The 2004 classic Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas has arrived on Nintendo Switch via Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition, an HD remaster of the original game with new visuals, lighting effects, and much more. While a lot has changed in the translation from the original PlayStation 2 game to the remaster, one aspect has carried over relatively unaltered: cheat codes!
That’s right: Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition for Switch has tons of fun cheats you can enter via inputs on your controller, which do everything from giving you money to refilling your armor gauge, causing pedestrians to riot, and even allowing you to turn everyone into Elvis impersonators. You can even materialize a Hydra plane out of thin air! Fly around Los Santos, San Fierro, and Las Venturas, blowing up cars across the desert and countryside in a fighter jet — all in the palm of your hands.
Do note that some cheat codes are irreversible, and are noted as such in the list below. Please make sure you either save before using the cheat, or make a separate save file to use them. Trust us, you won’t want your main save file to be permanently stuck in a mode where every person in the game is shooting at you or running at you with machetes. Otherwise, most cheats can just be reversed by re-entering their inputs.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was put out by Rockstar for Xbox, PC, and PS2. Having received great reviews and achieved stellar sales figures, the game was a cross between a third person shooter and a driving simulation game. There are additions to this particular title like gang wars and car and character personal customization.
