*The total percentage of treasure chests found could be checked at a specific location, but the total would stop on 99% and never reach 100%.
*The above issue would sometimes make it impossible to achieve the «»Treasure Hunter»» achievement.

Great but buggy

First off ffv is one of the best in the series and there are a lot of nice things about this version. Two big issues however. 1. As others have mentioned, on mobile it’s nearly impossible to catch fast moving npcs, namely the black chocobo and Mid in Crescent Village in the merged world. 2. Though it was accessible for a while, the Phantom Village has now completely stopped showing up for me no matter how long I walk around the forest where it’s supposed to be. I’ve gotten 50 random encounters and no Phantom Village. Please fix asap

Just Two Problems.

Final Fantasy V is a very fun game that I enjoy very much, between the job system and the amazing story and locations it truly is one of the best final fantasies I’ve played. That said, the pixel remastered has two majorly problems that made me detract two stars from it. First is the reduction of content, it’s rather disappointing that none of the added content past the original release like the necromancer job and added super bosses are in the game, which is saddening to me, this seems to have been marketed as a sorta ultimate edition or final mix and yet it doesn’t give everything other versions offer, but this might just be me. Second, and the larger problem, while it worked fine for a while, now I can’t play without random crashes, which have become really annoying and more frequent, it’s really annoying and disappointing since I can’t continue or enjoy the game past this point now. If this bug is fixed and the extra content is added I’ll give five stars, I’ll give four just for the bug to be fixed.

Great Classic Freezes Often

The game is beautiful, and the music is awesome! It freezes a lot so you gotta quick save and regular save all the time, especially if you’re someone who likes grinding.

Also, nobody wants to accept responsibility for the freezing problem that apparently is common. Square-Enix says it’s Apple who can fix the freezing issue, and Apple recommends the same steps as Square. It’s obviously a problem with coding somewhere, but that would require extra effort that nobody wants to do I guess. I was going to go with 4 stars, but then found out the issues they have will actually not be fixed at all.

So, great game, if you don’t mind it freezing all the time.

Pixel remasters of the first six parts of Final Fantasy will be moving to PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in spring 2023 . Square Enix officially announced the release, timing the announcement to coincide with the 35th anniversary of the 9 franchise0031 .

On December 18, 1987, the first part of Final Fantasy was released for the Famicom in Japan and adapted for US consumers three years later. The project has subsequently been ported to MSX 2, WonderSwan Color, PlayStation, PSP, GameBoy Advance, and mobile phones. The story told about the adventures of the four warriors of light and their struggle with the guardians of Chaos.

The first three parts of the Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters were released in July 2021. They were followed by re-releases of Final Fantasy IV, V, and VI. All six Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster titles are currently available on PC and mobile platforms. They are positioned as the best 2D versions of classic games. nine0003

The remasters will be available individually and digitally on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. There will also be a limited physical edition with a vinyl soundtrack, figurines and an art book coming out in the spring. It will be gift-wrapped exclusively through US Store Square Enix priced at $259.99 .

The usual physical version of the collection will also be released on consoles, but in a very limited edition at a price of $74.99 . This is also exclusive to Square Enix store. At the time of this writing, the first batch was completely sold out.

Trying to find the perfect PS4 gaming headset, I turned my attention to the Sennheiser.0 model GSP30.0 After testing it for several days, I want to share my impressions and talk about a small, but still experience with the GSP300 gaming headphones. I’ll note right away that the criteria for an “ideal” headset for me are: comfort, sound, microphone performance and soundproofing. Well, yes, of course, also design — because even at home I want to use a stylish device! nine0003

Design. The headset really looks interesting, moderately massive elongated headphone cups, a bulky microphone and a fairly wide headband — all this creates an image of a solid device, which, by its very appearance, should increase game skills to level 80. But seriously, the headphones fit harmoniously next to the PlayStation itself, while the blue elements on the headset visually combine very cool with the glow of the Dualshock 4. In general, I am satisfied with the design!

Comfort. Here, I have a very mixed impression left. In size, they fit perfectly, the ear cushions are soft, and the ergonomics are generally on top! But the headphone shackle presses them quite strongly, and if at first it does not interfere, and even gives “confidence” in their fit, then after a few hours I got tired of the headset. There was a plus in this — I always went to bed on time, turning off the “curling iron”. The problem is that the shackle is made of plastic, and I doubt that it will “give in” over time. If there was metal, it would be possible to stretch, and play until the morning! And so, Sennheiser carefully monitors my sleep pattern — thank you, appreciated it!))

Sound and microphone. Unfortunately, I did not like the sound in this headset. Detailing is generally at a high level, the headphones draw a spatial picture perfectly, but the sound is very simple, almost not expressive. Special effects are not for these headphones — the most epic explosion of a universal scale is heard as a «zilch» of a defective firecracker for the New Year. I plugged in the usual HD 4.30 headphones, checked — yes, the explosion is really apocalyptic, switched to the headset — so-so flash … And literally everything sounds like this in these gaming headphones. There is no expressiveness in special effects, the bass ends earlier than it should start, there is a top, but they are also not bright. Only the mid-frequency range remains, on which the whole picture is built. I connected them to the player in order to try to listen to music on them and was not satisfied. Music in the GSP300 sounds insipid, not expressive, and due to the lack of a deep, pronounced bass — not fully! At one point, I even thought that something was simply wrong with the headphones, and asked a colleague who has tremendous gaming experience and experience in using such devices. So, in his words, headsets of this level do not have the task of giving a beautiful sound to the gamer, but they allow the «cybersportsman» to gain an advantage in the game, due to the accurate display of the gaming space. Where is the enemy, at what distance, etc. And with this I was forced to agree, because I had approximately such sensations during the game. The microphone itself showed itself at a good level. I was clearly heard by my teammates in WoT, but the fact that most of the battles were lost is not his fault … Still, the ability to play does not depend on what kind of headphones you are wearing — which is a pity! Sound insulation. This is where the «senhi» are at their best — I did not hear ANYTHING from what was happening around me, and at the same time I did not interfere with anyone.

Summing up, I can say that the headset is well suited for competitive games — shooters, etc., in which sound special effects do not matter to you. But in single plots, where special effects complement the image of the game universe and the dynamics of what is happening, it is better to play in other headphones. Again — after a few hours, the headphones began to press on me, so it would be difficult to spend a long time in them.
