Hi mein ps4 Controller spinnt seit 2 tagen und ich hatte es bei MediaMarkt gekauft . Es war bei meiner ps4 dabei. Und meine Frage: kann ich sie ohne die ps4 zu geben eine neue bekommen oder repairiren??

Ich habe mir etwa um 17:00 Uhr ein Spiel gekauft für 20 Fr. (Schweizerwährung) Dieses gefiel mir aber nun doch nicht mehr und bin mir sehr unsicher.
Ist es möglich das Spiel zurückzugeben und dann das Geld wieder zu erhalten?

Hi, ich habe mir vor wenigen Tagen eine Samsung 860 QVO 1TB gekauft und alles hat auch problemlos geklappt, jedoch hat mein Laptop dann gestern den Geist aufgegeben (hat nichts mit der SSD zu tun) und da ich zurzeit keinen neuen kaufen kann, möchte ich die Platte in ihrem noch einwandfreien Zustand zurückgeben. Ist dies noch möglich? Die Platte hat immerhin nur kaum geschrieben.

Hallo,

ich habe einen Handy im Mediamarkt gekauft. Nun nach einer Woche merke, dass das kein passendes Handy für mich ist, und möchte es zurückgeben. Da ich das Handy eine Woche benutzt habe (sorgfältig) ist es in einem neuen Zustand. Da ich jedoch die Schutzfolie von dem Handy, der auf eine Frontdisplay geklebt war nicht mehr habe, frage ich mich, ob ich es trotzdem zurückgeben kann?

Ich habe über Mediamarkt.de das Handy(iPhone 12 Pro Max) bestellt und die Option Marktabholung mit Finanzierung ausgewählt. Das Handy vor Ort konnte nicht ausprobiert werden, da wegen der Corona die Mediamarkt geschloßen war — Nur selbstabholung war möglich.

Am 18. 12.2018 hab ich mir Forza Horizon 4 gekauft und es als Code auf dem Kassenzettel bekommen! Ich hab das Spiel nicht eingelöst und hab den orginalen Zettel noch da.

Damit ich nicht unnötig hinfahre, hab ich dort angerufen und die Antwort war » Nein «.

Meine Frage ist ob ich nicht ein Recht drauf hab, da das Spiel nicht eingelöst ist und ich nichts dafür kann das das Spiel im Laden als Code bekommen habe.
