Wo werden die Spieldaten gespeichert?

Es gibt auch spezielle microSD-Karten, die von Nintendo selbst hergestellt werden. Sie sind in den Größen 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB und 512 GB erhältlich. Die Karten haben zwar ein hübsches Design, wie den Super-Stern aus Mario oder das Triforce-Emblem aus The Legend of Zelda. Aber weil Sie originale Nintendo-Produkte sind, sind Sie durchschnittlich teurer als vergleichbare Karten von anderen seriösen Anbietern. Sie müssen also nicht zwingend eine SD-Karte von Nintendo kaufen, damit diese mit Ihrer Switch kompatibel ist.

In den Einstellungen finden Sie unter «Datenverwaltung» dann eine Übersicht über Ihren Systemspeicher und den Platz auf Ihrer microSD-Karte. Darüber können Sie auch Daten zwischen der Konsole und microSD-Karte verschieben. Anschließend sollten Sie wieder genug freien Speicher haben, um sich weitere Software aus dem Nintendo-eShop herunterzuladen.
Hier können Sie erkennen, wo sich der SD-Karten Slot an Ihrer Konsole befindet. Bei einer normalen Nintendo Switch (oben) müssen Sie erst den Konsolenhalter aufklappen, um dann die Karte einzustecken. Eine Nintendo Switch Lite (unten) hat an der Unterseite eine kleine Kappe. Wenn Sie diese öffnen, können Sie eine SD-Karte einstecken.
Übrigens: Wenn Sie trotz SD-Karte immer noch Probleme mit dem Speicherplatz haben, kann es sich lohnen, installierte Software zu verschieben. Ihre Speicherdaten werden beibehalten, aber die Installationsdaten des Spiels werden vorübergehend gelöscht.
