Introducing the Europe West Region — News | Lost Ark

On Thursday, February 17 at 6PM CET (9AM PT), we will open a second region for European players. Before you decide where to call home, here’s everything you need to know.
Due to overwhelming demand in Europe we are opening a second region for players: Europe West. This has been a complex process that required 24/7 effort from both the Amazon Games and Smilegate RPG teams. We want to thank you for your patience while we worked on this. We’ve been blown away by the number of players and can’t wait to welcome more of you into Arkesia.
The new region, Europe West, will go live at 6PM CET (9AM PT) on Thursday, February 17
We expect opening a new region to reduce, not eliminate, queue times for Europe Central. However, players choosing the new Europe West region are much less likely to experience long queues. Please note, if you move to the new region you will continue to be able to use your Royal Crystals and Crystalline Aura but no redeemed, claimed, or acquired items move with you. The launch celebration gift we announced on Sunday will be granted to all players (regardless of server or region). Anyone who logs in and enters Arkesia between February 20 at 8:59AM CET (February 19, 11:59AM PT) through March 2 at 8:59AM CET (March 1 at 11:59PM PT) will receive the gift. In addition, for players choosing to play on Europe West, we’ll be granting some progression support:

We understand that players have been collecting daily attendance rewards since launch and we don’t want players migrating to Europe West to miss out, so the last 10 days of daily attendance rewards will be granted automatically to all characters on Europe West with the next maintenance.

Europe West players will also see special daily attendance rewards for the first 10 days of the Europe West server launch, in addition to the daily attendance rewards mentioned above.
The Europe West region will launch with eight servers. Additional servers will be opened if needed, based on population levels.

Founder’s Pack Redemption
To make playing in the new region a more reasonable choice, we will be granting all Founder’s Pack purchasers that have purchased through Steam or redeemed their key from Amazon to their Steam account before 12:00PM PT / 8:59PM CET on February 14 (even if it is still in your Product Inventory in-game) an extra set of the exclusive items from the Founder’s Pack they claimed alongside additional Royal Crystals. Players will begin receiving these grants on Saturday, February 19, and they will roll out throughout the course of the day. Find out more here.
The additional Founder’s Pack items will be claimable on any new server you choose, so we encourage you to wait and find a perfect server to call home before claiming.

Lost Ark servers – server list, new EU region, and cross server content

So you want to know about Lost Ark servers? They say the most stressful decision in any MMO game is deciding which character class to pick first, but really it’s choosing which server to jump into. This is especially important when you’re planning to play a game with friends – you’ll want to make sure you’re all playing on the same server.
So while you may already know which Lost Ark class you want to try out first, you’ll need to nail your server choice. If you are playing with friends, it might be worth sharing the server list with them so you can have a conversation about it. Note that North America is split into two region groupings, and the east coast possesses more server options than the west coast.
Europe has the largest selection of servers, and there are a couple of South American server options as well.
We’ve put together this guide so you can see what the current server list is, how to check your server’s status, as well as other commonly asked questions such as whether you can change a character’s server and which content can be played across servers. Enjoy!

Lost Ark Servers Down
When will the Lost Ark servers be back up? It’s best to keep an eye on your region’s social media and the official Lost Ark forums for further information on your server.
Last Ark server maintenance
If you want to check the status of your server, you can go to the official Lost Ark server status page which will tell you if servers are fine, busy, completely full, or undergoing maintenance.
Can you Transfer Characters between servers in Lost Ark?
At the time of writing, you can’t move characters from one server to another in Lost Ark. While each character you create on your account can be tied to its own choice of server, once that choice has been made it cannot be undone.
Lost Ark cross server content
As a general rule of thumb, you can’t play with friends or other players on different servers to you. That being said, the game does have some cross-server functionality, provided the other server is in the same region as the one your character is located on.
According to the official Lost Ark forums, you can do the following with players on other servers:
- Raids
- Dungeons
- The Cube
- Platinum Fields
- Buy/Sell via Auction House
- Boss Rush
- Ranked PvP Arena
There are a bunch of resources that are also tied to an account, and not to a specific character or server.
Lost Ark gold is one of them, and Lost Ark Power Pass tokens are also account specific. The other cross-server resources include:
- Shilling
- Bond Stones
- Rift Shards
- Pirate Coins
- Special Voyage Tokens
- Estate Tokens
Meanwhile general open world play, islands, strongholds and things like Life Skills are locked to the server your character is on. Your friends list is also server specific, but there is something called ‘Groupfinder’ you can use to set up pre-made parties so you can do instanced raids and dungeons with friends on other servers.

Lost Ark: Everything we know about the Destroyer class
Although English-speaking players have only recently started playing the MMORPG Lost Ark , the game already debuted in South Korea for the first time on December 4, 2019, and many more classes have been added since then and content.
Since servers in North America and Europe will launch much later in 2022, they are still catching up with the initial release. One of the new classes that will be added to the Lost Ark servers in North America and Europe is the Giant Hammer Destroyer. Ahead of its official worldwide debut, here’s everything we knew about Class Lost Ark Destroyer.
When will Destroyer be released in Lost Ark Server NA/EU?
According to the previously submitted roadmap (which Amazon has already removed), the Destroyer class was supposed to be released to Lost Ark servers in North America and Europe sometime next month, April 2022. . However, Lost Ark Community Manager Rocks said the roadmap is currently being «adjusted». Based on “player progress data,” Roxx concluded the statement by promising to share an updated roadmap “soon.”
With this in mind, the release date for Destroyer and other content may be pushed back to a later date.

Destroyer: playstyle, strengths and weaknesses
Destroyer will be a new advanced class for Warrior .. And like other Warrior subclasses, Destroyer is gender-locked for male characters. Armed with a huge hammer and huge guts, the Destroyer is known for his attacks that deal a lot of damage even when compared to the Gunlancer. But of course, he is not a glass cannon character, as the Destroyer has high HP, defense, and shield mechanics in a number of his skills. However, the downside is that it is very slow — speaking of movement/mobility and attack speed.
Perhaps for this reason, this advanced class was not very popular among Korean players. According to YouTuber ZealsAmbition, as of November 2021, he was ranked 11th out of all 21 classes.
When playing as the Destroyer, some of his blue skills can fill up to three cores at the bottom of the screen. And then you use purple skills to «defuse» them. stacked cores to deal extra damage, up to 45% extra damage and 30% of your max HP as a shield, and fill another meter. Once the gauge is full, you will be able to enter Transform Mode , granting immunity to knockback and status effects for 10 seconds, as well as adding additional damage to auto attacks.
