12/12 Rock Your Body — Justin Timberlake
It’s almost as if Justin Timberlake’s music were tailor-made for Just Dance. An energetic track with moderate difficulty is an excellent way to dance back into the series. The nearly twenty-year-old song still manages to maintain its appeal to tons of pop fans all these years later
While the track is a solo dance, it’s one that’ll have entire groups practicing the sleek choreography. With plenty of repetitive moves, simple steps, and an incredible groove Rock Your Body is bound to end up as a personal favorite of many newcomers to the franchise.
11/12 Levitating — Dua Lipa
Dua Lipa’s 2020 hit track Levitating had to be an easy pick to include in Just Dance 2022. A song that boasts not only plenty of energy but also tons of incredible dance potential. While the track is one of the easier solos’ in the game, that just makes it perfect for players who may not be totally comfortable with their moves.
With plenty of simplistic hand movements among the choreography, even the people waiting for their turn are likely to be jamming out from the couch.
10/12 Girl Like Me — Black Eyed Peas and Shakira
Since both the Black Eyed Peas and Shakira seem to make plenty of party anthems, their inclusion in Just Dance 2022 is no surprise. Girl Like Me is definitely one of the tougher tracks in the game, but the fun song will keep people coming back to practice the intense choreography.

Veterans of the Just Dance series will likely want to dive into the more difficult songs by starting with this one. Lots of modern hip-hop moves and some intricate footwork will make Girl Like Me a difficult song to master.
9/12 Pop/Stars- K/DA, Madison Beer, (G)I-DLE Ft. Jaira Burns
Pop/Stars is not only an intense song but also an intense song to dance to. League of Legends fans may know this song well since way back when the music video debuted on the League of Legends Youtube channel.
This quartet dance is sure to put even Just Dance veterans to the test in both choreography difficulty, and the overall intensity of the dance. The dance won’t just test a single player, but all four players as there are plenty of unison dance moves.
8/12 Good 4 U — Olivia Rodrigo
This song can only be played if you have an internet connection.
Pop music fans will be more than familiar with the smash-hit Good 4 U. Olivia Rodrigo’s pop-rock jam is sure to have everyone in the room wanting a turn with Just Dance 2022. If you are in need of a track to de-stress, few are better than this one.
The track has a fun balance of simpler moments that morph into bombastic choruses, which makes for a diverse set of choreography to dance through. Don’t worry about any swearing from the original track, this version of the song is relatively clean.
7/12 Save Your Tears (Remix) — The Weeknd & Ariana Grande
The Weeknd has been absolutely everywhere lately, and as it turns out, video games are no different.
Save Your Tears (Remix) makes for a fun duet for players who may be familiar with the franchise, but might also be a bit out of practice.
Plenty of dancers will be able to pick up on the simplistic moves, while also enjoying a collaboration by two modern pop titans. The song features some repetitive moves that will allow beginners to properly get the timing and direction for moves down before hopping into the more complicated dances.
6/12 Don’t Go Yet — Camila Cabello
This song can only be played if you have an internet connection.
Don’t Go Yet is one of the sillier dances in the game, and that’s not a bad thing at all. The bouncy track features some goofy moves that have the potential to make any stiff dancer forget there’s any kind of audience watching.

The Camila Cabello hit features enough room for four dancers, but make sure everyone has plenty of room.
It might not be the best track to start out with for newcomers to the series, but if you like a challenge right away, it’s a solid pick.
5/12 Judas — Lady Gaga
This Lady Gaga classic was released more than a decade ago but it still remains popular. This solo dance marks Lady Gaga’s eighth song in the series, and while it isn’t too difficult, it definitely makes for a fun performance.
Dancers online all agree that Judas has amazing choreography. Along with the choreography, you get to move with a bright and quirky dancer. If you are looking to dance solo without working up too much of a sweat, then this is the song for you.
4/12 Sua Cara — Major Lazer Ft. Anitta & Pablo Vittar
If any Just Dance 2022 players are looking for a serious workout with their dance session, Sua Cara is the song to pick. What sounds like a potentially incredibly difficult song is actually one of the easier in the game if your cardio is high.
You’ll be in constant motion, but the repetitive, simple, and slow-changing moves are a great way to introduce new players to exactly what they’ll be in for. The unique beat and stellar vocals will make Sua Cara a track that players will come back to.
3/12 Mr. Blue Sky — The Sunlight Shakers
Just Dance is a series for everyone, and the inclusion of a song like Mr. Blue Sky is exactly why. While older players may not recognize many of the newer tracks, the pull of the classic rock song should be enough to get anyone’s parents into the party, even if it is a cover.
The dance does an excellent job at keeping the dance moves simple to emulate while learning the basics of the overall gameplay. It’s a great song to start out with for players who don’t game at all.
2/12 Boombayah — Blackpink
K-pop fans are sure to be ecstatic with the chance to dance along to a modern classic with three of their friends.
This quartet dance is one of the most difficult tracks in the game, and fans of Blackpink likely won’t be surprised by that.
The energetic dance phenomenon gives players the chance to live out their K-pop idol dreams with some of their favorite choreography. Most dances require plenty of practice to master for one person, but four people is a whole different story.
1/12 Black Mamba — Aespa
Lastly, we have another K-pop song. Aespa is a relatively new group in the K-pop world, but they have quickly become popular due to the catchiness of their music. This dance requires three dancers, as well as a hefty amount of stamina.
Black Mamba isn’t for the lighthearted; this dance is extreme and can be quite difficult to learn. Like Boombayah, you will need to dance in sync with others, which can be a challenge. Once you have it down though, you will be a pro in K-pop dancing in no time.

Just Dance 2022 has over 40 songs, which is the usual amount for the series for the most part.

All of these characters are from past dances in the series, most of which are Katy Perry performances. “California Girls” and “Dark Horse” are just two examples. Then there are other dancers in the background having a good time. The vibe of “Last Friday Night” is pure fun.
12/13 Boss Witch
“Boss Witch” by Skarlett Klaw is a cover and a rearrangement of “Boss B****” by Doja Cat. Censorship is one of the larger issues plaguing this game. However, this cover is actually a good choice. It’s a fun play on words, has a spooky rhythm that gives it that Halloween spirit, and it’s a fun routine.
Would it have been better if the original song was in the game or if, at least, Doja Cat sang “Boss Witch» instead? Maybe, but it all works anyway.
11/13 Think About Things
“Think About Things” by Daoi Freyr is another great-looking song in the game. It’s a more traditionally CG animated production that looks straight out of Dreamworks film. It isn’t promoting a movie or anything like that, though.

“Think About Things” was actually going to be entered into the 2020 Eurovision contest before it was canceled. The song still made quite a splash online, so much so that Ubisoft saw fit to put it into this game. It’ll be hard to get the song out of the old noggin after dancing to it.
10/13 Don’t Go Yet
“Don’t Go Yet” by Camillo Cabello is another song that is technically in Just Dance 2022, but it requires an online connection. Negatives aside, the song is a great quartet and perfect for a party.
It is perhaps the closest conversion from a music video to a video game. There are even moves that are only seen briefly in the music video that are fleshed out in Just Dance 2022. The music is catchy, the choreography is top-notch, and it is colorful to boot.
9/13 Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels
“Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels” by Todrick Hall is like that classic wedding dance tradition, “Cha Cha Slide” by DJ Casper. “Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels” similarly calls out dance moves for players to perform, including dropping to the floor, flossing, popping, and so on.
It’s not the most robust workout players will have in the game, but “Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels” certainly is an energetic song, thanks to Todrick Hall’s performance. He really sells the vibe. It’s another dance that is perhaps more perfect for a party situation than a solo one.
8/13 Pop/Stars
“Pop/Stars” by K/DA, which also features Madison Beer, (G)I-DLE, and Jaira Burns, is one of the trickiest songs to master in Just Dance 2022.
The level is extreme and that’s because a lot of the choreography is not repeated.

That’s great for a workout because it should keep players on their toes. This is a fun track to sweat out to alone or with a group of four as one of Just Dance 2022’s highlight quartets. Just be prepared to take a break after.
7/13 My Way
“My Way” by Domino Saints is another quartet. It also requires an online connection. The only song not on this list of the four exclusives is «Buttons» by The Pussycat Dolls. It’s a good song on its own, but not one of the best routines in Just Dance 2022.
“My Way” is not as hard to learn as “Pop/Stars.” It shouldn’t take more than a few tries to fully dominate this song on the dance floor.
6/13 Montero (Call Me By Your Name)
When Lil Nas X first came out with «Old Town Road» the consensus was that he was simply a one-hit wonder that went viral in the age of the internet.
Years later, the talented and eccentric musician continues to release music that simply gets people moving and puts them in an energetic mood.
«Montero (Call Me By Your Name)» by Lil Nas X starts slow and builds into a fast-paced song that gets people moving thanks to Lil Nas X’s rhythmic pace and the beat that’s infused with the sound of clapping. It also happens to be the rare case in which a song becomes more infectious the longer it’s on, which makes it stand out as one of the best Just Dance songs in this year’s iteration.
5/13 Kiss Me More
As good of a song as «Kiss Me More» by Dual Lipa featuring SZA is, it’s not exactly the most family-friendly song, so those looking to break it out in Just Dance 2022 will need to understand the setting and surroundings. Doja Cat and SZA have a natural talent for creating upbeat songs that feel like summer vibes in the form of music.
«Kiss Me More» has easy-to-sing lyrics, a rather simplistic and catchy beat, and enough built-in changeup that it keeps up the need to move and have fun with friends while dancing.
Doja Cat fans will argue over where it sits in her catalog, but it is easily one of the best Just Dance songs in Just Dance 2022.
4/13 Break My Heart
Part of why Dua Lipa burst onto the scene and has remained a key musical artist in the pop genre is due to the catchiness of the songs she releases. Nothing quite hits like a good breakup or new romance song, and «Break My Heart» by Dua Lipa fills both of these vibes masterfully.
The pace of the song makes shoulders bounce and slowly builds in a way where friends will start singing together as a celebratory anthem of sorts. Add in a layer of dancing to it, and it’s hard to deny «Break My Heart» as one of the best Just Dance songs from Dua Lipa or anyone else.
3/13 Good 4 U
“Good 4 U” by Olivia Rodrigo continues the young songstress’ trajectory into stardom. Her debut album, Sour, hit in 2021, and she now has the honor of making it into a Just Dance title.
The song has a chaotic energy to it and is performed around a similar theme to the actual music video.
There are slow parts to “Good 4 U,” but the chorus will have players jumping up and down to keep up with this post-breakup ballad. The only downside is that it requires an online connection even though it’s not part of the Just Dance Unlimited service.
2/13 Mr. Blue Sky
“Mr. Blue Sky” by The Sunlight Shakers is one of the most unique songs in Just Dance 2022. It’s presented as a stop-motion cartoon starring the series’ signature panda accompanied by an assortment of other forested creatures. The song’s presentation is one of the best-looking in the game.
“Mr. Blue Sky” is kid-friendly without dumbing itself down to be extremely easy. While some people might be disappointed it isn’t the original version by Electric Light Orchestra, The Sunlight Shakers do a good job where it doesn’t sound out of place.
1/13 Levitating
“Levitating” by Dua Lipa is marked as an easy song in the game, as the moves are relatively simple to perform and remember.
However, if players put their all into this song, it’ll be quite the workout.
The dance moves don’t borrow much from the official video of “Levitating,” but the alien motif does. There are a few versions of her video online, with this perhaps borrowing the most from the anime iteration. The most addicting thing about the song is singing along while busting out the moves.
Just Dance 2022was released on November 4, 2021, and is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
