called Fallen Love Ranger.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
18. Dark Voyager Fortnite Skin
Still Available? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: Tier 70 on Season 3 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
The Battle Pass for Season 3 has the most stacked collection of exclusive Fortnite skins yet. Dark Voyager is among them. There are three astronaut-inspired skins for the particular collection, but Dark Voyager edges the others out on top with its slick all-black get-up. It’d be great if Fortnite Battle Royale had a space map, because then you’d really blend in with the darkness of the universe. If you’ve ever had a dream of being an astronaut and partaking in a battle royale, then there’s no better skin for you.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
17.
Dusk Fortnite Skin
Still Available? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: Tier 71 on Season 6 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
The Dusk skin feels out of place alongside Season 6’s other offerings, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t rad. Luckily, Dusk doesn’t require that extra effort that the evolvable skins require: it looks good from the moment you get it. The Dusk skin is a vampire with very pale skin. Her hair’s semi done-up, her outfit makes her look like someone who might team up with Batman. Sometimes, we’ve seen some pretty lackluster season skins, but Season 6 might be the strongest yet. Dusk is an example of that—how even the non-theme fitting skins find a way to fit in.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
16. Valor Fortnite Skin
Still Available? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: Tier 71 on Season 4 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
Valor is one of the seven skins introduced in Season 4 of Fortnite’s latest Battle Pass. It’s the most emblematic of the light heroic-themed season, featuring a woman with a superhero suit. She looks very, very rad and out of place in Fortnite Battle Royale, like she’s about to save a school bus of children rather than pick up guns and blast away strangers on a meteor-struck island. It’s that unexpected quality that makes Valor stand out in Season 4’s Battle Pass.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
15. Robo Rebels Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: 1,500 V-Bucks ($15)
The Robo Rebels are each pretty cool, and deliver welcome twists to the usual soldier guys and combat-ready gals. The Robo Rebels are, well, robots, but they’re outfitted with tattered clothes to show that they’re not your average rules-following robot. If they talked, I’d imagine they’d have personalities dissimilar to Apex Legends’ straight-laced Pathfinder. As for the future: more robot skins for Fortnite please.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
14. Crackshot Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: 2,000 V-Bucks ($20)
Crackshot is a downright terrifying skin. At first, you may think this is an ordinary man. But Crackshot is no ordinary man. He is a man that wears a giant nutcracker head for some reason. There are no chestnuts to be crunched down in sight, and it’s a tactically foolish skin to be wearing at all (that helmet sticks way out). Yet artistically, it’s one of Fortnite Battle Royale’s very best. It’s holiday themed, without feeling too bent on that Winter season. Every day can be jolly with a nutcracker building impossible structures at your side.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
13. Sleuth Fortnite Skin
Still Available? Yes
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: 1,500 V-Bucks
The Sleuth skin dropped in early July, alongside other hardboiled detective inspired skins, Noir and Gumshoe. Among them, Noir and Sleuth have the most in common. But for noir fans like myself, Sleuth veers closest to the genre it’s inspired by. With a big ol’ beige trench coat and a low-tipped hat, on Fortnite’s battlefield, it might be easy to mistake a Sleuth-wearing player as a Sam Spade-like.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
12. Firewalker Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? No
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: 1,500 V-Bucks ($15)
The introduction of the Firewalker skin last month was a complete surprise. To celebrate the Lunar New Year, the dragon-faced skin marched onto the scene. It was a blink and you’ll miss it sort of skin, but it’s embedded itself quickly in the history of Fortnite’s many, many skins as one of the absolute bests, even inching ahead of the Wukong skin, Epic’s celebration of Lunar New Year the year prior.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
11. Blackheart Fortnite Skin
Still Available? Yes
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: Tier 1 on Season 8 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
When you first unlock Blackheart at the top of Season 8’s Battle Pass, the pirate lad has much more in common with our hooded introduction to Aragorn from Lord of the Rings than someone we’d imagine singing «yo ho, yo ho, a Pirate’s Life for me. » Overtime though, the Blackheart skin evolves. It has 11 stages, in fact, including its first one. At 80,000 XP, Blackheart changes for the better; the skin on his face dissolves, and all that’s left is a skull that has the capacity to maintain a beard. Also available are color swaps for the more basic skin, unlocked upon completing Weekly Challenges. The skull-headed Blackheart is where the skin truly shines though.

10. Dante and Rosa of the Muertos Set
Still in Rotation? No
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: 1,500 V-Bucks ($15)
For Halloween this year, Epic Games not only brought back some skins from last year, it it introduced new ones too. The best among them were the Muertos skins, based on the annual celebration of Dia de los Muertos. The skins themselves are intricately designed, and unlike most skins, are reactive too. In the dark, their face paint shines bright, making them glow in the dark. Both skins are equally great, so they share a spot on our list.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
9. Hime Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: 2,000 V-Bucks ($20)
The Hime skin isn’t part of Season 6, but it’s been released in the time between the two seasons. It’s a legendary skin in rotation, and it’s quite a beautiful one too. It’s one of two samurai-themed skins, and the level of detail in both skins is definitely a cut above most Fortnite skins. But for the Hime skin in particular, its design is particularly intricate.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
8. Ragnarok Fortnite Skin
Still Available? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: Tier 100 on Season 5 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
We’ve seen evolvable Fortnite skins recently, called «progressive skins,» and for Season 5 they return. Though they’re now at a smaller capacity. Among them is Ragnarok. At the start, Ragnarok is a scraggly bald man with a blue beard and glowing white eyes. Overtime, Ragnarok turns into something more menacing the more that you play as him. His bald head turns into a gigantic skull with huge antlers. His beard, beneath the skull, is lush with a bunch of tiny ponytails keeping it in place. The Ragnarok is easily the best skin of Season 5’s offerings, it’s a shame it’s being kept all the way up at the highest tier: 100. If you missed out on Season 5, at least you can nab a similar skin: the Valkyrie, which is a legendary in regular rotation.
The best Fortnite skins. | Epic Games
7. Raven Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: 2,000 V-Bucks ($20)
Raven is the newest skin to reach Fortnite Battle Royale, and it’s already ignited fan adoration far and wide. It’s one of the new legendary skins to be launched into the game’s regular rotation, which are sadly few outside of special holiday events. The Raven skin also looks hardly like what you’d imagine an Edgar Allen Poe-inspired figure to look like. In fact, players are already drawing comparisons to Destiny’s sneaky weekend salesman Xur. So if you’re still mad about Destiny 2, then you might as well take out your frustrations on all the Raven-wearing players in Fortnite Battle Royale.

6. Calamity Fortnite Skin
Still Available? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: Tier 1 on Season 6 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
The Calamity skin is maybe one of the most striking evolvable skins so far in Fortnite. At the start, you look like an extra from Coyote Ugly. Then the skin gets progressively cooler, eventually growing into an intimidating cowgirl with a long trench coat and the biggest dang hat you’ve ever seen. The levelling up doesn’t stop at the sixth skin tier either: by completing weekly challenges, you can change the color of how it glows too. The best look is its classic matte black, which is obtained after completing 50 weekly challenges. See you Fortnite cowboys.

5. Luxe
Still Available? Yes
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: Tier 100 on Season 8 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
Luxe is one of the simpler Tier 100 skins from Fortnite’s many Battle Passes. Somehow, it might be one of my favorites though. To unlock new color swatches of the skin, you must outlast a set number of opponents. The first number is 1,000 foes, with the top one being 25,000. There are four versions of Luxe in total, and they’re all cute. The color swatches don’t just change her outfit’s color, but the striking tattoo on her arm too.

4. Flytrap Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: 2,000 V-Bucks ($20)
The Flytrap skin is creepy looking. He has a face that resembles a stern villain from a comic book, and details to match. His spikes will no doubt stick out high across Fortnite’s island, as if waving a flag that says «I’m right here, try and get me.» And yet, the Flytrap skin impresses compared to so many other rotating skins. He fits no particular theme, no holiday, no special event. He’s just a human fly trap, ready to consume whatever poor soul floats his way.

3. The Reaper Fortnite Skin
Still Available? No
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: Tier 100 on Season 3 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
The Reaper is a not-so-subtle pop culture reference for the ages. The Reaper is not a nod to Reaper from Overwatch, nor Reaper from, well, any of the dozens of other games with a character named reaper. The Reaper is instead a skin that gestures towards the John Wick films, an action series starring Keanu Reeves as he gets revenge on the death of his dog (among other things). The John Wick movies are exhilarating and have become a big hit for good reason (the dude doesn’t even let reloading a gun slow him down). For arguably the biggest game in North America right now to directly bow to the legendary hitman himself, that’s something that parallels no other Fortnite skin, and that’s why it is one of the very best that Fortnite Battle Royale has had to offer.

2. Leviathan Fortnite Skin
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Legendary (Orange)
Cost: 2,000 V-Bucks ($20)
Leviathan was an adorably unexpected addition to Fortnite Battle Royale earlier this year. It’s a skin that’s a lot similar to the astronaut ones in Season 3’s Battle Pass, only with Leviathan, the helmet doesn’t house a human head—but a fish. The fish looks pretty mean too, with a furrowed brow and rude look on its face. The suit itself is a pretty, iridescent teal and a glossy white. It’s easily the best of the astronaut-like skins, and because of that, is one of the best skins in the entire game.

1. Taro and Nara of the Storm Familiars Set
Still in Rotation? Yes
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: 1,500 V-Bucks ($15)
Taro and Nara of the Storm Familiars are another duo of skins marching proudly into our best Fortnite skins list, and after much consideration, have bumped them up to the top of the list. They were revealed in the lead up to Season 7 without much fanfare, with only their names as a hint to the storm that would eventually approach the island. The skins themselves are both really memorable, though Nara’s just a tad cooler because of her giant horns jutting out of her mask.
See y’all next season. And the season after that.
Bonus! Best Fortnite Pet
Still Available? No
Rarity: Epic (Purple)
Cost: Tier 12 on Season 6 Battle Pass (base Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks)
Fortnite’s latest surprise addition is… pets?!? Yes, with Season 6, you can now have a pet that acts as glorified Back Bling. They’re pretty cute too. As of now, you can get a dog, a chameleon, or even a little dragon. The best pet though is obvious: the dog, duh! The first dog you can get is relatively early on in the levelling up process for the Battle Pass at Tier 12, but if you want a white dog, you can get one at Tier 59. If you want a black dog, it unlocks at Tier 90. I hope that in future seasons and random updates that there’s more dog diversity in terms of breeds, but for the time being, this standard labrador-type dog will do.

Skins Fortnite Marvel at the moment (rating)
32. Star -lord
9005. Since Black Widow appeared, she has become the most dynamic boss lady in the MCU. You may have seen her in the white outfit seen in the Black Widow trailers. This outfit also appeared in Fortnite. But to me, the predecessor skin added earlier had more Black Widow traits than this skin, which looks more cartoonish and resembles a Fortnite face.
30. Gamora
If you’ve seen her in What If recently, you know how powerful Thanos’ daughter is. I think Gamora is very underrated in Marvel. Her appearance in Fortnite did not have any facial features close or similar to her MCU counterpart. But since she was more honest with her comic book counterpart, this is a good approach from Fortnite.
29. Shang-Chi
The Kung Fu Master skin and outfit were added to Fortnite to celebrate Shang-Chi’s theatrical release. I don’t think he’s quite up to par with his Marvel Comics and MCU counterpart.
28. Dark Phoenix
What I liked about this skin is that it is an exact doppelgänger of the Phoenix from Uncanny X-Men (1980s). All of her features, including her hair, costume, and face, are an exact replica of the Dark Phoenix counterpart from the Uncanny X-Men comics. This is what I would call a fond memory and tribute to the Dark Phoenix.
27. Thor
Although many fans screamed out loud when they saw Thor without his beard and helmet in Fortnite, his skin design is taken straight from the Thor (2020) comics. What I love about this skin is that you can use both Stormbreaker and Mjolnir (muh-ol-neer) to wreak havoc on your opponents. Also, the fact that Thor got into the Fortnite universe is canon in Marvel Comics still boggles my mind.
26. Silver Surfer
This is a Marvel Comics cosmic creature that defeated Thanos with his surfboard and can now fly through the Fortnite universe. The design of his skin seemed quite interesting to me. While it’s a little weird to watch him dance, I love the idea of the Silver Surfer in the Fortnite universe.
25. Ant-Man
Who wouldn’t want to ride a big ant in the Fortnite universe? This version of Ant-Man, although from Earth-616 (Original Marvel Universe), has a costume similar to the one in the MCU.
24. She-Hulk
Start as Jennifer Walters and transform into She-Hulk in the Fortnite universe. You can even turn her into Red She-Hulk.
23. Captain Marvel
Captain Marvel’s skin in the Fortnite universe took some aspects from the Marvel comics as well as the MCU. In Fortnite, she is included in the royal set along with two other heroes.
22. Groot
His design is adapted from Marvel Comics and includes Raccoon Rocket as his pet (palm face).
21. Ghost Rider
Johnny Blaze appeared in the Fortnite universe during the Nexus war event. His skin design was adapted from his Earth 616 counterpart (Marvel Comics).
20. Domino
Her character design is adapted from her Marvel Comics counterpart. With Domino, luck is on your side and nothing can go wrong. She is part of the X-Force set in Fortnite.
19. Psylocke
The design of this skin is taken from Marvel Comics and is also included in the X-force set in Fortnite. The design is in keeping with the Fortnite universe and includes the Shirayaki katana.
18. Cable
A time traveler and warrior from the future, this version of Cable is from the Marvel 616 universe. He is the last hero included in the X-Force set.
17. Storm (Storm)
With her arrival in the Fortnite universe, Storm and Lightning can now be collected. Storm’s character design is taken from X-Factor Issue 3 (Marvel Comic), when she, Psylocke, Mystique, and Domino teleported from the Marvel universe to the Fortnite universe.
16. Blade
Everyone’s favorite (half) vampire and vampire hunter is finally here to destroy all players in the Fortnite universe. His face and other characteristics look the same as in Marvel Comics. This skin also includes his iconic jacket.
15. Carnage
Carnage was included in Fortnite with the same symbiotic attributes as Venom. His character design is adapted from Venom 2, but in my personal opinion, I didn’t feel anything special about this Carnage.
14. Doctor Doom
This is one of those skins that looks exactly like their Marvel counterparts in Fortnite. His cloak and armor look pretty decent, and he has a scary expression on his face, which is all the elements needed for a supervillain.
13. Deadpool
Breaking the fourth wall again? Yes! After destroying the entire Marvel and Disney universe in Marvel Comics, Deadpool entered the Fortnite universe in the second chapter of the second season in order to destroy all opponents. You can change his style by removing his mask or wearing a red mercenary outfit.
12. Taskmaster
He knows all the moves you are about to make. The design of his skin is exactly the same as his comic book counterpart.
11. Mystique
This version of Mystique wears skulls around her waist and a skull implanted on her forehead. Her appearance matches her comic book counterpart from The Secret Factor. As you know, the Mystic can change his form into another person, in Fortnite you also change your form into the person you killed. Isn’t that cool? But is she the strongest hero in Fortnite? Scroll to the bottom of the page to see who made the top 10.
10. Loki
If you enjoyed and loved Loki in The Avengers (2012), then this Fortnite skin is a sweet treat for you. Fortnite even included his scepter and the outfit he wore in the first Avengers.
9. Thanos
His appearance in Fortnite was kind of inevitable with all of the Marvel characters. While he can’t use weapons, this is a character you might not want to miss playing with, as he also doesn’t take fall damage. You can also use the «click» emote for a flash of light and use different infinity stones for different abilities.
8. Daredevil
If you’re a Matt Murdock fan, you know what happened in Spider-Man: No Way Home. While it may take some time to see a Daredevil suit with a DD emblem on the chest in the MCU, you can unlock the character in Fortnite. You can choose either a skin design that is more suitable for Fortnite or a design based on Marvel Comics.
7. Wolverine
What aspects did I like about this leather? Three things! His suit, his claws and Logan. You can change your character’s style and act as Logan or as Wolverine with a full yellow X-Men costume.
6. Iron Man
This is Tony Stark from Earth 616, but unlike Tony from the MCU, he is not dead and is still the CEO of Stark Industries. He teleported to Fortnite during the Nexus War event. He has an arc reactor built into his chest and can equip his nanotech iron suit with emotes.
5. Nick Fury
No! Nick Fury isn’t here to talk about the Avengers initiative, he’s here to kill his opponents in Fortnite. His skin design is largely similar to his Marvel comics counterpart.
4. Captain America
He made his Fortnite debut during the Nexus War event. He is shown wearing his classic MCU costume with a proto-adamantine shield.
3. Black Panther
This leather design is truly a worthy tribute to the rightful king of Wakanda. You can change into the classic Black Panther costume or the kinetic-charged Black Panther costume you saw in the movie Black Panther (2018).
