SUPER STREET FIGHTER 2 || CONTROLS

THE BASICS

NOTE : Assume that all moves are done for a character facing right.

8-WAY LEVER JAB STRONG FIERCE

SHORT FORWARD ROUNDHOUSE

ADVANCED BATTLE TECHNIQUES

NOTE : Assume that all moves are done for a character facing right.

THROW When close, or + Strong/Fierce or Forward/Roundhouse

Use this technique near an opponent to throw him. Each character throws his opponent based on their fighting style. Certain characters can even throw the opponent while airborne.

SAFE FALL When thrown, do the same command for a throw

If thrown, this maneuver allows your character to land safely to the ground on their feet, thus reducing the damage they receive from the throw by half.

BLOCK Push the direction away from your opponent.

When you block against an opponent’s attack, damage is done to the mimimum. Blocked physical blows give no damage but blocked special attacks take a toll of tick damage. Certain attacks like special throws are unblockable, however.

REVERSAL Perform a Special Attack from a stun animation or upon getting up.

This maneuver allows you to retaliate instantly on the point that your character recovers after being hit or stands up from the ground, catching the enemy off-guard with a Special Attack.

SURE KILLING TECHNIQUES Refer to individual character movecards

Master your favorite character’s deadliest of techniques in his arsenal. New moves are waiting to be discovered!

MAX : SUPER COMBO
Refer to individual character movecards

NOTE:  This Hidden Special Technique requires a full Super Combo Gauge that flashes SUPER.

Each character has his deadliest move by assimilating several moves into one, or simply infusing his signature move with increased power. Once you use a Super Combo, the gauge empties out. Beat enemies to pulp with sheer power!

NOTE : A player can choose either NORMAL or TURBO game speed.

NORMAL Normal gameplay speed

TURBO Faster gameplay speed, more challenging play

THE SUPER COMBO GAUGE

Each of the Street Fighters have certain fighting styles they can use in battle. When you continually use sure-killing techniques, increased energy will be shown in the Super Combo Gauge. When the gauge shows maximum power, then it’s your opportunity to use the destructive power of the Super Combo technique! Use this opportunity as an offensive tactical weapon. Once you use a Super Combo, the gauge completely drains out, so don’t waste it!

Use Special Attacks to amass energy!

Charge it up! You’re there!

Perform your Super Combo!

SUPER COMBO

When your fighter’s Super Combo Gauge reaches full power, he or she can perform a Super Combo which can turn the tide of battle in your favor!

Super Street Fighter II Turbo or simply Super Turbo, known in Japan as Super Street Fighter II X: Grand Master Challenge. Series 9 multi-platform fighting video game0033 Street Fighter .

Throughout the different games in the series, different characters from all over the world take part in battles, and in different parts of their composition changes. The actual protagonist and face of the series is the Japanese karateka Ryu, who travels all over the world in search of worthy opponents throughout the games.

Controls:

T Y U — kick
G H J — punch

The first and main innovation was the introduction of the concept of super combos in the game. Usually, a super combo is an enhanced version of a certain special move and can be performed under certain conditions, being able to deal significant damage to the enemy in a single use. nine0016

Super Turbo also introduced the ability to attack an airborne enemy. While previous editions of the game introduced several techniques that allowed the player to attack an opponent multiple times, Super Turbo was the first game in the series to introduce an extended air combo technique.

An MS-DOS version developed by Eurocom and published by Gametek was released in May 1995 in North America and Europe. This version is almost identical to the arcade version and uses a six-button gamepad to play. There are both secret input commands to use the original color schemes of the characters, as well as moves removed from the 3DO version due to lack of memory. The options menu includes various settings, such as enabling or disabling parallax scrolling, allowing you to customize the game to your computer’s specifications. nine0016

In the wake of the success of the video game series Street Fighter in 1994, the film of the same name « Street Fighter » was released, starring Van Damme, and also with the participation of Kylie Minogue.
