The FUT Champions Weekend League can be a grind, but the rewards on offer can make all that frustration and concentration worthwhile. Below we have detailed exactly what you will receive for achieving each rank within this highly competitive game mode.

FIFA 19 FUT Champions Weekend League Rewards Changes

FUT Champions Rewards Time for FIFA 19 Ultimate Team

The EA SPORTS FIFA team have officially confirmed that FIFA 19 FUT Champs rewards will now be released at 9am (UK time/UTC) on Thursdays, for Xbox One, PS4 and PC users. Only accounts that have completed a minimum of 5 matches will be eligible to receive FUT Champions Weekend League rewards.

In FIFA 19, users who achieve the rank of Silver 1 or better will receive 2,000 FUT Champions qualification points (the minimum amount required to confirm qualification for a Weekend League). If you don’t manage the achieve this rank, don’t worry, you can still earn champions qualification points via FIFA 19 Division Rivals.

Before we get into the specifics of this year’s Weekend League rewards, it is important to note that there will be no FIFA 19 FUT Champions monthly rewards. This will come as a relief to many, as now you will not be committed to playing four consecutive weekends in order to optimise on your rewards.

Not only this, many of you will have already noticed that FIFA 19 Weekend Leagues only consist of 30 games, rather than 40 since the introduction of the FIFA FUT Champions game mode. We’re sure that this reduction of games has been another welcome addition to this year’s format for the vast majority of FIFA Ultimate Team fans.

FUT Champions Rewards

In this edition of Pitching Notes, we’ll be covering the FUT Champions Rewards in FIFA 19 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC (specifically when they will be released), as well as highlighting two major changes to rewards in FIFA 19: FUT Champions Points and Player Selection.

FUT Champions Reward Time

As we strive to ensure that FUT Champions is fair, fun and safe to play, we will continue to review FUT Champions Weekend League results before distributing rewards.

We are announcing a change in the estimated delivery time for FUT Champions Weekend League rewards. Users who complete at least 5 matches required to earn a ranking will now have an estimated release time of 08:00 UTC on Thursday of the respective week. If you haven’t received your award yet, follow @EASPORTSFIFA on Twitter.

Rewards can be earned both in-game and via the FUT Web App and the FIFA 19 Companion App.

FUT Champions Points

In our FUT Champions Weekend League and Division Rivals Pitch Notes, we have detailed the changes to the FUT Champions Weekend League qualification process with the introduction of the FUT Champions points system in FIFA 19. Now we want to Learn more about what players can expect when earning FUT Champions Points through the FUT Champions Weekend League rewards.

FUT Champions Weekend League rewards will earn you a certain amount of FUT Champions Points based on your placement. Once earned, FUT Champions Points will be added to your total FUT Champions Points. Since you can have up to 2000 FUT Champions Points on your balance at any one time, any points after 2000 will expire.

If you have enough points to participate in the FUT Champions Weekend League and wish to participate, those points must be used in-game prior to the start of the relevant FUT Champions Weekend League. Of course, you can save your points for participating in the Weekend League another week, however, please note that you cannot exceed 2000 points at any one time, so any points earned in matches or Division Rivals rewards will expire if you have already scored 2000 points.

FUT Champions Player Choice

In the FUT Champions Weekend League Pitch Notes, we revealed that FUT 18 Monthly Gift Packs have been replaced in FUT 19 with Player Choice. Player Choice is a new way to get special versions of FUT Champions Team of the Week (TOTW) Player Items.

These reward items currently require you to reach Silver tier 3.

The FUT Champions TOTW Player Items that you can select depend on which FUT Champions Weekend League they were earned in. Since the FUT Champions Weekend League rewards are released on Thursdays, players from the current (which started on Wednesday) TOTW will be eligible for selection. Regardless of when you open the pack, its contents will not change — it will still contain FUT Champions TOTW players from TOTW of the week that the corresponding reward was received.

Weekend League rankings will determine the contents of packs, from the number of FUT Champions TOTW players to choose from to the overall rating of these players. Below is detailed information about the possible contents of each set. As a reminder, you can only take one FUT Champions TOTW player once you receive a Player Pick, no matter how many players you choose.
