Die Play­Sta­ti­on 4 ist ein­ge­schal­tet, das Sony-Logo flim­mert über den Fern­se­her – nur der PS4-Con­trol­ler ver­bin­det sich nicht. Damit der Spie­le­abend nicht aus­fällt, fin­dest du hier Lösungs­we­ge, wie du das Game­pad wie­der mit der Kon­so­le ver­bin­dest.

Hin­weis: Die hier vor­ge­schla­ge­nen Tipps, um die Ver­bin­dung zwi­schen Con­trol­ler und PS4 wie­der­her­zu­stel­len, gel­ten auch für die Play­Sta­ti­on 5. Den Dual­Sen­se-Con­trol­ler kannst du auf die­se Wei­se eben­falls neu ver­bin­den oder bei Bedarf zurücksetzen.

Lösung 1: Kopp­lung erneut durchführen

Wenn der PS4-Con­trol­ler sich nicht mit der Play­Sta­ti­on ver­bin­det, ist es sinn­voll, den Kopp­lungs­vor­gang sicher­heits­hal­ber noch ein­mal durch­zu­füh­ren. In man­chen Fäl­len reicht das bereits, um das Pad-Pro­blem zu behe­ben. 

So funk­tio­niert das kabel­ge­bun­de­ne Kop­peln von Con­trol­ler und PS4: 

1. Schal­te die Kon­so­le an. 
2. Drü­cke den Play­Sta­ti­on-But­ton in der Mit­te des Con­trol­lers. Die Hard­ware mel­det sich auto­ma­tisch an. Ist das erle­digt, erkennt die Kon­so­le den Con­trol­ler nun auch kabel­los. 

Hin­weis: Den PS4-Con­trol­ler kabel­los zu kop­peln funk­tio­niert nur, wenn bereits ein ande­res Pad für dei­ne Kon­so­le regis­triert ist. Soll­test du nur ein Exem­plar besit­zen, erfor­dert die ers­te Kopp­lung zwin­gend ein Kabel. Falls du das mit­ge­lie­fer­te Kabel nicht fin­dest, kannst du auch ein belie­bi­ges ande­res microUSB-Kabel neh­men, etwa von dei­nem Smartphone.

Ist bereits ein DualS­hock 4 regis­triert, las­sen sich wei­te­re Exem­pla­re auch kabel­los ver­bin­den. So kannst du auch einen neu­en Con­trol­ler mit dei­ner PS4 ver­bin­den. In dem Fall funk­tio­niert das Pai­ring fol­gen­der­ma­ßen: 

1. Schal­te die PS4 an und öff­ne mit dem ver­bun­de­nen Pad Ein­stel­lun­gen > Gerä­te > Blue­tooth-Gerä­te. 
2. Hal­te nun auf dem zu kop­peln­den DualS­hock den Play­Sta­ti­on-But­ton sowie den Share-But­ton (links neben dem Touch­pad) für fünf bis zehn Sekun­den gleich­zei­tig gedrückt, um ihn in den Pai­ring-Modus zu ver­set­zen. 
3. Das Pad soll­te nun in der Lis­te unter Blue­tooth-Gerä­te auf­tau­chen. Wäh­le es aus, um das Pai­ring abzu­schlie­ßen. 

Wenn sich dein Pad auch nach meh­re­ren Ver­su­chen nicht mit dei­ner Kon­so­le ver­bin­det, kann das fol­gen­de Ursa­chen haben: 

• Wenn der Con­trol­ler zu weit von der Kon­so­le ent­fernt ist, funk­tio­niert das kabel­lo­se Pai­ring nicht. Rücke mit dem Con­trol­ler mög­lichst nah an die PS4 und ver­su­che es erneut. Manch­mal hilft es auch, das Menü Blue­tooth-Gerä­te zu schlie­ßen und erneut zu öff­nen. 
• Soll­te das Pad unter Blue­tooth-Gerä­te auf­tau­chen, aber trotz­dem nicht funk­tio­nie­ren, emp­fiehlt es sich, den Ein­trag zu löschen und die Kopp­lung erneut durch­zu­füh­ren.

In den meis­ten Fäl­len lässt sich das Ver­bin­dungs­pro­blem ein­fach selbst beheben.  

Lösung 2: PS4-Con­trol­ler zurück­set­zen: So geht’s

Falls die Ver­bin­dung immer noch nicht funk­tio­niert, set­ze den DualS­hock-4-Con­trol­ler zurück. Dafür ist auf der Rück­sei­te nahe der L2-Schul­ter­tas­te ein klei­ner Knopf inte­griert. Nut­ze am bes­ten einen dün­nen, lan­gen Gegen­stand, wie einer Büro­klam­mer oder einen Zahn­sto­cher, um die Reset-Tas­te in dem klei­nen Loch zu errei­chen. Hal­te die Tas­te für drei bis fünf Sekun­den gedrückt. Unter­nimm anschlie­ßend einen wei­te­ren Ver­bin­dungs­ver­such. 

Lösung 3: Ver­bin­dung mit ande­rer Hard­ware ausprobieren

Bei Pro­ble­men mit der Ver­bin­dung eines Duals­hock 4 lohnt es sich auch, den Kopp­lungs­vor­gang mit ande­rer Hard­ware zu ver­su­chen. So kannst du fest­stel­len, ob es am Con­trol­ler, an der Kon­so­le oder an etwas ganz ande­rem liegt, dass der Kopp­lungs­vor­gang nicht funk­tio­niert.  

• Bei anhal­ten­den erfolg­lo­sen Ver­bin­dungs­ver­su­chen pro­bie­re es mit einem ande­ren Con­trol­ler aus, etwa von einem Freund gelie­hen. Funk­tio­niert damit an dei­ner Kon­so­le alles rei­bungs­los, ist dein Play­Sta­ti­on-4-Con­trol­ler womög­lich defekt. 
• Pro­bie­re umge­kehrt auch, dein Game­pad an einer ande­ren Kon­so­le anzu­mel­den. Soll­te die Ver­bin­dung dort funk­tio­nie­ren, deu­tet das auf ein Pro­blem mit dei­ner Kon­so­le oder dem Ver­bin­dungs­ka­bel hin. 
• Prü­fe daher auch, ob die Ver­bin­dung mit einem ande­ren USB-Kabel funk­tio­niert. Ein Kabel­bruch ist unsicht­bar und kann schnell pas­sie­ren. Man­che Kabel sit­zen auch zu locker im USB-Port des Pads, was den Kon­takt stö­ren kann. 
• Wechs­le gege­be­nen­falls den USB-Port dei­ner PS4. So kannst du aus­schlie­ßen, dass hier ein Wackel­kon­takt das Pro­blem ver­ur­sacht. 
• Soll­te nichts klap­pen, ist die Wahr­schein­lich­keit hoch, dass das Pad defekt ist. Wen­de dich in dem Fall an den Sony-Sup­port.

Wenn sich der Controller nicht verbindet, haben Sie folgende Möglichkeiten, um das Problem zu lösen:

• Verbindung: Nehmen Sie den Controller vom USB-Kabel, schalten Sie die PlayStation komplett aus und trennen Sie das Gerät vom Strom. Verbinden Sie die Konsole wieder mit dem Strom, stecken Sie den Controller an das USB-Kabel und starten Sie die PlayStation erneut.
• Kabellose Verbindung: Haben Sie kein passendes Kabel zur Hand, können Sie den Controller auch kabellos verbinden. Dafür muss allerdings zwingend schon ein anderer Controller mit der PS4 verbunden sein. Gehen Sie in den «Einstellungen» zu «Geräte» und «Bluetooth-Geräte». Ist bereits ein Eintrag vorhanden, löschen Sie ihn. Anschließend halten Sie den PlayStation- und Share-Button für 10 Sekunden gedrückt. Danach wird die kabellose Verbindung hergestellt.
• Reset: Auf der Rückseite des Controllers finden Sie oben rechts ein kleines Loch. Drücken Sie hier einen Zahnstocher, eine Büroklammer oder einen Kugelschreiber für ein paar Sekunden hinein. Der Controller wird resetet und kann anschließend erneut verbunden werden.
• Austausch: Wechseln Sie sowohl den Controller als auch das Kabel, um die Ursache des Problems zu finden. In vielen Fällen kann sich das USB-Kabel schnell abnutzen.
• Aufschrauben: Haben Sie den Fehler immer noch nicht gefunden, können Sie den Controller aufschrauben und nach Fehlern suchen. Einige Nutzer berichten über gelöste Kabelverbindungen.
• Reparatur: Als letzte Möglichkeit bleibt Ihnen noch die Reparatur beim Fachmann oder die Inanspruchnahme der Hersteller-Garantie.

DualShock 4 joystick won’t connect to PS4

1. Try restarting your PlayStation 4 and move the console closer to you so that your Bluetooth wireless connection is not interrupted
