When will the project be finished/ What is the release date for this mod?
Impossible to answer. This is a huge project where many of the members and contributers only work when they have freetime outside of their daily lives.
Will you be adding ______?
Potentially, though not necessarily. Our primary focus is on finishing the base game with Broken Steel’s Ending, so excluding extra content from the GOTY edition we will be remaking everything within our power from weapons, armor, npc’s, quests, and locations.
On the subject of DLC: We will be adding in only DLC specific locations that appear within the main Capital Wasteland Worldspace though there will be no DLC areas accessible until we decide to work on them or not.
As for cut content it will be situational on whether or not we feel it will add to the world we’re creating, but it isn’t something we’re focusing on.
What program are you using to do this?
Oh boy. We use a whole lot of tools for a whole lot of jobs. The more common ones are listed in the Recruitment page which is under the Project Info tab in the websites navigation.
Is this going to be on X-Box One/PS4/Gameboy Advance/Creation Club?
No, no, no, and no. Unfortunately this mod is WELL past the limitations for Bethesda.Net modifications for consoles and- well- quite frankly Creation Club just doesn’t work that way. So no. And before you ask again- still no.
I can’t mod/model/texture/script- is there anything I can do to help anyway?
Not directly, but there is always a way to help. For the Capital Wasteland project the best thing you could possibly do is spread the word. The more interest we have in the project consistantly the more willing we are to continue working and pushing out updates until we have a final product. Will it have that one gross green filter?
The infamous ‘green filter’ from Fallout 3 is very integral to the overall look and feel of the Capital Wasteland- but no, we aren’t going to have a green filter applied to the game the way the original did.
We are, however, experimenting with the newest weather options in Fallout 4’s CK to establish the same grimy and oppressive tone as the original without sacrificing the naturally beautiful look that Fallout 4 is capable of.
Will you be including settlements?
No. The original Fallout 3 was not created with settlements in mind and a lot of things would have to be reworked to accurately shove that feature in. However, there should be no reason mods that allow you to establish settlements anywhere you want shouldn’t work with The Capital Wasteland.
We are, however, going to step up the player homes from the original Fallout 3 by bypassing the Themes system from the original to work in the same way the Homeplate in Diamond City from Fallout 4 works. Don’t worry, you’ll still get your heart bed and your weird hanging lesbian lantern.
WILL YOU BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE CAPITAL WASTELAND FROM BOSTON?
No, This mod is a total conversion and Fallout 4 will be basically unplayable.
HOW WILL POWER ARMOR WORK IN CAPITAL WASTELAND?
We are keeping the Fallout 4 modular system for Power Armor. Although frames will be rare and Fusion Cores will not be needed. All frames will include an unlimited Fusion Core that cannot be removed.
WILL «XYZ» ASSET BE RELEASED STANDALONE?
It is up to the individual mod author if they want to release anything they have made for Capital Wasteland as a standalone mod.
WHEN CAN WE EXPECT ANOTHER ROADMAP?
We may or may not make more roadmaps in the future, standalone releases take time away from the main mod as a whole, especially releasing a bunch in close proximity and as such we only really do them on an occasional basis.
WILL I NEED TO OWN ANY FALLOUT 4 DLCS TO PLAY CAPITAL WASTELAND?
Yes. Capital Wasteland will require ALL of the Fallout 4 DLCs, including the workshop ones.
YOU HAVE RELEASED MANY STANDALONE MODS ON XBOX BUT NONE ON PS4, HOW COME?
Sadly due to the restrictions put in place by Sony, we cannot upload any custom assets for PS4.
Most if not all of our standalone mods use custom assets and as such we are unable to upload them to PS4. We know this is annoying and if we could do something to fix it we would.

With connections ranging from characters to small hints about the apocalypse, here’s how Fallout 3 hinted at its successor.
Fallout was originally a 1997 role-playing video game by Interplay productions, and Bethesda Studios has now owned the series since Fallout 3. It is undoubtedly one of the most well-known games around the world. The game features a futuristic post-apocalypse world and is often described as the video game «Wasteland.» Fallout 3 allows players to be a Vault Dwelling customizable character. The default Vault dweller character comes with some pre-defined characteristics such as Luck, Agility, Intelligence, perception, etc.
Each skill has its role, and sacrificing one for another can have an impact on the gameplay.
Fallout 3 had one of the best introductory sequences in gaming history; living through the definitive young years of The Lone Wanderer feels like a treat in every sense. One must appreciate that the game pulls no punches when cementing the role-playing aspect. The main story of Fallout 3 is quite compelling on its own, and an integral part of this is Dogmeat, whose descendants come in every Fallout game except in Fallout: New Vegas. And he is back in Fallout 4 as a companion through thick and thin.

Players experience that every area in the game is packed with a ton of detail, making for a massively entertaining experience that never lets exploration become a second thought.
The Environment in Fallout 3’s world is more atmospheric and personifies the Wasteland Moniker. However, while the Commonwealth might seem more lively, colorful, and engaging in Fallout 4, there’s no denying the fact that its prequel nailed the atmosphere of a barren wasteland that has been ravaged by nuclear war.
In addition to this, the post-apocalyptic vibes in Fallout 3 are genuinely immense and thus make it one of the most immersive open-worlds of all time. Carrying on the legacy of post-apocalyptic wastelands, Fallout 4 has nailed the atmosphere and overall look, making the series a truly marvelous experience for its loyal fans.
Another reference to its predecessor, Fallout 4 has the SAFE test, which is a screening test required to get entry to Covenant and monitor those that pass through the settlement. Its primary purpose is to seek out those who are possible synths, and those who fail the test are then kidnapped and taken to the Covenant, where they are subjected to further torture and interrogation. The SAFE test is actually a modified version of the GOAT test that players had to give in Fallout 3. Fallout creators did make an effort to remove all the vault references, and question 10 of the GOAT test is removed.

Credit Goes To Bethesda Studios
The advancement of Bethesda as a game development studio can be seen when one compares the overall gameplay in Fallout 4 compared to Fallout 3.
In Fallout 3, one of the most important references for Fallout 4 were Railroad and Institute storylines during the «The Replicated Man» sidequest.
Going through the twists and turns that the story has in store for the player as they track down Shaun is quite entertaining and compels the player to focus on the main story for once instead of getting distracted with all the side content, the norm for most Bethesda games. One subtle hint to Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas is the Wasteland Survival Guide, common to both games and the presence of Paladin Danse. Paladin Danse is a possible companion in Fallout 4 as part of the Brotherhood, but he was present in Fallout 3 as a junk trader living in Rivet City.
Other than the references to the Commonwealth and Railroad, Fallout 3 had many connections to Fallout 4, with the former taking place just ten years before the latter. Such concerns make one think that both games occur in the same universe.
For starters, the characters of Arthur Maxson and Robert Macready show up in Fallout 4 with a background story. Fans of the series recognize Arthur Maxson as the last descendant of the Maxson lineage. He served as a squire in the Citadel in 2277(Fallout 3) and currently serves as the supreme commander of the East Coast chapter of the Brotherhood in 2287.
Robert Joseph MacCready, or RJ, was the former mayor of Little Lamplight in Fallout 3 and has become a mercenary operating in the Commonwealth in Fallout 4. Robert Macready is a potential permanent companion of the Sole Survivor and is an essential character during Fallout 4.
Another character found in both games is Dr. Madison Li, a scientist working on portable fusion power and hydroponics experiments in Rivet City in 2277. She became an integral part of the Commonwealth as its head for advanced systems division in the Institute. Dr.Li is the first distinct face seen by the player character after she carries the Lone Wanderer away while Catherine is going through a cardiac arrest during the birthing scene.
Thus, Bethesda Studios have done a pretty impressive job connecting Fallout 3 and Fallout 4 with hints of characters, organizations, and even the apocalypse in both games.

Telogen hair loss
Alopecia (hair loss) is a very common problem faced by many.
How does hair grow?
There are 3 stages in the life cycle of each hair:

Therefore, telogen effluvium is also called diffuse — this means that the hair falls out over the entire surface of the scalp, and not in any specific area.
This type of alopecia can be in two versions: acute (lasts up to 6 months) and chronic (lasts more than 6 months).
Causes of telogen effluvium
Acute telogen effluvium can be caused by many factors: severe stress, nutritional deficiencies, medication, poor diet, acute disease.
