My child is participation in the BYOC, how do I gain access as a parent/guardian?
Request a Parental BYOC upgrade from the check-in staff onsite.
They will upgrade your credential to allow access.
Please note your access will be linked to your child’s seat and does not grant you a seat in the BYOC. If you want to have a seat, you need to buy a full ticket.
If your child wants to compete in our tournaments you have to sign a parental consent at site.
Children 5 years and younger get free admission accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.

The full setup ticket & Fortnite area ticket are ONLY for people intending to play in the DreamHack Open ft. Fortnite tournament. You will NOT be able to select your seat with these tickets. You will be placed in a special Fortnite area that is not within the other LAN areas. If you want to choose a seat freely in the LAN, select a regular LAN ticket.

If you already own a ticket for the LAN but want the full-setup ticket, we will accept refunds for old tickets once you have bought your new full-setup ticket.
