FIFA 21 Web App – FIFPlay

FUT 21 Web is available from Wednesday, 30 September 2020 (6pm UK). You can login and start building your FUT 21 club on the FUT Web App. Use the link below to connect to the FIFA 21 Web App on EA servers.

Using the FUT 21 Web App, you will be able to manage your FUT Club, purchase pack, access the Transfer Market and play Squad Building Challenges.

Take note that the Web and Companion apps are not compatible with Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.

Access Info – What you need to know
  • You must have created a FUT Club in FIFA 20 and logged in to FUT 21 on your platform before August 1, 2020, to get early access to the FUT 21 Web and Companion apps at the launch.
  • Your FUT 20 account must still exist – That means if you’ve deleted your Club, you won’t be able to get an early start.
  • Your account needs to be in good standing – If you don’t have access, it means you have either done things in the past that broke our rules, or we don’t know enough about you yet to make a decision on whether you have earned this privilege.

Platforms

FIFA 21 Web App is available on the web and is accessible only on desktop/laptop computers’ web browsers. For using FUT App on mobile devices, use FIFA 21 Companion App instead.

Getting Started
  • Log in to either app with the email address on the account that either has a FUT 21 club or has FUT 20 returning user status.
  • Make sure you turned on Login Verification. If you’re wondering what Login Verification is, it helps keep your account secure. We wrote this article with all the details for you.
  • Check that you know your Security Question and Answer. We’ll show you how in this article.
  • You can’t use the FUT Web App or Companion App while you are logged into the Console or PC version of FUT 21.
  • When you log out of FUT on your Console or PC, go back to the main FIFA menu before you shut your system off, otherwise you’ll need to wait to log in to the Web App.

Transfer Market Access

To access the FUT Transfer Market on Web App and Companion App, you need to play FUT on your console or PC for a few days (normally 5 days). After playing FUT, the system will check your account and unlock your Transfer Market access if your account status is good and will send you an email.

If you have played FUT already but you see your account has been blocked from the Transfer Market, it means your account no longer has access to the Transfer Market due to activities that broke EA rules. This could mean that:

  • EA actioned your account and locked it out of the Transfer Market because of unusual activity
  • EA will block accounts that break our rules from using the Transfer Market on Web and Companion apps. EA do this to give a fair experience to all players. If you think this action is a mistake, you can email EA at [email protected]

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to use the FUT Web App?

You will need an EA Account, a copy of FIFA 21, and a FUT 21 Club before you can use the web app or companion app.

FUT 21 Accounts for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC can use the FUT Web App and Companion App. Nintendo Switch Accounts are not supported on the Web App or Companion App.

To protect your account, we also ask that you setup a FUT Security Question on your Console or PC version of FUT 21, and that you secure your EA Account with Login Verification.

How does early web start work?

Qualified returning users from FUT 21 will be able to login to the Web App for a limited time before FIFA 21 launches.

If you created a FUT 20 account before August 1, 2020, and logged in on your Console or PC you should be able to access early web and mobile start.

While we try to let everyone in, there are some accounts that will not make it in. If you were banned in FIFA 20 or deleted your club at any point, you will not gain access to early web start.

What is required to use the FUT Web App and Companion App?

The Web App will only work with newer web browsers that support our features. Your web browser must support WebGL. We recommend always using the latest version of your favourite browser. The Web App will work on Google Chrome, Safari (Mac Only), Firefox, Edge, or Opera. Internet Explorer support is limited to version 11 only. When using the Web App on a mobile device or tablet, we support Mobile Chrome (iOS and Android) or Safari (iOS).

The Companion App is available for Android and iOS. Our minimum requirements for mobile operating systems is Android 4.4.2 or newer and iOS 9.3 or newer.

How do multiple accounts work?

Your EA account is tied to an e-mail address that is used to login to the FUT Web App. An EA account can have multiple Personas tied to it, for example if you play on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. If you have multiple Personas tied to your account, you can switch between them in FUT Web using the Persona Selector in the Settings menu. To login to a different account, you will need to sign out completely.

Can I be logged into my console/PC and FUT Web App/Companion at the same time?

You cannot use the FUT Web App or Companion App while you are logged into the Console or PC version of FUT 21. When logging out of FUT on your Console or PC, always ensure that you go back to the main FIFA menu before shutting your system off, otherwise you will need to wait to login to the Web App.

Why do I need to do in order to access the Transfer Market?

To ensure the Transfer Market is a fair experience for all players, we need to make sure you and all players are playing by our rules.

Playing FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) on your console or PC as you normally would should unlock your access to the Transfer Market on Web and Companion apps.

What’s up with my returning user rewards?

Rewards are based on your account’s good standing in the game, along with your player history and engagement. This is why your rewards may be different from your friend’s.

I switched platforms. Can I get access or my rewards on my new console?

Returning user rewards and good standing to access the Transfer Market are tied to your specific console account. So if you switch platforms or create a new account on the same platform, your access and rewards won’t carry over.

UPDATE: Today’s a big day for FIFA fans with both the FIFA 23 Web App and the FIFA 23 TOTW 1 line-up being announced by EA.

Both of these big reveals were expected at 6pm UK time but so far only the Team of the Week news has dropped, with the Web App website saying it’s still down for maintenance.

As of yet, the official @EASportsFIFA Twitter account and the @EAFIFADirect Twitter are yet to confirm if the Web App launch has been delayed and if so by how long.

There’s always a huge amount of interest in the new FIFA Web App launch each year, so EA may just need a little bit of extra time before it goes live.

Nevertheless, the FIFA 23 Web App is expected to launch imminently so keep your eyes peeled and Express.co.uk will update you once more news filters in.

ORIGINAL: FIFA 23 Web App is out this week, and will kick off a busy period of releases for fans of the hit EA series.

The Web App launches on Wednesday, September 21 alongside FIFA 23 TOTW 1 with the Companion App for iOS and Android out on Thursday, September 22.

The Web and Companion App — which gives early access to FUT fans looking to build their squad — are launching ahead of FIFA 23 early access (via EA Play and the Ultimate Edition) dropping next week on Tuesday, September 27 followed by the FIFA 23 Standard Edition release date on Friday, September 30.

Ahead of the launch of the FIFA 23 Web App and Companion App the FIFA 22 versions are currently down for maintenance.

You will be able to access the new Web App via the same website as the previous version.

The Web App is expected to have a release time of 10am pacific, 1pm eastern, 6pm UK time and 7pm CEST on Wednesday.

If you want to get a head start on the competition and get early access to creating your new FUT team there are a few things to know.

Firstly, you must have created a FUT Club in FIFA 22 before the start of August this year in order to access the FIFA 23 Web and Companion apps.

EA also requires that anyone accessing the Web App and Companion App needs to have their account in good standing.

If you previously downloaded the Companion App for FIFA 22 you won’t need to download another app. Instead, there will be a forced update which turns it into the FIFA 23 version.

For those already thinking about what players they’ll be able to add EA recently revealed the ratings for FIFA 23.

In case you’re wondering though, the top five rated players are… Karim Benzema — OVR 91, Kevin De Bruyne — OVR 91, Kylian Mbappe — OVR 91, Lionel Messi — OVR 91, Robert Lewandowski — OVR 91

The Web App is launching ahead of the FIFA 23 release date next week.

On Tuesday, September 27 the FIFA 23 Ultimate Edition launches which gives players that pre-ordered a few days early access.

FIFA 23 will be the final EA footie game to boast the FIFA name (Image: EA)

That same day EA Play and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be able to play a 10 hour trial for FIFA 23. If you’re not already a subscriber you can get your first month’s access to Game Pass for just £1, or on Xbox you can join EA Play for 79p!

Then, on Friday September 30 the FIFA 23 Standard edition will launch. FIFA 23 is a historic release, as it’s the final game in the EA series that will sport the FIFA name.

And this partnership which has spanned three decades looks like it will be going out with a bang, as FIFA 23 is a jam-packed release. It includes World Cup modes for both the men’s and women’s competition (a first for a FIFA game), crossplay, women’s club football for the first time, HyperMotion2, a new FUT chemistry system and the Moments mode plus much, much more.

FIFA 21 Web App Tips: 7 Tips to Master the

    Companion App

    Updated:

Our FIFA 21 Web App tips will get you started saving coins in no time. The official FIFA 21 companion launched on Wednesday, September 30th, more than a week before the game’s October 9th release date, giving fans the perfect opportunity to get in on the action. In addition to customizing your lineup before you even get your game, you can also edit every aspect of your stadium as one of the new features. What else is possible? Our FIFA 21 Web App guide explains it all.

    1. Know the basics

The FIFA 21 Web App is free for anyone who plays FIFA 21 on PS5, Xbox Series X, PS4, Xbox One and PC. If you have had a FIFA 20 account, you can log in right now — just click on this official FIFA 21 web app link. There is no way to play real matches, but almost everything else that is possible in real FIFA can also to do in her companion: buy packs with in-game coins, sort your players, staff and club items, control incoming and outgoing transfers, etc. on. It’s the perfect way to still manage your club even when disconnected from your favorite car.

    2. Create your initial composition.

Log in before the FIFA 21 release date of October 9th or before purchasing the game (assuming you had a FIFA 20 account) and you will be able to prepare all aspects of your club to everything was ready to play. You can choose from nine nations when creating your initial team: I went to England and won gold cards belonging to Tom Cleverly, James Tarkowski and Jay Rodriguez. You can select a highly rated item on loan (Trent Alexander-Arnold for me), then select your icons and kits, and claim a loyalty reward if you’re back as a FIFA 20 veteran. For me, that meant two uniforms, four sets of gold players, a loaned gold player (TAA, extending his contract to eight matches) and a stadium starter pack.

    3. Edit the stadium.

The Ultimate Team Stadium is a core component of FIFA 21. You can still choose your favorite real-world pitch from the FIFA 21 stadium list if you like, but the FUT equivalent is fully customizable — just like in the companion app as well as in the game itself. Select «Home» then «Stadium» and you’ll see four different panels that can be used to personalize the patch.

Match-Day covers pieces you’re used to from past games, such as the badge, ball, and shapes. The crowd includes chants, themes, TIFO and your club’s anthem. The touchlines show how the stadium should look along the entire length of the field, while the structure allows for customization of its architecture, colors and pyrotechnics. As you progress, you unlock new items and larger buildings, so this feature of the web app has a lot to keep you interested throughout the season.

    4. Track seasons and events.

The FIFA 19 Weekly Goals have been replaced in FIFA 20 with a mechanic called «Seasons» and carried over to FIFA 21. Over time, you accumulate XP from playing games, completing SBCs, etc, which then automatically triggers awards such as receiving Christian Eriksen and Raheem Sterling on loan. You can track your progress through the seasons in the app and use the information provided to speed up your experience. New this year are events where you join certain clubs to unlock group achievements, which will also be added to the app when FIFA 21 launches.

    5. Complete Squad Building Challenges (SBCs)

Squad building challenges are both a fun waste of time and a quick jump to the best maps, and you can use the web app to solve them. Click the «SBC» button on the left menu to open all available tasks. Already completed — in black, unfinished — in blue. In this hub, you can see the specifications for each individual task and submit them as soon as you meet those requirements. Just keep in mind that experimenting with the required cards is more difficult than using their in-game equivalents. This is one of the few areas where the console layout dominates.

    6. Update the list of translations.

An important element of creating coins in FIFA 21 is to list items within an hour and then relist them as soon as possible if they don’t sell. However, you don’t want to interrupt Fleabag to turn on your PS4 for two minutes, or constantly wander from the kitchen to the living room while preparing dinner. (for example, pour hot water into a pot of noodles). That’s where the app comes in handy. Clicking on Transfers > Transfer List > List All on a laptop takes seconds and means you can be up to date with outgoing deals at all times without being distracted from other important tasks – like moaning about handball VAR decisions in Twitter.

    7. Easily Manage Transfer Goals

Whether it’s building a dream team or finding goals to complete an SBC, the app makes goal tracking much easier than a console or a standard PC menu. Click on any player, then «Compare Price» and you will see all available cards and their cost in a list; instead of going through the cards one by one, from left to right, as in a full-fledged game. Tracking incoming activity has also become more convenient: active bids, viewed products, won products and expired products are displayed on one screen. Unfortunately, none of this will help you kill Leo Messi for 200 coins.
