The Witch Queen expansion for Destiny 2 has finally arrived, and Guardians are now deep into the new content created by the developers at Bungie.

From the new campaign to the ton of new weapons and craftable items, the popular MMORPG looter-shooter has received one of its most comprehensive updates so far, and fans can’t get enough of it.

However, along with the new weapons and the Void subclass abilities, players on Destiny 2 have found something that they have wanted for a long time.

For months, the game has run without a proper shooting range, where Guardians can hone their skills against targets in a pressure-less environment.

However, it took an entire expansion for the developers to finally build one, and one Guardian recently talked about it on the game’s official subreddit in r/DestinyTheGame.

In the Reddit post, the player talked about the Crafting Relic which can be found on Mars. The crafting system is one of Destiny 2’s biggest feature in the recent update. However, along with the new system, the Relic also possesses a Firing Range, where players can test out weapons with infinite ammo.

According to the Reddit post, to get to this Firing Range, players will have to walk past the Relic into a pathway on the other side, which contains an area with floating targets.

While Guardians will have infinite ammo, ability regeneration isn’t affected at all, and they will have to wait some time to test out the new abilities.

Additionally, it isn’t the most versatile Firing Range as the targets only showcase damage values. This reminded many players in the community of the Tribute Hall, which was a trophy room that acted as a firing range, and it disappeared from the game after it entered the vault.

Even though there’s a new Firing Range in Destiny 2, players would appreciate if Bungie decided to go big and create an entirely new system where Guardians can customize and choose what to use in it as they can sharpen their shooting skills, and it remains to be seen if it will ever happen anytime soon.

How to complete the «Wait…» challenge:

This Glass Storage challenge is very simple and relatively easy to complete, especially for well-coordinated Destiny 2 raid teams . For this raid, players need to defeat all the wyverns by sacrificing themselves when merging. Completion of this task depends on good communication between the members of the fireteam and dealing the full damage required to destroy the wyverns. If a wyvern is killed without sacrificing itself, a «Test Failed» message will appear in the feed and players will need to erase it and start over.

Before getting started, players need a good weapon and subclass to make it as easy as possible. Any weapon with high burst damage, especially heavy ones, is essential. Both strategies are perfectly good, but players will need to make sure they don’t accidentally kill the wyvern too early for the first strategy.

However, sometimes Wyverns can move too slowly towards the fusion, which can cause them to miss their chance to make a sacrifice when the fusion is gone. If this happens, players should ignore the Wyverns and let them disappear too, which they will eventually do.

Phase One

Only one Wyvern will spawn in the first phase of the skirmish, and players only need to defend the central fusion. Most Vex enemies, including the Wyvern, will climb up the stairs from the bottom right in front of the Templar boss. Players should always yell when a Wyvern spawns, as indicated by the spinning number lines of the Vex spawn effect.

This Wyvern will start climbing the ladder towards the confluence. Players can either weaken him at this stage or continue to ignore him until he reaches the fusion. When it reaches the confluence, it will lean in and start glowing, and the confluence will turn red. Players then have a short window to destroy the Wyvern as quickly as possible. When the merge disappears, the first phase of the meeting will be completed.

Second Phase

The same strategy applies for the second phase, only this time the players will be separated into a collision zone to protect the left and right fusion, and even more wyverns will appear. A total of four will spawn in this phase, as each merge will have to deal with two. Continue the fight as you normally would, defeating the incoming Vex enemies until the Wyverns spawn. Let them get to the confluence and then take them out as soon as they start making sacrifices. Repeat these steps when the second pair of Wyverns spawn, and then continue normally until this phase ends.

Third Phase

In the third phase, players will be split across all three fusions, which should mean that only two players can deal with wyverns on each side. This phase is the longest of the three and includes three sets of wyverns, meaning a total of nine wyverns will spawn. If players are short on supers or heavy ammo at the moment, debuffing the Wyverns before they reach fusion might be a good strategy. Defeat all the wyverns at the right moment and wait for all the mergers to disappear.

After all fusions and Vex are gone, a loot chest will appear and players can get their best armor and weapons from the Glass Vault.
