Order cancellations
If you need to return your purchase from us, whether you bought it online or over the phone, the product can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened anti static (a silver coloured bag or pink bubble material) packaging. Warranty
Our Return to Base (RTB) warranties mean if the item doesn’t work on delivery we cover all costs of getting a replacement sent out immediately. However, if the item works on delivery but within 6 months breaks then we ask you to send it back to us for repair or replacement.

Comment : I have a 4k TV, before that it was just a PS4, I decided to treat myself to a flash for the new year.
Advantages of : Compact, stylish, very powerful at a low price. Took incl. for the sake of Playstation VR — everything is super.

PS4 Pro disassembly dust cleaning and thermal paste replacement
This manual disassembles PS4 Pro model CUH-7216b and its counterpart CUH-7208b.
Other earlier models such as CUH-7015B, CUH-7108B, CUH-7115B, CUH-7116B have minor disassembly differences, but these differences are not critical.
To find out what your model PS4 Pro , turn the game console over and on the back of the case, in the recess, your revision of the console will be indicated.
Tools needed to disassemble PS4 Pro:
- Hex Torx T8 screwdriver with hole inside
- Phillips screwdriver 1 / Ph2
- Tweezers — will not be superfluous
- Thermal paste

Photo instruction how to disassemble PS4 Pro
Let’s start disassembly by removing the hard drive.
On the back of the game console, remove the hard drive plastic panel.
Take a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw and take out the hard drive cage.
Next, remove the warranty seal and the black film next to it. Under the warranty seal is a screw that will need to be unscrewed.
PS4 Pro models CUH-7216b and CUH-7208b there is only a latch under the black film, early PS4 Pro models will have screws where marked in blue.
Now on to the hardest part of the disassembly, you will need to remove the console cover. Grab the corners with your fingertips and pull up until you hear a click. On a new console that will be disassembled for the first time, this will not be easy to do, because the latches are quite rigid.
To remove the PS4 Pro power supply, unscrew these 2 screws.
Turn over the game console and proceed to remove the second cover. Grab the case with your fingertips where the PS4 logo is and pull upwards.
Next, go to the second corner with the SONY logo and snap off the cover of the game console in the same way.
Take a Torx T8 screwdriver, unscrew 4 screws and remove the iron panel.
You can now remove the power supply from the PS4 Pro case. We lift the power supply up, turn it over and disconnect the cable from the motherboard.
By the way, by the part number of the power supply, you can choose a compatible ps4 pro power supply for your game console.
Turn over the game console and disconnect all cables from the motherboard.
The marked screws are unscrewed with a Torx T8 screwdriver
These marked screws are unscrewed with Phillips not lost.
Loosen the 2 screws and remove the iron panel.
You can now remove the game console motherboard.
Use a tissue to remove the old thermal paste from the surface of the processor and cooling system.
IMPORTANT! If the thermal paste is very dry and cannot be simply removed with a napkin, use medical alcohol to remove it, but in no case use any cologne products that have different chemical components!
We proceed to cleaning the fan and heatsink, for this we unscrew 2 screws and remove the iron panel.
Now that you have full access to the radiator, clean it from dust on both sides.
Unscrew the 2 screws on the fan.
We take the fan out of the case, turn it over and clean the fan blades from dust.
By the way, if your fan is buzzing a lot and you suspect that it is the fan that is causing the PS4 Pro to overheat, you can buy a compatible replacement fan in your PS4 Pro revision using this number.
After we cleaned the fan from dust, install it back, and also install the iron panel with the heatsink and proceed to apply thermal paste. When installing an iron panel with a heatsink, make sure that all antennas remain on top of the panel.
Take the thermal compound and apply it to the surface of the processor die. I use Noctua NT-h2 thermal paste, but I can also recommend GD900 thermal paste.
Spread an even layer of thermal paste over the entire surface of the processor die.
Make sure all thermal pads are in place before installing the motherboard.
You can watch the reassembly process by watching the video instruction at the top of this page or by following the steps below:
- Install the iron panel on the motherboard and tighten the 2 screws. Please note that the screws are tightened evenly on each side.
- When installing the second iron panel, also check each thermal pad, their number should match the amount of video memory on the PS4 Pro motherboard. If one of the thermal pads is lost, the memory will overheat, which can lead to serious damage to the system.
- Now we connect all cables to the motherboard.
- First tighten the Torx T8 screws, then tighten the Phillips screws 1.
- Turn the console over, install the power supply and tighten the 4 screws.
- Please note that the top cover is not simply installed on top and pressed, but first shifted up and only then pressed against the case.
