Super Mario Bros. Cheats For NES

Unlimited 1-Ups (lives)

To get unlimited 1-ups, go to world 3-1 and head towards the end of the level. At the end of the level, you will see two turtles coming down the stairs that lead to the flagpole.  Hit the second turtle to make him stop coming down the stairs and keep jumping so your character doesn’t hit the ground. The timing here must be perfect or you will end up sending the turtle flying. If done correctly, you will be rewarded with continuous 1-ups if you’re able to keep going.

Warp Zone 2, 3, 4

This allows you to skip to world 2, 3, or 4. While you’re in World 1 — 2, head toward the end of the level where you will see the second set of moving platforms. These particular platforms will be moving in the up direction instead of moving downwards like the previous one. Ride a platform all the way up till you can jump onto the blocks at the top of the level and walk right till you approach three pipes. Each one will take you to the world of the corresponding number, the options will be world 2, 3, or 4.

Word 1-2 Pipe Glitch

In World 1-2 there is a glitch that will take you either to World -1 or you can use it to get to World 5-1. At the end of the level in 1-2 you will come to a pipe that leads you to the end-of-the level flagpole, instead of going through the pipe you can glitch through the top of it. This is the same area that takes you to the warp zone of worlds 2, 3, and 4 but using the glitch will make these pipes take you somewhere else.

To perform the glitch, break the second to last block above you, then sand with one foot hanging off the pipe. Next, you have to duck, and while ducking, you’re going to work to jump backwards toward the pipe without breaking the block farthest to the right. Repeat this till your character glitches through the wall and you can walk to the warp zone secret area.

Warp Zone 5

In World 4-2 there is a hidden warp zone that takes you to world 5. In order to get to this hidden warp zone, head to the end of the level until you see the last set of platforms moving in the up direction. Take these platforms up to the top of the level and walk to the right untill you come across the pipe labeled «5» leading to world 5.

Warp Zone 6, 7, 8

In World 4-2 when you come up to the first set of platforms that are moving downwards, there is a hidden beanstalk in a block right across the hole the platforms are moving down. You will see 3 random blocks in a row next to a pipe, they will have hidden blocks underneath them, so make sure not to jump and hit the first one all the way left. Start from the right and hit the first two invisible blocks underneath to give yourself access to the beanstalk. If you take this beanstalk, it will give you the options to warp to World 6, 7, or 8.

Trigger Fireworks

At the end of a level that contains a flagpole there is a way to trigger a secret fireworks display. Most people will trigger these and not know exactly how or why it happened. To trigger the secret fireworks, at the end of the level you must jump on the flagpole with the time remaining ending in a 1, 3, or 6. If the time remaining ends in a 3, then only three fireworks will display and it the time left ends in a 6, then you will see the max of 6 fireworks.

Hard Mode

Once you beat the game you will be able to unlock hard mode. This turns all enemies into Buzzy Beatles, making the game more difficult.

With this code, once you get big, just as with the always stay big code, you will never die unless you fall in a pit or run out of time. However, you do not stay big! The first time you die, you will change from big to little, as usual. The second time you die, you will change from little to big. Other cool things you can do with this code:
    • Have fire power when you are small.
    • You don’t lose your fire power or invincible power when you die from enemies (that is when you change size). You do, however, lose those powers when you fall in a pit.
    • Easily change size just by killing yourself.
  • PIGPOG — This is a really great Game Genie code that results in all sorts of fun and random errors, but the graphics remain clear and normal. Princess Toadstool as an enemy, Koopa on 1-1, Squids on land, etc.
  • GOZSXX — Invincibility from Everything including Lava

Super Mario Bros: Lost Levels was the original Super Mario Bros 2 that was released in Japan, however its levels were so difficult that other countries preferred to release modified version Doki doki panic . However, when the job was done, it later made its way to the United States and Europe as Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels of the T-shirt.

If you were one of those who, due to the difficulty, could not complete it completely, now with this game and clock you can reach any level in the easiest way you can imagine. When you’re on the home screen, instead of pressing the Start button, press the B button to see the level selection list appear in front of you.

2.- Infinite Lives

Another help you can get is to start playing with infinite lives. To do this, press and hold the A button before pressing Start on the main screen, and you will start playing with infinite lives. To return to normal, you will only need to pause the game and select reset.

3.- Play ball with Luigi

The third included game is Ball. This is a famous game from the early LCD consoles, in which Mario had to keep his balance while demonstrating his skills as a juggler. Well, you can also play as Luigi by holding down the A button before starting the game.

4.- Hard Mode Activation

Hard Mode is a mode that was already present in the original game, and it will take care of placing enemies in places you wouldn’t expect. In order to activate it, you will need to complete the first Super Mario Bros, and this way the option will appear in the main menu.

5.- The brightest clock modes

As you well know, the digital clock mode offers an infinite number of modes in which you can see many Mario worlds representing the current time, but there will be certain clocks in which we will see particularly striking designs .

Some of the special clocks with the following:

  • From 7:00 to 7:59 Monty the Mole will appear from the ground and start running around the screen.
  • At 05:55 and 17:55 the blocks will revive the digital clock with coins.
  • At 01:11 and 13:11, three bloopers will appear and move to the top of the screen.

6.- How to open the secret world

If you complete Super Mario Bros: Lost levels0011 ) , the main screen will add an asterisk to the game name. Well, repeat this process a total of 8 times to get 8 coins and you will finally have access to the so-called world A. To enter this world, collect 8 stars and press B on the main screen.

Game Super Mario Bros. or just Super Mario Bros.
was developed by Nintendo and published by Nintendo in 1985 year.

In a land far beyond human imagination lies a magical place called the Mushroom Kingdom. It’s always sunny in the Mushroom Kingdom and food is plentiful all year round. The realm was ruled by the gentle and peaceful Mushroom King and his daughter, Princess Toadstool, who later became known as Princess Peach. The mushroom people lived peacefully, and everything was fine.

Then, one dark day, a tribe of evil turtles named Koopa, led by the tyrannical King Bowser, invaded the peaceful Kingdom. There was a terrible war. The fungus people fought bravely, but they could not resist the vicious turtles. They were defeated by the turtle tribe, and Bowser’s terrible black magic turned all mushroom people into stones, bricks, and even horsehair plants. Princess Toadstool, the only one with the power to free the kingdom from Bowser’s evil power, was captured and exiled to a deep dungeon in a distant castle.

Mario, a man of courage and determination, heard about the terrible fate of the mushroom people. He decided to save the beautiful princess and free the citizens of the Mushroom Kingdom from Bowser’s evil control. This is where the legend ends and the adventure begins. The fate of the beautiful princess and the mushroom people is now in your hands!

Super Mario Bros. is one of the most popular and influential games ever released in video game history. It was first published on the Famicom in Japan and on the Nintendo Entertainment System worldwide. It was the Famicom’s best-selling game. It has sold approximately 6,810,000 copies ever, four times more than the next best-selling game, Soccer. It was one of two games that had a significant impact on the resurgence of the depressive US video game market in the mid-80s.
