September 2022 hat die PC Games zum Jubilum dieses tolle Video verffentlicht, die interessante Einblick auf die letzten 30 Jahre gewhren. Weiter so! Hier eine komplette bersicht aller Hefte, aus denen wir bisher unsere Daten (offzielle Wertungen, Zitate, Pro & Contra) gesammelt haben. Leider ist unser Heftarchiv nicht vollstndig. Von einigen Ausgaben fehlen uns die Wertungen, die wir aber noch nach und nach einpflegen werden. Erste Ausgabe der PC Games war 10/1992.

Ab Ausgabe 01/2005 bekam jedes Spiel mit einer Wertung zwischen 85% und 89% gleichzeitig auch den PC Games Silber Award verliehen. Alle Spiele, die die magische 90% Marke erreichten wurden automatisch mit dem PC Games Gold Award ausgezeicnet.
Der Sound hat hier mageblichen Anteil am Spielspa der prmierten Spiele.
2.2019 und mit Ausgabe 03/2019 wurde das Wertungssystem von einem 100er auf das (zweifelhafte weil ungenauere) 10er-System umgestellt. Die Wertungsumstellung auf ein 10er-System erfolgte fr alle Eintrge in der PCG-Datenbank. Das bedeutet, alle bisher verffentlichten Wertungen wurden (online) auf Basis eines Schlssels auf das neue System umgerechnet.

Learn more about volumetric weight
To determine the type of weight used in your fare calculation, you need to determine the applicable rule. Volumetric weight reflects the density of the package, that is, the space occupied by the package in relation to its actual weight. Dimensional weight may apply to all UPS national and international services. Payable weight is the weight used to calculate the fare. For national and international services, the payable weight will be the greater of the volumetric weight or the actual weight. Volumetric weight calculations are subject to change without notice.
Packages that exceed the maximum UPS weight and size limits will not be accepted for shipment.
If they are found in the UPS system, they will be subject to a surcharge for exceeding the maximum dimensions and weight.

How to measure the overall dimensions of your load
Calculate the dimensions of your load in centimeters by multiplying the height by the length by the width. Round each measurement to the nearest whole centimeter. The resulting number is the overall size of the cargo.

How to calculate the dimensional weight
If the dimensional weight of your shipment exceeds the actual weight, then the dimensional weight will be the payable weight.
- Determine actual weight: Use any standard scale to determine the actual weight of your load. Any fractional parts must be rounded up to the next half kilogram.
- Determine the volumetric weight: Divide the overall measurement of your load in centimeters by 5000.
Any decimals must be rounded up to the next half kilogram.
- Payable weight: Compare the actual weight of the shipment with its volumetric weight. It is paid and used to calculate the cost of the weight of the two, which is greater.
For a multiple shipment, the payable weight is determined by the sum of the larger weights of the individual shipments, i.e. either the actual weight or the volumetric weight of the place of departure, whichever is greater, is taken into account.

What is considered large
A UPS package is considered large if the sum of its length and girth [(width x 2 ) + (height x 2)] exceeds 300 cm, but does not exceed the UPS maximum size of 400 cm.

Bulk Charge
Bulk Charge applies to each UPS package whose length plus girth [(width x 2) + (height x 2)] exceeds 300 cm but does not exceed UPS’s maximum size of 400 cm.
In addition to the Bulk Charge, there is a minimum Bulk Carriage Charge equal to the minimum payable freight charge of 40 kg.
There is no additional handling charge if a large shipment charge is applied.

Often in autumn and winter, appetite increases and physical activity decreases, so many people gain weight. Anastasia Zhdanova, general practitioner, deputy chief physician for medical work at INVITRO, told Izvestiya about this on November 27.
According to her, in autumn and winter, a person’s weight will definitely increase by 5%.
“This is a physiological process associated with the accumulation of adipose tissue, which is based on a mechanism that has developed evolutionarily and is fixed at the genetic level. It is cold in winter, the diet changes, there is less light and sun, the human body experiences stress, which is a signal and triggers physiological processes that contribute to weight gain, ”said Zhdanova.
Changes that occur in the body in the winter, including those associated with a reduction in the length of daylight hours. Therefore, as the doctor notes, this deficiency can be compensated by increasing the brightness of light from electric light sources or by going on vacation to warm countries.
The doctor explained that the slowdown of metabolic processes in the cold season is also associated with a decrease in ambient temperature. In this regard, the specialist advised to dress according to the season.
Metabolism can also be boosted by physical activity: outdoor walks, gym sessions and winter activities. Training can be supplemented with a contrast shower or massage, the doctor noted.
“More protein should be included in the diet: young lean meat, fish, lean dairy products. An additional source of protein can be protein shakes, which also reduce the appetite and calorie content of the subsequent meal by about 30%. It is also necessary to include in the diet a lot of vegetables, fruits and herbs.
The optimal diet would be eating 4-6 times a day,” she said.
In addition, Zhdanova advised filling up the diet with additional calories in winter, as their consumption by the body increases when the ambient temperature drops. According to her, additional calories can be provided by special protein food supplements.
When it comes to weight loss, it is necessary to give preference to the types of physical activity that burn the maximum number of calories in a short period of time, the doctor said. Choosing the type of physical activity for weight loss should be based on the state of health.
However, as Zhdanova explained, in some cases, weight loss is contraindicated. Losing weight is not recommended for people with a lack of body weight, people who are overweight due to retention and excess fluid in the body, as well as during an exacerbation of chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. In addition, weight loss is contraindicated when its set is physiological — for example, for women during pregnancy and lactation, as well as in the presence of concomitant pathology with a severe course.
