Appearance
Bazelgeuse is a large Flying Wyvern covered in thick, heavy scales with a bronze sheen. It has a bulky upper body and a large wingspan. Its underside is lined with protruding scales which fall off easily. The monster occasionally enters a «superheated» state, causing the gaps between its scales to glow red hot.
Behavior and Abilities
Bazelgeuse uses its scales offensively during combat. It is capable of dislodging them at will from its body and quickly replacing them. Once dislodged, the scales that drop on the field will act as similarly to land mines and will explode when struck by anything. However, once Bazelgeuse enters a superheated state, the scale will violently explode in a matter of seconds, causing concussive damage to all foes nearby. Bazelgeuse is capable of releasing a short-range blast of fire from its mouth, and will produce ear-piercing roars and bellows to disrupt its opponent. Its sturdy, muscular stature allows it to tackle and batter other monsters into submission.
Like most apex-level monsters, Bazelgeuse rules its territory with an iron fist. It will become hostile to any hunter or monster that crosses its path in order to assert its dominance. Endlessly aggressive, it will even actively seek out targets to battle with, and is generally assured victory when doing so. Bazelgeuse will actively seek out other monsters, usually flying in immediately after a hunter has engaged a large monster. It often starts fights with its bombing run attack, instead of roaring or even landing. Bazelgeuse has turf wars with Deviljho. This can often end in a tie, though regardless of the winner it is incredibly dangerous to be in the middle of one.

Physiology
Legiana is a slim, primarily beige and navy-blue colored Flying Wyvern characterized by its leaf-like wingtips and striped skin patterns. Legiana’s head is topped with a pair of antenna-like fins which are attached via a thin membrane to the back of its neck. Legiana’s membrane enables it to move at extreme speeds and emit chilling winds. It has bright yellow eyes and powerful legs ending in piercing talons. Its face, tail, feet, and wingtips are a dark navy blue, and its body is covered in striped patterns of the same color. The ends of its wings are separated into four distinct flaps which overlap each other when folded, and its tail has three retractable fins on the left, right, and dorsal. Legiana has star-like shapes on the back of its wings. Its back is also dark blue.
Behavior and Abilities
Legiana is able to emit a chilling wind from its body, which dulls its prey’s ability to escape. It flies with extreme precision and agility, using its talons to grab its prey straight out of the air. Legiana will sometimes fight Paolumu if both Flying Wyverns come across each other.[1] Its legs are strong enough to throw even medium-sized monsters such as Paolumu considerable distances once they are in its grasp. Legiana has been observed eating Raphinos, simply by grabbing one with its talons then biting into it. [2]
Legiana are intensely territorial and will attack whatever ventures into the upper reaches of the Coral Highlands. A Legiana was responsible for the Third Fleet being stranded in the highlands.
In Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, a flock of Legiana suddenly appeared fleeing the Ancient Forest, seemingly drawn by a mysterious song. This event set off the expedition to the Hoarfrost Reach.

- When Legiana’s tail is wounded, it is no longer able to freeze the terrain with its tail attacks.
- When exhausted, Legiana will trip and fall after a charge and will spend less time airborne.
- It will feed on Raphinos, Cortos, or Anteka to recover stamina
- Corpses of Legiana can be found in the Rotten Vale. The corpses can be carved to gain materials to craft new weapons.[3]
- Legiana has Turf Wars with Paolumu and its subspecies, Odogaron and its subspecies, Deviljho and its variant, Rajang, and Barioth.

At the end of 2020, Poul Anderson’s fantastic action movie Monster Hunter was released, and the audience is already waiting for part 2 and the exact release date of the new film. The first episode of the adventure story, in which Milla Jovovich starred, ended in the midst of a battle with a monster. It felt like the movie was cut short in mid-sentence. The unfinished movie story is a nod to the filming of a sequel. The sequel will probably come out in 2023. nine0025
The exact release date of the 2nd part of the movie «Monster Hunter» and the trailer are at the bottom of the page, there you will find the full schedule.

Release date of the second part of «Monster Hunter»
The continuation of the action movie will probably be released in 2023. The exact date of the screening of the second part of the film «Monster Hunter» is not yet known. At the moment (April 2021), the world premiere of the fantastic film by Poul Anderson is in full swing. nine0217
What happened in the first movie
Monster Hunter is an adaptation of the popular computer game Monster Hunter. The main character, a US Army officer, Natalie Artemis, carrying out a UN mission and searching for missing American soldiers, finds herself in a parallel world with her search party. It turns out that an ancient civilization called the New World can be entered through an open portal. The search team of Artemis is overtaken by a sandstorm, dragging people into a parallel world inhabited by monsters and hunters of these monsters. nine0025
In the New World, the earthlings are immediately attacked by Diablo. This horned monster kills several members of the search party. Frightened people hide in a cave, but even there they are overtaken by monsters — arachnids Nerscils. Monsters kill almost all members of the search team. Only Artemis remains alive.
A miraculously surviving woman stumbles upon a monster hunter. During the first meeting, the future partners fight each other. However, Artemis and the Hunter soon realize that they have a common goal — both heroes want to survive, and for this they need to destroy all the monsters of the New World. nine0025
A new acquaintance explains to officer Natalie the order that prevails in a parallel world. Artemis wants to return to Earth, but for this she needs to get to the Sky Tower, which opens the portal. The hunter undertakes to help Natalie.
On the way to the Sky Tower, the newly minted partners fight Diablo. In the New World, the monster can only be defeated with the help of special weapons. Machine guns, pistols and flamethrowers familiar on Earth are ineffective in a parallel reality. Natalie quickly masters the new weapon. nine0025
During the battle with Diablo, Artemis kills a monster and the Hunter is seriously injured. Natalie does not leave her friend and drags the wounded man on a drag through the desert. In an oasis inhabited by turtle-like creatures, the friends meet the fire-breathing dragon Rathalos for the first time. It was this monster that killed the Hunter’s family and the American soldiers sucked through the portal to the New World.
