1. The best, most realistic space simulation i have ever played. Absolute freedom, huge galaxy, big variety of missions, realistic challenge and not just a pewpew space shooter, pvp and pve multiplayer. This game has it all. So far i haven’t encounter any bugs (the game is already out on pc and xbox a long time now so it would be weird if it had bugs) and it runs smoothly on ps4 and ps4 pro alike. Only negative thing is the online only solo game cause i would like to be able to play solo at least offline. This is the space game I’ve been waiting for all my life. No Man’s Sky was great but it was a survival game is space not a simulation. I’ll be playing this for years to come. Hopefully they won’t ever put down the servers or at least make the solo offline sometime in the future. Space sim lovers have to play this and everybody else who don’t afraid of a challenge you should try it. Top notch!… Expand

   There really are many aspects of the game without any explanation given that simply have to be tackled. But after that you can experience such a huge and wonderful game without any borders players get put in, without any story borders or restriction on how and where to be played. You simply start on place X with your little Sidewinder and get to experience the universe, as bounty hunter, miner, trader, pirate…… it’s simply up to you.… Expand

The sandbox-style gameplay echoes the original but in today’s world it feels a little lacking in narrative momentum and the punishment for death or law-breaking is far too lenient making it feel a little too much like a constant exercise in level-grinding.    Cockpit Experience 9/10 sooooo immersive, even better in VR

   Flight model, dynamics 9/10 it’s quite fun to fly and pew pew

   Network: 5/10 limited to wings of 4 lots of instancing issues, almost unplayable

   Gameplay : 2/10 (very limited and inconsistent, chaotic) This is the biggest problem of this title. The game is split in many activities ( that have little to no-overlap) and gets overall very basic, repetitive and dull.You will be jumping stars and looking a lot at a loading screen and you are meant to like it!

   MMO : 0 /10 all you can do is shoot others or drop/pickup cargo … the money in game cannot be transfered. There are lots gameplay limitation that ruins the game (cannot carry upgrades around . ..) pushing players to find loopholes to get around those … leading the dev to create more nerf / constraints to block players to do what they want = no freedom = more salt = less fun. The only impact you can have is the label of the faction controling a system or a nametag on a planet for having discovered it first. This «thing» is soporific!

   Difficulty : 3/10 there s quite a bit to learn before you feel confortable flying around., you may feel like burning your joystick while you are learning… It’s really difficult to not get bored too as all the end-game content is simply hidden away behind a soul-crushing repetitive grind that will make you regret to play this game.

   If you like space games, have friends to play with, and have a lot of imagination, then this game is for you : it will provide the world for your space adventures. But don’t expect too much variety in missions and activities. The bare extra-ordinary content will be created by you and what you decide to do and will always revolve around doing the same missions or shooting others.

   Space travel is soooo slow and long, this game will require a lot of patience, a lot of time just looking at a loading screen.… Expand

It’s easier to get into an IVY league school than learn to play this overly complicated POS. The brief experience I had: UI is a nightmare and pukeworthy, travel is tedium, basic controls arent explained and/or are counterintuitive as fk. Its open world, great, but after getting through the overly brief and not-so-helpful tutorial, 20 minutes into a mission with no clue how to do anything, the only «fun» is just writing this review.

   Proponents of this game will talk about an online flight manual or similar bs. However, I bought a game to play rather than sign up for a weekend reading project. Is it reasonable to ask a new player to invest hours learning controls and how to navigate the retarded navigation and cockpit mechanics before they know if they even want to play this flaming turd of a game? If a game needs a manual to get through a BEGINNER MISSION, there is an obvious design flaw imo. I’d rather watch bread mold in real-time than spend another minute on this POS.… Expand

The Wasteland is back with a «Witch Hunt»! The Ravager Foothold map, updated specifically for the event, new rewards for your vehicles and training grounds, clan battles with leviathans, and much more await you in this update!

  • Perk: «Hunting Missiles are more accurate, deal 30% more damage, and have 20% faster travel speed.» In exchange, the projectiles’ lifespan is reduced by 67%, and their maneuverability is also reduced.

• Phantom unique structural parts.
• Spray cans with unique paints.
• 4000 in-game coins.

The semi-mythical armored car «Phantom» crosses the Valley every autumn and disappears without a trace as it appears. No one really knows the story of his invisible driver. Some say that this is a soldier who has strayed from his detachment, still looking for his colleagues. Others, that this is a scavenger who disappeared under the rubble, who continues to look for something in the ruins of an abandoned research institute. Among the Survivors, he is known as Mirage, and can be recognized by his mask glowing in the dark of the cockpit. Meeting him is a bad sign. Clan battles with leviathans

• Battles with leviathans have been added to the schedule of clan battles.
• Battles with leviathans will be held on Wednesdays, from 03:00 to 07:00 (Moscow time), and on Thursdays, from 14:00 to 18:00 and from 20:00 to 24:00 (Moscow time).
• In the future, the schedule of clan battles may still change.

New versions of the Rocky Track and Industrial Track tracks have been added to the rotation.

Structural Parts

• Added Structural Parts from Season 2 (Doomsday Cars) to the Badge Exchange tab rotation.
• Now, with each new level of prestige with the Scavengers faction, the player will receive random structural parts from the following list (until all parts are given out):
  • Veil — 1 pc.
  • Right Phantom Wing and Left Phantom Wing — 1 each
  • «Cover» — 3 pcs.
• Thus, all structural parts can be obtained for 3 levels of prestige with the Scavengers faction.
• Attention! Parts are given for each new level of prestige received after the update. Prestige levels obtained before the update do not count, and parts are not issued for them.
• If you purchased the Phantom set (regular or elite), then when you increase the prestige level with the Scavengers faction, additional structural parts will not be issued.

• Now the module always detects enemy mines (previously it only detected mines when it was active).
• Added two new improvements:
• Might: Increases drone damage dealt by 25%.
• Convenient: Increase mine detection distance by 25%.

Armored caterpillar

• Weight bonus increased from +3800 to +4000 kg.
• Added 25% resistance to explosive damage.
• MP increased from 550 to 625.
• Reduced turning radius. Now vehicles with 4 armored tracks will be more maneuverable.

Hunchback Cabin

Maximum damage bonus from perk increased from 25% to 30%.

Harpoon «Skinner»

Now the destruction of the enemy only with the help of a harpoon (without causing damage by any other weapon) is counted as a complete destruction of the enemy by the owner of the harpoon.

Damage increased by 5%.

Shotgun «Nidhogg»

Improved physical model of the gun.

Mandrake Howitzer

The minimum angle of the Mandrake’s barrel has been changed to 45°.

This was done to make aiming more intuitive and the scope’s behavior to be as predictable as possible. Now there should not be situations when, when the camera is raised during aiming, the sight first moves further, and then starts to approach back.

Punisher machine gun

This perk no longer reduces spread.

KP-18 Typhoon cannon

• Perk effect duration increased from 3 to 4 seconds.
• Projectile explosion momentum reduced by 30%.

ZIS-52 Mastodon cannon

• A shot is fully charged 17% faster.
• Delay between shots when fully charged reduced by 33%.
• The first shot of a fully loaded cannon now heats parts 17% more.

Miscellaneous

Seeker Missiles

Seeker Missiles no longer continue to pursue an enemy that has hid from them in invisibility and exited it.

Radars

• Doppler, Maxwell, Oculus and Verifier radars now detect mines at a certain distance:
  • Oculus: 24 m.
  • Verifier: 30 m.
  • Maxwell: 16 m.
  • Doppler: 20 m.
• A new upgrade has been added to all listed radars, increasing mine detection range by 25%.

• Clicking on a player’s nickname in the market history will now open that player’s profile.
• Show car links and player polygons now have different colors.
• Added the ability to remap gamepad keys for all modes and layouts.
• Added strafe capability for camera-relative gamepad layout.
• Improved display of the main menu background in 4K resolution.
• Added the ability to visit the player’s garage and copy the link to his garage through the list of clan members and the list of applications for joining the clan.

• Added a new garage track during the Witch Hunt event.

• Added a new track for the brawl «Witch Hunt».
• The sound of the Roar cabin has been improved.
