Character Creation

After playing through the Prologue of the game and interacting with different superheroes, you will get the chance to create your own character and send it into the universe to squad up alongside superheroes. Players will be able to choose their character’s gender and then they will be able to customize their character. There are various options for customization of the character that you can choose from. The options that you get to choose from are the following.

  • Face
  • Skin Tone
  • Eye Color
  • Hair
  • Hair Color
  • Eyebrows Color
  • Facial Hair
  • Facial Hair Color

Players will be able to create their characters according to their liking by going through all the choices one by one. All of the options can be accessed from one screen, you don’t have to switch through screens so you can easily change the options here and there according to your liking. There are 5 types of faces for both male and female characters. You can choose between 16 different Skin Tones. You can choose from 21 different hairstyles for your character and for the hair of eyes, color, eyebrows, and facial, there are a lot of colors to choose from.

You can match your hair color and facial hair color with your eyes or make them unique, totally depending on what style you like. In this guide, we’ll be covering the third chapter AFTERMATH of The Callisto Protocol.

AFTERMATH – WALKTHROUGH

The third chapter begins as you come out of the Watch Tower and then you need to look for Elias in Security. Follow the path and go down the stairs. Open the door and you will be attacked by a creature. Kill the creature and go through the door in front and then squeeze through a small space and a cutscene will start where you will unite with Elias. Follow Elias to another room and he will pass you a Pistol and tell you to Reforge a new weapon by using the Printer. There will be a supply box on the right side of the printer, open it to get the materials for the Pistol, and then use the Reforge Printer to print yourself a new Pistol.

After that, Elias will tell you about the plan to escape the Black Iron Prison and open the door for you in the room. Go through the door and you need to Exit Security. Follow the path and then kill the creature to reach Lift 0513. Use the console to go down and then go through the door. Sneak behind the creature to quickly kill it. Go up the stairs and you will encounter a new type of creature that throws poison from its mouth. Use a pistol and aims at its head to kill it quickly. Go around the room from the left side to reach a vent. Go through it and kill the creatures in the area. Go near the Laundry gate and Elias will tell you to find a guard nearby to get access. There will be a guard near the Security Robot. Interact with the body to remove the device from its neck.

Now, go to the Laundry Gate to open it. Go through it and you need to locate the Medical Facility. Follow the path and go through the door on the right side. Go down the stairs and just follow the path until you reach Medical Ward C101. You will encounter a couple of creatures on the way so make sure to take them out. Open the Medical Ward door by force and go to the end door and squeeze through it. You will find a glove same to Captain Ferris’s which is called GRP. You can use a GRP glove to grab enemies from a distance and then throw them around.

Grab the Gate Fuse and go ahead, you will be encountered by a couple of creatures. Kill them with your new GRP glove and place the Gate Fuse in the door from where the creatures came. Go to the door on the right and then follow the next door by force. Go inside the room and go downstairs and then squeeze through the elevator gates. Elias will lower the Elevator to the Basement and then you will be attacked by another type of creature. Mash the attack button to kill it.

Now, you need to find a way out of the Basement. Go up on the ledge on the right side and then follow the path to the ledge on the other side. Go up on the ledge and you will get to encounter many creatures. Kill the creatures and pick up the Gate Fuse near the bodies on the right side and then place the Gate Fuse in the door in front. Open the door and go through the hallway to reach the Elevator. Use the console on the Elevator to go up. You will see the SHU. Go to the left side and go through the door and you will meet Elias in the control room. Elias will try to override Shu and you need to Use Gondola to reach the SHU. Go down the stairs and use the console on the Gondola to use it to go to SHU.

As you cross to SHU, you will encounter enemies. Kill the enemies inside SHU and then you need to find a way to restore its power. Take both of the Gate Fuses from the boxes on the side of the door and then go up from the big boxes to reach the upper level of SHU. Place both of the Gate Fuses in the fuse boxes and the power will be on but the door will not open. You need to take out the creatures until Elias opens the door. After all the lights are turned back on, go down and go through the open door. Go up the stairs and you will reach the control room of SHU.

Interact with the console to lower the cell. Go down the stairs and use the lift to go down. Kill the creatures and use the console of the cell to free the inmate. The inmate will be the girl that attacked us at the start of the game and she will lock Jacob inside the cell. Go through the conversation with Elias and then open the cell by using the sharp wrench. You will reach inside a vent. Go through the vent and then you need to Reach the Train Station. Go ahead and squeeze through the pipes and kill the creatures that come your way. You will go down from the ladder and then you need to shoot at the vent to open it. Go in the vent and you will reach a security area.

Kill the creature and then crouch to easily get into cover from the Security Robots. Go to the right side and stick to the cover and keep going ahead. Move around the boxes to not get spotted by the robot and go ahead in the open vent. Go through the vent and then squeeze through the walls. Turn right and there will be a trap of moving blades. You need to go ahead and when the blades come toward you, get to open sides to dodge it. Make your way to the back of the blades and jump inside the vent.

Come outside of the vent and then go to the window to tell Elias what you see and then you need to go back of the room to access the hatch. Go down the hatch and the next chapter will begin.

In this guide, we’ll be covering the second chapter of The Callisto Protocol.

OUTBREAK – WALKTHROUGH

Jacob Lee has been captured on the orders of the Warden and is been taken to the Black Iron Prison with the enemy lady who attacked his Cargo Ship. Jacob Lee will be taken inside the Prison and a doctor named Caitlyn Mahler will inject a device at the back of his neck. After that, Jacob Lee will open his eyes in a prison cell and we will get control.

The first objective is to Explore the Cell. You need to look around in the cell and you will see a device on the floor near the bed which will lead to a nightmare of his co-pilot dying. After that, Jacob Lee will wake up again and the prison’s alarm will be going off. You need to go to the cell gate and it will open. Now, you will need to find a way to escape from prison. Go to the right side until you reach a staircase on your left. Go down the stairs and a prisoner will call for your help. Go near him and he will tell you that he knows a way out of the prison and he will ask you to free him from the cell.

The prisoner will tell you his name and will give you a sharp wrench. Now, you need to make your way to the control room to free Elias. The next objective is to Cross Bridge to the Control Room. Jump over the boxes and open the gate in front with the sharp wrench. Cross the bridge to the Control Room on the right and then use the sharp wrench to open the door of the control room. The door will not open by itself, press the shown button on the screen to open the door by force and you will see some prisoners fighting. One of the prisoners will attack you and you just have to press the buttons on the screen to dodge their attacks and hit them with your attacks.

After killing both of the prisoners, a creature will attack you and you just need to hit it with the weapon until it dies. Now, use the console in front to unlock Elias’s Cell. Now, go back and cross the bridge to meet with Elias and he will tell us to make our way to the Watch Tower. Go straight and you will encounter the same creature. Kill it and then stomp on its corpse to get Callisto Credits and then make your way to the Elevator by following the path. Use the button on the elevator to go down and then follow the path. Crouch to go beneath the objects and you will encounter another creature. Kill it and you will find a Health Injector in the medic box on left.

Go ahead and go to the left side to open the LIFT P105. Interact with the Lift and the lift will start to go down towards the Solitary. Elias will tell you to make your way to Watch Tower through Solitary. Go out of the elevator and make your way to Access Hall S019. Go to the left side and you will find an Energy Converter which is one of the valuables that can be sold for Callisto Credits. Open the gate by force and go straight through the hall to another door. Open the door by force again and you will see another type of creature in front. Go straight and open the last door to go out. Go straight and you will find a storage box on the right side. Make sure to open it to get valuables. Now, go to the left and use the console to call the lift. Go inside the lift and use the console to go up.

Elias will give you a heads-up on the Security Units being back online. You need to Sneak Pass the Security Units. Go straight and then climb into the vent on the left side to go into the Medical Center. Do not get in the line of sight of the Security Unit or it will kill you so you need to stay in a crouch and cross behind the security unit. Turn right and use the cover to keep going ahead. Go through the first door and then use the sharp wrench to open the second door and go through it. Go through the rest of the doors and you will reach a medical lab hall.

Grab the Gate Fuse from the breaker in the hall and then go to the left side and use the Gate Fuse to open the locked door. You will encounter another creature. Kill it and then go through the door to reach the Security Control M125. Jump in the vent on the left side to go out and just follow the vent’s path to go up. You’ll encounter a couple of creatures here, so make sure to dodge their attacks and kill them one by one. There will be another vent on the right side. Jump in it to reach the Lockup and you will find a Stun Baton.

Use the console in front to open the Lockup’s Gate and a creature will also encounter you so kill it before heading out. Follow the path of the Access Halls to go outside and you will see the Watch Tower. Go straight on the path and grab a Health Injector from the Medic Box on the right. Go through the door and kill the creatures. Go up the stairs and use the lift to go up to the Watch Tower. Captain Ferris will be inside the Watch Tower and you need to Sneak Pass him. Take cover and go to the right side and open the door with a sharp wrench and a cutscene will start.

After the cutscene, you need to look for Exit. Go through the opened door and follow the path to go through Security Gate P406 and then the next chapter will begin.

Utopia and Where to Go from Here, Spoilers! » Colorado Plays

Last Updated on June 23, 2022 by Michael Brockbank

Recently, the developers for Raft released the next end game areas. Unfortunately, I haven’t had a chance to dive in, so to speak. However, we will be working on playing this in the near future.

And after reading this post, I am quite embarrassed that I haven’t updated it since the tower days. So, my apologies. I’m just an incredibly busy person.

Nonetheless, I’ll spend the weekend working on getting this post up to date.

In the meantime, here is the original post…not that it matters as so much has changed since I wrote it.

After playing off and on for a few weeks, I came to the Raft end game section of the early access version. In reality, it took less than 22 hours to reach this point. But what does it mean and is the game still worth playing if the Raft ending is currently missing?

That all depends on the type of player you are. Even after hitting the end game the first time around, I’ve still logged quite a few hours in the game.

Go Beyond the Raft End Game

Getting to the Raft End Game Area

Currently, the Raft end game is simply reaching a whiteboard that has some information regarding Utopia and possibly where to find it. According to the newspaper clippings, the planet was flooded due to glacial melt.

Which really isn’t far from the facts of today.

You find this by building the radar on your raft and following the blip. It’s much easier to do if you have a sail.

After getting a Steam achievement for finding the whiteboard, there doesn’t seem to be much more to really do. Even after spending a bit of time researching the end online, it just seems the actual Raft end game scenario isn’t finished.

Ahh…the drawbacks to playing “early access” games.

However, you can follow along with development of Raft on the Steam Community page.

Build the Radio and Antenna Set

To reach the Raft ending, you need to build the radio, a battery and three antennae. I sat the radio on a second level near the back of my raft with the three antenna towers at distant corners at the same height.

Antennae at the Corners

Using the radio, you’ll see a blip…this is the Raft ending location. It’s a tower that has a whiteboard in one of the rooms at the very top. You’ll have to play a bit of parkour to get up to it, but the journey isn’t overly difficult.

NOTE: Having a sail and an anchor will make getting to the tower much easier. I’ve even made use with the paddle to get as close as I can without hitting objects. Because it messes with my OCD when my raft is floating askew.

In the radio tower, you’ll find a few crates with some loot. I found a few new recipes for stew, metal ingots and a few other goodies. For me, the soup alone was worth the trip. I love crafting food in any game.

What is Utopia?

From what I can glean from online sources and in-game facts, Utopia is where humanity settles after the world is engulfed in water. Unfortunately, it doesn’t exist in-game as of yet.

I’m curious as to whether the developer will add in NPCs to Utopia or if reaching it will simply end the game with some fancy pre-credit video.

Either way, I would be happy.

According to an August update from Redbeet, new additions to Raft are on the way. Unfortunately, there’s no ETA as of yet.

Finding More Islands to Explore

I recently set sail yet again to see if any new updates made their way in-game. I found a couple of unique islands I’ve never seen before. For instance, I found the Captain’s island and a small shipwreck.

Needless to say, I am now wearing a Captain’s hat.

I’m not sure when some of these additions were pushed out. It’s been a few months since I’ve played. But it was a bit of a pleasant surprise.

Should You Keep Playing?

Although the Raft ending isn’t complete, there is still quite a bit to do in the survival crafting game. I guess it really depends on your own imagination and whether you’re content with simply floating across the ocean on a raft.

Personally, I don’t mind survival games that really don’t have a purpose. It’s why I played the Day Z mod and why I loved h2Z1 before Daybreak pulled the plug.

But, not everyone is into the relaxing-while-floating gameplay…and that’s fine. Everyone has different tastes.

Added Features

A few months ago, the developers added new features and fixed several bugs. For instance, you’re now able to build corner pieces on your raft. Not to mention the respawn timer for the shark is increased.

This means you can get a bit more done before a new shark enters the mix.

While the end game would be nice, adding features helps keep an audience in the game while development continues. This way, consumers don’t think you’ve completely given up on creating the game.

The downside is how long it takes between updates. One of the biggest complaints to Redbeet right now is the timespan before anything new is announced or implemented.

Building Bigger and Better

Survival games like Raft have the capacity to keep players engaged through building bigger and better vessels. It’s one of the reasons why so many people still play Minecraft to this day.

Unfortunately, this element won’t keep everyone’s attention held for long. Not everyone appreciates a slow-burning game.

And I don’t blame the fast-paced lovers to jump ship on Raft.

However, something like this is great for players like myself. I like all genres whether it’s a blitz of players on Smite or a slow relaxed game like Raft.

Now if the developers would only include a rudder, all would be perfect for sailing. Or at least closer to it, anyway.

One of these days, I might even try to duplicate the Titanic without Creative Mode!

Plenty of Achievements

After playing for 47 hours, I’ve only unlocked 19 of 47 achievements. Three of which are hidden from view. This means you need to really dive into the game to find what’s missing if you want 100%.

Some of the achievements in Raft are going to take a bit of time to accomplish. For instance, surviving for 365 in-game days is going to take some time. Especially when you have to consider the damage a shark can do to you while in the water.

Perhaps surviving 365 days would be a personal achievement if you can do it in hard mode.

Semi-Regular Updates

According to the developers, the game is still in active development. Although it’s been quite a while since they pushed a new update, the team is still active on social media and Steam.

In fact, there was an update on Facebook on Raft’s official page showing how you can connect fuel pipes to engines?

Now my interest is piqued.

Turn Up the Difficulty

Like all other games, turning up the difficulty is always a good way to get more out of a game. In this case, you can set the difficulty to hard and turn on friendly fire. This means you can accidentally hurt each other.

Or you can go full-out PvP for the hell of it. Last man standing on a raft?

The game takes on a whole new persona when turning these two settings on. This is especially true since you would need the assistance of a friend to respawn your character.

In essence, it’s kind of like turning on hardcore mode in other video games…which is often how I prefer to play anyway.

Is the Game Still Worth Buying Even Without a Finish?

That’s a question that plagues many when it comes to early access games. Can you afford to put money into something which may or may not be finished in the near future?

For myself, the few bucks I spent on the game was worth the investment. While I hope they add the Raft ending soon, I still have much to do with this title.

In reality, it’s going to take an awfully long time to survive for 365 in-game days to get the achievement…especially since I love night fishing.

It makes the days last twice as long when you don’t sleep.

But in the end, it’s all about what you’ll get out of the experience. For someone like me who loves crafting and survival games, the price isn’t really all that bad for what you get.

If you’re looking for something that is more fast-paced, it might not be for you.

Go Beyond the Raft End Game

I’m the type of person who enjoys his own achievements. For instance, can I fill up a large chest with nothing but copper ingots? Strange, I know. But it all boils down to what you get out of the game.

Personally, I have a bit of a fear when it comes to deep water. Games like Raft get my heart pumping at certain points. And it’s the physical interaction that drives me to keep playing Raft.

I’m sure at some point I’ll eventually get bored. But in the meantime, I am getting my money’s worth.

The Voronezh Chamber Theater presented the performance «The Raft of the Medusa» at the festival «Golden Mask» // Watching

  • The Voronezh Chamber Theater performed The Raft of the Medusa at the Golden Mask Festival

Choreographer Pavel Glukhov was inspired by the painting by Theodore Géricault.

The Voronezh Chamber Theater performed The Raft of the Medusa at the Golden Mask festival. The idea arose thanks to the painting of the same name by the French artist Géricault. About how the historical plot of the beginning of the 19th century acquired a modern plastic form — Elena Voroshilova.

Dancers of the Voronezh Chamber Theater gathered on this raft. In an hour they will live through different emotions of people who have fallen into a disaster. Choreographer Pavel Glukhov was inspired by the painting by Theodore Géricault. The artist painted it, shocked by the catastrophe of the frigate «Medusa» in 1816, whose passengers escaped on a raft for thirteen days.

«A raft is such a limited place where a group of people is, and, in principle, anything can be a raft in our life, this is also a society in which we live according to moral principles, according to the laws of society. It can be our private corner is our home,” explained choreographer Pavel Glukhov.

On this raft, as in life, there are different people, different types. Strong and weak, cynical and kind. Everyone’s face appears at the moment of tragedy. «The raft reveals the nature of a person. His essence. In someone, perhaps, there is more of a beast, and in someone — more of a man,» Pavel Glukhov added.

Raft for dancers — the world. With its society, its laws. Everyone decides for himself what price he is willing to pay for survival. “This is an internal confrontation with oneself, with other people and the search for communications, the search for compromises, the search for opportunities to exist together when there are very few points of contact,” said Oleg Petrov, soloist of the dance troupe of the Voronezh Chamber Theater.

There is no happy ending here. Heroes will die at the end. Someone broke, someone gaining strength and meaning. «We see how the raft is collapsing, people are drowning, but they are constantly trying to get out and survive,» said the head of the dance troupe of the Voronezh Chamber Theater Victoria Archa

Pavel Glukhov not only experimented with dance, but also with the consciousness of the dancers. “It is important for me to sometimes put artists in an uncomfortable position, uncomfortable, so that they have an internal transformation,” Glukhov noted.

This story, which began two years ago, is still not finished. Anyone can be on the «Raft of the Medusa».

Description

A not very smart and not very sober idea drove two guys and two girls to swim in the lake. The idea, in principle, is not bad, but the time of year is already late autumn … Deserted coast, cold water and a lonely raft, on which there was a diving tower in summer.
Only having sailed to the raft, the guys realized that they were not alone on the empty lake. Something incomprehensible, but very bloodthirsty, cut off their path back to the shore . ..
