Harlow: Hey! Hey! Wake up! You alright?

    Sam B: Ooh. .. what happened…? The ship…

    [Harlow helps him up]

Harlow: The ship’s down in the water. Can you walk?

    Sam B: I… maybe… Where am I?

Harlow: Palanai. But it’s not really safe on the beach. There’s an infection. Some sort of plague.

Sam B: Again? Are you fucking kidding me?

Harlow: The whole island’s gone to hell

    Sam B: Christ, I can’t bloody win…

Harlow: We’ll talk later. Right now you need to move.

Amazing, Fun, Addictive,

this game is brilliant i promise you that dead island and dead island riptide are 2 of the funnest games you can ever play

the new characters, zombies and features that have been added in this game will lead to weeks of fun. No joke, these games are addictive. as far as graphics go they have improved since the first dead island and are fine, realistic enough for me. reviews have been hard on this game saying the graphics are bad and its bug/glitchy, i promise you when i say this, they don’t know what they are saying. graphics don’t make a good game, customization, excitement, story and good features make a good game. this game is fun to play with friends or on your own. if you like ,action games or scary games or shooting games or the first dead island than i am certain you will like dead island riptide. one of the funnest games in history. 10/10

Tropes relating to the characters introduced in Dead Island: Riptide.

    open/close all folders

The Heroes

The player character of Dead Island is picked from one of four vacation-goers on the island of Banoi. Each character has a distinct preference in weapons and fighting styles based on their personal history. The four travel together as a group throughout the island of Banoi trying to find a way to escape. Their shared immunity to the zombie infection make them go-to errand boys and protectors of many more vulnerable survivors.

For tropes relating to the other Heroes, see the Dead Island sheet.

    John Morgan

Voiced by: Adam Croasdell

John is a sergeant in the Australian Defense Force, third-generation career military, and a self-taught martial artist, following in his grandfather and father’s footsteps. Always one to follow orders, the one order he didn’t follow led to him being charged of desertion and treason. Sent to prison to live out the rest of his days, John now finds himself fighting again — a soldier in this war against the undead.

  • Apocalyptic Log: Throughout the game you can snippets of a diary John wrote against orders where he describes the outbreak, reacts to the bombing of a village like a Collingwood fan after a loss and his capture after refusing to kill civilians and infection.
  • Bare-Fisted Monk: Specializes in hand-to-hand combat.
  • Good Old Fisticuffs: He was an expert martial artist before Riptide, and his skill tree allows him to augment his unarmed combat skills (which normally do piddly damage) to be a viable alternative to other weapons.
  • I Have a Family: One of his diaries mentions that his wife and two young daughters lived in Palanai and he has no idea where they are.
  • Military Brat: A benign example. Morgan’s grandfather was a World War II veteran who married a native, and his father reached the rank of sergeant-major in the ADF. John followed suit and enlisted as soon as he could.
  • Mr. Exposition: John records a series of diaries describing the madness of his squad operating in Palanai and the events leading up to his infection and eventual capture by the army. Listening to them you really cannot blame Ryder White going off the deep end.
  • Punched Across the Room: Morgan’s unarmed attacks are strong enough to punt a zombie through the air and send it flying across the room.
  • Screw the Rules, I’m Doing What’s Right!: Was the only soldier in his unit to speak out against the «solution» to the Banoi incident. This got him thrown in prison.
  • Stone Wall: John begins the game with the least health of any survivor, but at high levels, can be built up to have the most, along with talents that regenerate health after a kill and give him a chance to heal back up and keep fighting instead of dying upon taking a fatal hit. This is designed to help him get in close, where he’s able to do the most damage.

Non-Playable Characters

    Colonel Sam Hardy

Voiced by: Andy McPhee

The Colonel in charge of the military contingency that picks up the heroes at the beginning of the game. He’s essentially the Palanai counterpart to Ryder White, although his role in the story is completely different. After his ship is overrun by zombies in the first chapter, Colonel Hardy ends up shipwrecked along with the heroes, and travels with them in an attempt to escape the island.

    Frank Serpo

Voiced by: Jon Curry

A representative of the shadowy Consortium that seems to be somehow manipulating the zombie outbreaks for their own ends, Serpo has authority over all government activity on Palanai, including bossing around the island’s military contingent.

  • Big Bad Wannabe: If not for the fact that he has the entire local military in his pocket he’d probably be long dead by the time the survivors reach Henderson.
  • Consummate Liar: Almost everything he says is one lie over another.
  • Corrupt Corporate Executive
  • Devoured by the Horde: After successfully avoiding the consequences for his actions for nearly the entire game his karma finally catches up to him and he is abandoned by the survivors who leave him to be a snack for the approaching hordes of zombies.
  • Dirty Coward: It quickly becomes clear that saving his own ass is his top priority. Near the end of the game he even shoots one of his own men to serve as a distraction for the zombies after the heroes crash his helicopter.
  • Four Eyes, Zero Soul: He shows no remorse for his actions and doesn’t really seem to care how many people die so long as it suits his goals.
  • Hate Sink: Particularly the most despicable person in the entire franchise. While Kevin/Charon has his own agenda, he still helps the Heroes every way he can. Serpo on the other hand is a Dirty Coward who cares only for himself. In fact, he is the culprit behind the outbreak on Palanai.
  • Heel–Face Revolving Door: He alternates rapidly throughout most of his appearances between being genuinely helpful and backstabbing someone.
  • Hypocrite: Tells the Heroes not to trust Hardy and Harlow but this guy is even worse in every way.
  • Irony: His death is ironic considering he left his pilot as a distraction to the zombies.
  • Non-Action Big Bad: All he really does is order most people around and smooth talks others, but he’s still the reason things go south in Riptide.
  • The Sociopath: He shot his pilot to distract the infected while he escaped, he shows absolutely no remorse for the experiments that lead up to the devastation of the outbreak on Palanai and finally doesn’t give a shit at how many lives he ruins or causes the death of as long as it leads to his personal goals coming close to fruition.
  • Villainous Breakdown: Suffers a short one after the protagonists leave him on Palanai to the mercy of the undead.

    Harlow Jordan

Voiced by: Jennifer Cruise

The first person the Heroes meet after being shipwrecked on Palanai, Harlow is a reporter for the World Health Organization and the unofficial leader of the Paradise survivor camp. She travels alongside the Heroes for most of the game and has a central role in Riptide’s plot.

  • Action Girl: She can handle herself pretty well in a fight. Just look at her boss battle.
  • Ambiguously Jewish: If you check Harlow’s bio in the Crew screen, it lists her as a former member of the Israel Defense Forces (as is, to be fair, any Israeli who’s older than twenty-one). That and her occasional hint of an accent are the only clues you’d get as to why she’s a badass and where she’s from.
  • Big Damn Heroes: Does this after the cannibal doctor torches Paradise. She attempts this again after finding out details of the infection, becoming infected herself then doing whatever it takes to stop it from spreading.
  • Chainsaw Good: She makes use of a chainsaw as a melee weapon.
  • I Did What I Had to Do: It’s kind of hard to argue against trying to keep the infection from spreading off the island, and when the survivors do she forces the issue by attacking them.
  • Psycho Serum: She injects herself with an experimental mutagen at the end of the game to kill off the survivors. The fight afterwards is completely one-sided… until the players inject some of the same stuff into themselves and overpower her.
  • Shoot the Dog: When Wayne becomes infected she pushes him into the tunnels where chemicals are causing the kuru virus to mutate from the very real zombification into the Nightmare Fuel that had swept Banoi and Palanai, to find out more about it. She tries to justify this after the survivors kill him, and then there’s the trope above.
  • Well-Intentioned Extremist: Turns on the Heroes in order to prevent them from spreading the infection outside the island. Frank Serpo claims she’s secretly a terrorist and mercenary, but there’s nothing to indicate that he’s trustworthy, and quite a lot to indicate that he’s not..
    • She only saves Wayne on the way to Henderson because she wants to see what happens to an infected host upon exposure to the chemicals in the tunnel system.

    Markus Villa

A strange man who may be able to help the survivors by providing a way to Henderson.

  • Ax-Crazy: Despite his good intentions and whatnot, he’s a few candles short of a candelabra.
  • I’m a Humanitarian: He thinks eating the immune survivors will somehow save the island from the Zombie Apocalypse.
  • Machete Mayhem: The only weapon he uses during the one time he fights. Its no match for whatever the player uses to finish him off.
  • Mad Scientist: The collectible documents reveal he was Dr. Kessler’s partner and probably the best scientist that was studying the zombie outbreak. Although he’s clearly snapped, this does make you wonder if his plan to gain the survivors’ immunity by eating them was really as crazy as it sounds.
  • Molotov Cocktail: He uses this to burn Paradise to the ground.
  • Permanently Missable Content: It’s fairly easy to progress to the next plot point without taking revenge on Markus for his actions thanks to the game placing the «next story point» location near a couple of regularly-used merchant NPCs, especially if you’re playing solo. Doing so will cause you to miss the revenge sidequest and cause Markus to disappear from the plot altogether.
  • The Unfought: If the player fails to complete the sidequest that involves tracking him down before progressing with the game after the cutscene where he sets Paradise on fire, he disappears from the main story and his fate is left unknown.
  • Ungrateful Bastard: After saving his life and helping him out he demands the immune survivors offer their flesh to be eaten in the hopes that it will save everyone from the virus. Then he throws a Molotov at them and burns up one of the only safe havens they had at that point.

    Dr. Kessler

Voiced by: André Sogliuzzo

A doctor holed up in his laboratory on the edge of the jungle. After clearing out some of his assistants who fell prey to the virus and recovering some chemical samples for him he examines the player and gives them advice about their condition.

  • Dr. Jerk: He is fairly rude and egotistic, but his advice and information is usually spot on.
  • Herr Doktor: He has a noticeable German accent.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: As abrasive as he can be, he does take genuine care of the player characters and show concern for their well-being. He’s also a hell of a lot more stable than his former friend, Marcus Villa.

Zombies

    Drowner

A common type of zombie introduced in Riptide that lays face-down in water, waiting for victims. Only appears in Riptide.

  • Lightning Bruiser: The Drowner is a Walker on the Infected’s pure adrenaline high. It is capable of running in waist-deep water fast enough to catch up with a boat unless you engage the turbo boost.
  • Playing Possum: You’d think a water-logged body floating face down in the river would be a long dead corpse. Some of them really are corpses but most are just Drowners playing dead.
  • Super Not-Drowning Skills: However the Kuru virus mutated them they now have the ability to survive while floating face down in large bodies of water. They won’t even try to attack unless the player gets really close to them.

    Grenadier

A zombified scientist in a hazmat suit who pelts targets with bloody, explosive chunks of his own body. Only appears in Riptide.

  • Attack Its Weak Point: The Grenadier has a tank on the back of its hazmat which will explode and kill it if shot at.
  • Body Horror: Not only is the guy flinging weaponized tumors at you, which are visibly bulging through its suit, but imagine becoming one. Every Grenadier seems to have been the result of someone’s moon suit tearing or proving insufficient.
  • Gas Mask Mooks: In their case, the gas mask is broken, partially revealing their badly decomposed face.
  • Hazmat Suit: They wear the remnants of one; it makes them a lot harder to hurt.
  • Lovecraftian Superpower: The Grenadier attacks by pelting enemies with organic grenades grown from their own decaying flesh.

    Wrestler

A huge, lumbering zombie with a massive, mutated arm that he slams into the ground to create a powerful area-of-effect attack. Only appears in Riptide.

  • Attack Its Weak Point: Like the Ram, it takes more damage when attacking its back. It will also take much higher than usual headshot damage if you shoot the wound on the right side of its head, although this is quite difficult to do.
  • Mighty Glacier: You can kite a Wrestler around more or less forever, but if it hits you, you’ll be knocked over.
  • Punched Across the Room: Its punches can knock the survivors to the ground.
  • The Right Hand of Doom: It has a very large right arm that it use to attack.

    Screamer

An emaciated zombie with claw-like hands, the Screamer races directly at survivors and attacks with a disorienting, well, scream. Only appears in Riptide.

  • Enemy Summoner: Its screams can also alert a bunch of zombies.
  • Interface Screw: Their scream blurs the player’s screen and takes away their ability to fight and use medkits for a few seconds. It can even cause them to trip and fall backwards while they are trying to get away.
  • Lightning Bruiser: It can move fast, and if it manages to melee you during a stun, it can drop an equal-level Xian or Purna in seconds.
  • Lean and Mean: Extremely emaciated and a vicious opponent.
  • Make Me Wanna Shout: Its scream causes the players to temporarily cover their ears preventing them from fighting back.
  • Shout-Out: Its design is clearly based on a similar creature encountered near the beginning of Space Quest IV.

Dead Island: Riptide Walkthrough

Heaven’s Gift

Yields : Chimamanda
Acquisition Location: Paradise Island Camp

Need to find some useful things after the shipwreck Go to the beach, kill zombies and search the three indicated points. Food, bandages and water bottles will lie in ajar boxes in the middle of the water. Be careful. Search zones are marked in green.

Field kitchen

Gives out : Chimamanda
Pickup Location : Paradise Island Camp

After completing the previous task, Chimamanda asks to find canned food. Canned food can be found all over the island, especially since you will often meet them while performing other tasks.

Regular task. They give quite a lot of experience for each jar brought, so it’s quite easy to level up for a dozen canned foods.

Big sale

Gives out : Pierre
Location of receipt : near the Paradise Island camp

When we leave the camp, we take the first car and drive on the left side. We need to turn into the first “tunnel” by car (not the one that is closed by a fence), and we get to Pierre.

First you need to kill the zombies surrounding the store, talk to Pierre and take the quest. He asks to bring fuel so that the generator can work and the store can be opened. Pierre asks us to fill the canister at the Fuel Storage, and if it is not there, then go to the Marik pier.

We go to the Fuel Storage, put the canister in, try to fill it up, but there is no fuel. Therefore, we are going to the Marik pier.

As soon as we arrive at the place (there will be a bandit at the pump), we put and fill the canister, we go back to Pierre. We give everything we need, but he says that the store is not working today and he needs the goods himself.

When Pierre enters the house and turns on the music, the infected begin to run to its sound. We start looking for fabric to plug the vent pipe. As soon as Pierre runs out, we talk with him, we get a 50% discount in his store and as a reward more experience and Morgenstern (blunt weapon).

White line

Gives : Bruce
Pickup location: Halay village

Bruce will ask you to bring him drugs from the drug dealer’s hut in the jungle. In this area we will be on the additional quest «Quiet Harbor», you can complete it in one go.

The hut we need will be located two hundred meters north of Halai. Having reached the right place, we go into the hut and first of all we kill zombies named «Mr. Death». This is a powerful opponent that you should not engage in close combat with, but the Molotov Cocktail is easy to deal with.

Entering the hut, we search it and, in addition to any supplies, we will find a hole in the basement, in which we will find a drug laboratory. After searching the premises, we find drugs, after which our character decides to give the drug dealer glucose instead of dope.

Fake drug can be found nearby on the table. Then we return to Khalay to the drug addict and after talking with him we finish the task.

Safe Haven

Issues : Maggie
Receive Location : camp in the village of Halai

Access to the quest opens only after completing the quest «Saving the Preacher». You can take it from a woman named Maggie in the camp of the village of Halai. She will ask you to find her friends who went to Henderson.

They will have to start with a tree house where they could stay for the night. Having reached the indicated place through the jungle, we climb the tree along the stairs, at the top, in addition to supplies and the “ripper” modification, you can find a letter for Maggie from which we learn that the group went west in search of a more reliable shelter.

Heading west in search of a new group camp. Having reached the indicated place, we again search the territory marked on the map in green, in the yellow tent you can find another letter for Maggie from which it follows that the group went deep into the island in search of a safe place.

We are moving along new coordinates, the place we need will be located in a small cave, here we will find an abandoned camp and another letter for Maggie from which it follows that the group went to Henderson. To continue the quest, you first need to find a way to the city along the storyline.

Make your way to the green area — go straight ahead and kill the zombies that are breaking through the door. Go to the motel of the same name with the quest. Make your way deep into the motel and take a note for Maggie from the table in the back room.

Return to the camp and give Maggie the note. Now return to the village of Halai and talk to Maggie. Collect your reward and complete the quest.

Relieve the Pain

Issues : Houston
Receive Location : Halay Camp

Access to the quest opens only after completing the quest «Saving the Preacher». Taken from Houston — he asks to bring painkillers. We find a painkiller and bring it to him. Regular task.

Folk Methods

Issued by : Dr. Jane Henson
Receive Location : Camp in the village of Halay

Access to the quest is unlocked after completing the quest «Where the Dead Winter». You can take it from Dr. Jane Henson in the camp of the village of Halai, to complete it you will have to go to the infirmary of the village of Halai, located a hundred meters west of the camp.

Having reached the indicated room, you need to get inside, you can do this through the second floor, and you can get to the second floor from the roof of one of the neighboring buildings. After breaking down the door, moving the mouse up and down, and killing all the zombies inside, we select a medical reference book from the table (maybe under the table).

We return to the camp to Dr. Jane Henson. After talking with the doctor, it turns out that the medicine needs mushrooms growing in caves.

A new task is to find these mushrooms, for this we go to the cave marked in the northeast of the island. Use fast travel to Marik’s Landing to get there faster. Collecting some mushrooms. We return to the doctor in the camp, having completed the task and received a reward.

Antidote

Gives out : Rose
Receive location : camp in the village of Halay

On the second floor we find Rose, who really needs antibiotics. To complete the quest, you need to go to the first-aid post (bungalow overlooking the ocean) located in the village of Halai.

Going inside we find ourselves in the so-called «dead zone», in order to get to the medicine you need to clear the area from zombies. The easiest way to do this is with grenades or other explosives, as well as here you will come across a new type of zombie «Quick Death».

After killing all the enemies, we take the antidote from the body of one of the zombies, after which we return to the camp to Rose (you can also find the “Shock” modification in the first-aid post). After talking with Rose, we complete the task and get a reward.

Electrification

Gives : Zoe
Location of : Paradise Island Refugee Camp

Go to the bridge that was blown up at the beginning of the game and talk to Zoe. Take a new quest from her. We need help to create the most effective protection in Paradise. Go to the car. On the map, it is marked with a driver’s steering wheel icon.

Follow the road to a small camp. Find five batteries inside the trailers. Return to the car and drive it further into the interior of the island. Stop a little above the Hoyahoya bar, where there is a left turn, but the car will not pass there. Go through yourself and immediately climb onto the ledge on the right with the help of vines. Move towards the village, kill the enemies. The marked building is locked from the inside.

Find the barrels on the side where the healthy zombie is. Jump up the barrels and crates and go down the fence. Kill the enemy and here already open the door inside the building. Inside you will meet with an explosive zombie — kill him and find the second cable. The first cable lies outside the house, not far from the door through which you got inside. Now open the door from inside the house and return by car to Zoe. Talk to the woman and get your reward.

Mines make «Bang!»

Immediately after completing Electrification, Zoe can receive the next quest. You need to bring 4 pieces of suicide meat and 2 electronic junk. You can find everything you need in locations and when killing suicides. Can be bought in stores (meat is sometimes sold by Batram during the Ritual story quest).

We go back, give the items to Zoe, get a couple of exploding mines.

Genre Horror-slasher

Gives : Dave
Acquisition location : Mataka village

We get to the village of Mataka through the story quest «Meeting with the locals». Dave is on a flooded trailer. He asks to bring him a camera with a battery (from the story itself it is clear that while Dave and his assistants were filming the film, the infected broke in and he fled from there in a hurry).

We set off, we go to the site, but in order to break the door we need to turn off the current that comes from the wire. To turn off the power, we go through another course of the site and turn off the power. Break down the door and take the camera.

We break down the door and see that everyone has already become infected with the virus, kill the assistants on the site, go ahead and pick up the battery that is on the shelf.

We return to Dave and find out that the ending of the film has been erased, but nevertheless, in gratitude, he gives us experience and bronze brass knuckles.

On site

Gives out : Dave
Location of receiving : Halay village

After completing the quest Genre: horror slasher Dave moves to Halay. He will be on the roof of the house, near which there is a cage with a bandit. On the left side there will be a ladder that you can use to get to Dave.

He asks us to help reshoot the movie’s ending. We just need to kill the bandit who is in the cage. There will be no particular difficulties.

Once killed, return to Dave and get money and experience.

Stop the Madness

After completing the main quest «The Ritual», this quest is available. We need to kill Marcus Villa so he doesn’t hurt anyone.

He is in his house in the village of Mataka (you can immediately get to the house with a fast transition). After a dialogue with Marcus, he enters the battle and can deal good damage if he is not killed in time.

On the plus side, Marcus is very easy to knock down, so if you have head trampling, knock him down and kill him without any problems.

Markus can drop the Bolo Machete.

Reserves

Gives out : Miya
Pickup Location : Flooded Jungle

This quest can only be completed after the story quest «Scientific Approach». After that, we get access to the BioSphere laboratory.

From the entrance to the Biosphere Laboratory location, the path to the left. You can either shoot mines or go: on the left, to the stones, turn right. On the scraps of meat, to the chest, along the fallen trunk, jump over to the flooring.

Get Mia’s weapon from the bunker: the colt is on the top platform of the bunker, in a green box.

Way back: to the right, onto the floor, up along the roots, jump onto the bushes and go down along the cliff.

History Lesson

Issued by : Dr. Kessler

Becomes available after completing the main quest «Doctor Kessler». You will be able to complete it only when you get access to the tunnels (during the story quest «Catacombs»).

We go down to the lower level in the tunnel and deal with opponents. We pick up the green sample lying near the grate, then turn left and get to the second sample.

We pass through the door, go down and move along the wall on the left. We find the grate, go to the end and turn left. In the green area, take the notes from the table and return to Dr. Kessler.

Neighborhood

Issues : Mia
Receive Location : Henderson

You can take this quest during the «Heavy Artillery» story quest. Miya is in a small camp near the helicopter crash site.

Mia will offer you to collect the boxes dropped on the island by the military. To complete the task, you will be given a locator and approximate coordinates of boxes with supplies.

There will be three places to look for crates: one southwest of your position, one to the south, and one to the southeast. Having examined all three places, it will not be difficult to find the items we need, since in addition to the search area highlighted in green, the locator will also beep: the closer you are to the target, the more often the squeak.

You can go to the box on the roof of the bus on the left, along the rock. Then jump over to the roof.

Bring supplies to Mia and get a large cleaver.

Memories

Gives out : Damien
Pickup location: Henderson

The quest can be obtained from Damien in the northeast of the cinema (2nd tier). He will have several tasks. First you need to find the capacitor. It’s relatively close to his apartment. If you see a «Pizza» sign and a wooden door, you’ll find fallen postcard hangers behind the sign, and a battery on the table next to the hangers (doesn’t look like a capacitor in any way, but it’s a task item).

But Damian asks us to bring 2 more without vacuum tubes. One lamp is located a little to the south of the cinema, on wooden buildings. The first lamp is on the workbench. The second is located next to the quarantine zone. You can climb into the lamp location area using the stairs. The lamp itself lies near the wooden building and next to the trash can. We take the lamp and return to Damien.

He says that they brought something completely wrong — he needs a coil. It is located at a military base, but you need to complete the «War Zone» story quest. The electric coil will be in the same basement as the backup generator switch (it is on a shelf in the far left corner). We carry the coil to Damien and get experience and modification «Electropathy».

Family Ties

Returns : Marvin
Receive Location : Henderson

Marvin realizes how stupid he was and asks to know what happened to his girlfriend. To do this, we need to go to her apartment. As soon as we enter the apartment, we begin the search (be careful, there is a screamer in one of the rooms).

We find the bills of the parents that she paid, we find the things that were not fully collected and understand that she was going in a hurry, but she left a letter which tells that she moved to live with her parents. The apartment is located near Cape Victoria.

We are heading there, starting the same search, there was a fire in the apartment and everyone died from the acrid smoke. We find her portrait in one of the rooms, but we do not find Sylvia herself. We return to Marvin, reports not very good news and get a reward.

Reunion

After completing the Family Ties quest, you can go to the Field Hospital (near the Church) and climb the stairs to the room with the patients. We examine the patients and find Sylvia. We return to Marvin, report the location of Sylvia and receive a reward.

The dead can’t dance

Gives out : Eva
Location of obtaining : Henderson

Near Henderson’s Villa on the roof next to the bar we find Eve. We need to turn off the radio in the bar so that the music doesn’t attract the zombies. But when we enter the bar, the alarm goes off.

We turn off the radio (behind the bar), and you need to turn off the alarm (be careful, very decent crowds of infected come running to the sound of the alarm, their number will grow every second).

The alarm switch is located to the right of the entrance, near the stairs to Eve. Go a little further and turn left, where the cable sparks. There is a transformer on the left — pull the lever to disable the alarm.

We rise to Eve and get a reward in the form of experience and 4 incendiary grenades.

Superhero

Gives out : Eddie
Pickup Location : Henderson

It is located a little further north than Eva. Eddie will be standing on the ledge, and in order to take the quest, you must first kill the zombies.

Eddie is obviously afflicted with the virus, as he believes he is called «Zombinator» by the common people. He asks us to bring super-things, which are located in the south of Henderson.

Super-cloak — we come to the place indicated on the map (radar) and go on the right side along the road, where fabrics hang on both sides. On the left, slightly above the rest of the fabrics, a white one hangs — this is the “super-cloak”.

Super boots — we come to the market. The boots are on the last counters behind the stairs. Grab the blue sneakers.

Super fish — in the Sea Market at the counter where the screamer stands (perhaps, otherwise the fish will be on the final counter). We pick up the fish and return to Eddie.

Then he decides to test his strength by killing the walkers (these are the 3 who meet along the way and if you have already killed them, then the zombie will just run). He instructs us to kill the battering ram. We speak with Eddie, and he sees strength in us and hands us experience and a pair of throwing knives.

You can enter the house through the roof. Go through a small alley, go up the stairs a little and see another ladder made of boxes. There is already a clear path ahead.

Enter the house, eliminating the monsters along the way and interact with the shield of electricity. But you need a key to open it. We remove the shutters from the door, enter the room, kill Nina’s sister and take the keys to the shield from her. We open it, turn off the electricity and then kill the zombies that are still in the house.
