First Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special Trailer Is Here!

The most wonderful time of the year is quickly approaching, and Marvel is here to give some early festive cheer starring our favorite group of space-faring misfits of the MCU. A brand-new trailer for the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy: The Holiday Special has been released, showing the titular team exploring Christmas on Earth.
Guardians of the Galaxy: The Holiday Special once again has James Gunn, writer and director of the first two Guardians films, at the helm in both roles again. The upcoming special will star Chris Pratt as Star-Lord; Zoe Saldana as Gamora; Vin Diesel as Groot; Dave Bautista as Drax; Bradley Cooper as Rocket; Pom Klementieff as Mantis; Gillan as Nebula. While the finer details surrounding the plot of the upcoming Holiday Special have been kept close to the chest, Gunn has previously teased that the special will be “introducing one of the greatest MCU characters of all time.”
The trailer also reveals that Kevin Bacon is set to join the cast for the holiday special, and it will definitely pull a few hearty chuckles out of you when he sprints across the screen! It seems like he wasn’t expecting to have the Guardians break into his house.

With The Holiday Special set to release in at the end of 2022, the latest adventure of the Guardians will be rounding out an exciting and eventful year for the MCU. In addition to the reveal of Phase 5 and 6 of the multimedia franchise and the release of films and series such as She-Hulk, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Spider-Man: No Way Home, and Werewolf by Night, among others, there have also been a few projects that starred the Guardians.
These include the Disney+ animated series I Am Groot as well as Thor: Love and Thunder. Joining The Holiday Special in upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy-centric projects is Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which will see the MCU debut of Adam Warlock, played by Will Poulter. This Holiday Special is set to bridge the gap between the Guardians 2 film and the upcoming Vol. 3.
Guardians of the Galaxy: The Holiday Special is set to premiere on Disney+ on November 25, with Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 3 set to hit theaters on May 5, 2023. Check out the trailer below:

FUNNY, FULL OF HEART AND VISUALLY DAZZLING
Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy is a smart, funny, bright, weird and exciting movie.
It’s a dazzling spectacle of gloriously bizarre entertainment. It boasts of a talented cast, an awesome soundtrack and great special effects.
Guardians feels at once both epic and intimate. James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy’s one of Marvel’s best films to date.

Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn has confirmed that Part 3 of the story will be the last with the original team.
And also became known release date and plot details.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. Part 3 will be the last time viewers will see the familiar team together. Guardians of the Galaxy. Part 3, which is currently set to be the final chapter of the intergalactic Gann saga, will be released in 2023.
The first Guardians of the Galaxy movie introduced the audience to the core team of Peter Quill/Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista), Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper) and Groot (Vin Diesel).
Although the Guardians only have two standalone films to date, they have played a pivotal role in another MCU franchise, joining the battle against Thanos in both Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame. Viewers have come to know and love the group of misfits that make up the Guardians of the Galaxy’s current cast, but the show’s director warns fans that the team is in for some major changes.
Marvel has confirmed that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.
3 will release on May 4, 2023 , so you can now officially start the countdown. Filming is currently underway and will continue until May.
In October 2021, Disney shuffled the release dates for each upcoming Phase 4 film, but the triquel has remained in the same place. I hope it stays that way and we’ll see it in theaters in May 2023.
Until then, in December 2022, we will receive a holiday special on Disney, which, according to Gann, will introduce «one of the greatest MCU characters of all time» . It is being filmed at the same time as the third film.
What the Guardians of the Galaxy will be about. Part 3
The exact plot details of the third film have yet to be revealed, but Gunn has promised that it will serve as an «epic conclusion» to the story he started in 2014’s Guardians of the Galaxy.
The movie is expected to deal with the aftermath of Avengers: Endgame, in which the Guardians helped defeat Thanos before heading back into space, but lost contact with one of their own (Zoe Saldana’s time-displaced Gamora) in the process.
However, given the long delay, it could be that the connection to Endgame fades from the collective memory of fans, meaning the film could be more heavily influenced by Thor: Love and Thunder, with the Guardians making a cameo appearance.
The story is now confirmed to feature popular comic book character Adam Warlock, played by Will Poulter, a creature created by Elizabeth Debicki’s golden-skinned character Aisha to get revenge on the team. The Guardians are expected to take on Warlock in the upcoming movie.
Gunn noted that he wanted to finish the Rocket arc. So expect more from Rocket in the third movie, maybe even his full backstory.
Who will die in Guardians of the Galaxy 3?
Guardians 3 has been expected for some time to be something of a finale for this Guardians of the Galaxy team, with fans speculating whether their heroes will fade into the sunset or meet a gruesome end.
Unfortunately, it looks like will have a lot of deaths, as Gunn recently hinted that Guardians 3 could be the end for several characters.
