Buy a gaming PC for 850 euros to 1,500 euros
The PCGH editors have been tinkering around for a long time and only created four gaming PCs in the price range from 850 euros to 1,500 euros. The entry-level PC for 850 euros is now also equipped with a Geforce RTX 3060 and the significantly slower RTX 3050 could be replaced.
Also new is the 1,000 euro gaming PC with Ryzen 5 5600 and the RTX 3060 Ti. If you have 200 euros more left, you can grab the 1,200 euro PC and get a faster processor with the Intel Core i5-13400F (from the current Intel generation!) and a better CPU cooler. If you have planned a budget of 1,500 euros for a gaming PC, you can choose between an AMD and an Intel edition. Both computers are equipped with an RTX 3070. According to our benchmarks, it hardly matters whether you choose the PC with the Ryzen 7 5800X or the PC with the Core i5-13400F.
Buy a gaming PC for 1,700 euros to 2,500 euros
With a surcharge of 200 euros compared to the 1,500 euro PC, you now get a Geforce RTX 3070 Ti instead of an RTX 3070 with the 1,700 edition. The processor performance, on the other hand, remains the same. On the other hand, if you want a gaming PC for 2,000 euros, you can get the fast Intel Core i5-13600KF with 14 cores for the extra charge. According to the PCGH performance index, it reaches 83 percent, while the Ryzen 7 5800X only comes in at 65 percent.
You can make a big leap in graphics card performance if the budget is around 2,300 euros. The next-gen graphics card Geforce RTX 4070 Ti is possible here instead of the RTX 3070 Ti in the 2,000 edition. If the gaming PC can cost 2,500 euros, there is also an Intel Core i5-13700KF with 16 cores, which comes in at an impressive 90 percent in the PCGH CPU performance index. For the graphics card, we rely on the Radeon RX 7900 XT.
Buy a gaming PC for 2,700 to 4,000 euros
A special feature is the gaming PC for 2,700 euros, because this is the only system in our list of 13 PCs with a current AMD processor. We decided on the current top model from AMD called Ryzen 9 7950X and 16 CPU cores. For the graphics card, we rely on the Geforce RTX 4070 Ti, which Nvidia was originally supposed to market as the RTX 4080. You can still make a big leap in graphics card performance with the gaming PC for 3,000 euros, which is currently even available for 2,900 euros. The Geforce RTX 4080 is used here.
If it’s a Geforce RTX 4090 (Nvidia’s flagship), you have to put at least 3,500 euros on the table. The configuration for 4,000 euros also has an RTX 4090. The difference between the two computers is the processor, because the 4000 model uses the Core i9-13900KF instead of the i7-13700KF. By the way: Always use the cheaper KF variant, because you only need an integrated graphics unit if the main graphics card should be defective and you want the PC to output an image.
What distinguishes the gaming PCs?
We do not recommend cheap OEM components in our PCs. The focus is also on a very low noise level of the computer: Even gaming PCs that you buy ready-made should be quiet, so we recommend quiet components that are still powerful. State professional educational institution «Professional College of Novokuznetsk» is an educational organization that provides multi-profile and multi-level training of students (according to training programs for skilled workers, employees and training programs for mid-level specialists).
The educational organization is a leading regional college that provides training in the most popular and promising specialties and professions (TOP-50) in accordance with international standards and advanced technologies in the field of IT technologies.
As a result of the competitive selection in 2016, on the basis of the Novokuznetsk Professional College in the Kemerovo region, a basic professional educational organization was created to provide support for the regional system of inclusive vocational education for people with disabilities.
In 2018, based on the selection results, the Resource Training and Methodological Center (RMC) was established on the basis of the college.
In 2018, Novokuznetsk State Educational Establishment was ranked among the top five Basic Vocational Educational Organizations (BPEO) in Russia that provide support for the regional system of inclusive vocational education for people with disabilities; and in the top ten in Russia Resource Educational and Methodological Centers (RUMC).
In 2018, the college won a Grant as part of the implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation «Development of Education» «Renovation and Modernization of the Material and Technical Base of Professional Educational Organizations», 16 classrooms, laboratories and classrooms for practical classes were renovated using the grant.
In 2019, the State Educational Institution of the PC of Novokuznetsk, as part of the implementation of the federal project «Young Professionals» (Increasing the competitiveness of vocational education) «of the national project «Education» of the state program of the Russian Federation «Development of Education», created workshops on competencies: Documentation support for management and archiving, Tourism, Internet Marketing, Banking, Accounting.
