Vermögende Haushalte können Beteiligungen oder sogar das Eigentum an Geschäften und Öffentlichen Einrichtungen erwerben und wöchentlich Gewinne erzielen. Der Gewinn kann jeden Montag ab 10 Uhr vor Ort mit der Option Geld sammeln abgeholt werden. Das Einsammeln dauert circa 30 Simminuten.
Diese Art der Beteiligung bezieht sich auf Rabbitholes und damit auf Gebäude. Im Gegensatz dazu können Haushalte auch Grundstücke erwerben. Diese können durch Ausbau aufgewertet werden. Rabbitholes können hingegen nicht aufgewertet werden. Dein Sim kann nur Partner oder Eigentümer werden.
Partnerschaft oder Eigentum erwerben
In der Stadtansicht erhälst du mit Linksklick auf Rabbitholes die Option für ein Investition, wenn das Vermögen des Haushalts ausreicht.
Am Computer haben deine Sims mit der Option Immobilie ansehen Zugriff auf alle Immobilienangebote. Am Smartphone können deine Sims über Immobilien- und Reiseservices > Immobilie ansehen ebenfalls den Immobilienmarkt einsehen.
In der Immobilienverwaltung wechselst du dafür mit der Option Zum Verkauf stehende Grundstücke ansehen in das Immobilienangebot. Unter der Grundstücksart Gebäude werden wir dir alle Rabbitholes angezeigt.
Hier können Haushalte aber nur Eigentum erwerben. Die günstigeren Partnerschaften werden dir hingegen nicht angezeigt. Immerhin wird auch dann der Preis für das Eigentum genannt, wenn das Haushaltsvermögen noch nicht ausreicht.
Egal ob du dich für eine Investition über die Stadtansicht oder das Internet entschließt – um sie abzuschließen, geht dein Sim zum Geschäft. Nach circa 30 Simminuten ist die Investition unter Dach und Fach.
Investitionen und Gewinne
Hier listen wir dir die Beteiligung und das Eigentum an allen Rabbitholes auf.
Der Gewinn nach Anzahl Wochen gibt dir an, wieviele Wochen dein Sim seine Beteiligung am Geschäft oder der Einrichtung besitzen muss, damit er seine Investition wieder eingenommen hat. Je niedriger diese Zahl, desto lohnenswerter ist die Beteiligung!
Im angegebenen Preis für das Eigentum ist der Preis für die Partnerschaft enthalten. Hat dein Haushalt schon eine Partnerschaft auf das Gebäude, vermindern sich die Kosten für das Eigentum um die bereits bezahlte Partnerschaft.
Ist ein Rabbithole bereits im Grundspiel enthalten, haben wir nur das Grundspiel angegeben.
Rabbitholes mit der gleichen Funktionen können aber auch in Erweiterungen vorhanden sein. Fehlt das Rabbithole im Grundspiel, haben wir alle Erweiterungen aufgelistet, die es mitbringen.
Verwaltung der Investitionen
Mit dem Erscheinen von Die Sims 3 sind Partnerschaften und Eigentum an Rabbitholes als Zertifikat im Inventar eines Sim gelandet. Auf dem aktuellen Patchlevel werden diese Gebäudeinvestition hingegen komplett papierfrei in der Stadtansicht und im Internet verwaltet. Damit sind die Investitionen eindeutig dem Haushalt zugeordnet und können mit Rauswurf des Zertifikatbesitzers auch nicht mehr ungewollt verloren gehen.
In der Stadtansicht tragen Partnergeschäfte und Eigentum gewöhnlich ein blaugrünes Icon. Das Icon wird ergänzt durch einen Stern für Partnerschaften oder drei Sterne für Eigentum.
Am Computer oder Smartphone können deine Sims Eigene Grundstücke ansehen.
Auf dem allgemeinen Reiter werden dir unter der Grundstücksart mit dem Hinweis Partner oder Alleiniger Besitzer in Klammern die Gemeinschaftsgrundstücke angezeigt. Mit dem Reiter Gemeinschaftsgebäude siehst du ausschließlich die Investitionen in Rabbitholes.
Rechte der Partner
Schon für Summen unter 10.000 Simoleon kann dein Haushalt eine Partnerschaft mit der Option Partner werden an einem Rabbithole erwerben. Als Partner kann dein Haushalt einmal wöchentlich einen Anteil an den Einnahmen abholen, hat aber keine weiteren Rechte an dem Grundstück.
Rechte der Eigentümer
Eigentümer wird dein Sim über die Option Anwesen kaufen in der Stadtansicht oder Grundstück kaufen in der Internetverwaltung.
Eigentum kostet deutlich mehr als eine Partnerschaft und die Zeit bis zum Reinholen der Investition ist meist länger. Dafür haben Eigentümer aber auch mehr Möglichkeiten an ihrem Rabbithole: zunächst können sie ihr Eigentum umbennen.
Außerdem können sie gezielt Beschäftigte feuern! Das Feuern verschlechtert eine bestehende Beziehung zum Leidtragenden massiv.
Auf die eigene Anstellung im Gebäude haben Eigentümer hingegen keinen Einfluss. Weder Beteiligung noch Eigentum an einem Rabbithole fördern die eigene Karriere oder verhindern den Rauswurf bei ungenügender Leistung. Immerhin kann sich ein Eigentümer umgehend für den Rauswurf an seinem Chef rächen und ihn ebenfalls vor die Tür setzten.
Für das Eigentum an Grundstücken mit der Option der Aufwertung zu ein, zwei oder drei Sterne-Grundstücken folgt ein eigener Artikel.
Keine Investitionen in Rathaus, Polizei, Militär oder Arboretum
In drei Rabbitholes können deine Sims nicht investieren. Das Rathaus, die Polizei und das Militär wollen unabhängig bleiben und entziehen sich dem Eingriff durch Partner oder fremden Eigentümer.
Für das Arboretum sind die Investitionen im Spielcode angelegt. Im Spiel selber ist die Funktion aber nicht freigeschaltet.

B. bei der Buchhandlung, Partner werden. Was ist das oder was passiert da? Weil ich möchte mein Geld nicht verschwenden

Wenn du Partner geworden bist, kannst du dir einmal in der Woche (Sim-Woche) Geld bei den jeweiligen Unternehmen abholen. Außerdem kannst du die Angestellten verwalten — du kannst sie entlassen und auch neue einstellen (letzteres funktioniert nur, wenn du das Unternehmen bereits vollständig aufgekauft hast)!
Die Unternehmen, bei denen du dich mit weniger Geld einkaufst, werfen natürlich auch weniger Geld ab. Irgendwann kannst du Grundstücke allerdings auch komplett aufkaufen (auch Gemeinschaftsgrundstücke wie z.B. Angelplätze) und diese dann durch das Platzieren von bestimmten Objekten attraktiver für Besucher machen und somit neue «Level» erreichen.
Dadurch nimmst du dann mehr Geld mit dem jeweiligen Grundstück ein.
Die Investitionen lohnen sich natürlich nur langfristig — wenn du vorhast eine Familie z.B. nur noch zwei weitere Sim-Wochen zu spielen, dann machst du keinen Gewinn. Wenn du den Haushalt noch länger spielst, dann rechnen sich die Investitionen auf jeden Fall.

Wenn du bei den Geschäften Partner wirst bekommst du alle 2-3 Tage Geld das du dir beim jeweiligen Laden holen kannst. Wenn du knapp bei Kasse bist rate ich dir es seien zu lassen, denn nur die wirklich teueren Geschäfte z.B das Krankenhaus lohnt sich wirklich

du kannst dir dann 1 mal in der woche geld abholen . kaufst du das ganze geschäft auf , konnte man früher auch sims feuern . ob das heute noch geht , kann ich dir nicht sagen . ich fand es aber immer besser ein gemeinschaftsgrundstück zu kaufen , wie zB das sportstudio um dann auf 3 sterne zu bringen.

du bekommst dann geld von den partnern.. aber nicht besonders viel… nachdem du partner geworden bist kannst du das grundstück aufkaufen, dann bekommst du noch mehr geld und hast die ganze «machT» über das geschäft

Sobald du bei einem Gebäude Partner bist bekommst du anteilig einen Bonus an dessen Einnamen, soll heißen du kannst dort regelmäßig Geld bekommen, dies siehst du wenn du in der Stadtansicht mit der Maus dann auf das Geschäft gehst und eine entsprechende Meldung erscheint.

Plague Guinea Pigs
The founding father of The Sims is long gone, but we still feel his influence to this day.

Chester’s DNA

We assigned this task to one of the junior producers. He was very excited about the opportunity to work on the game element (because he usually oversaw the translation of texts into different languages) and created a Sim named Chester.
If a Sim has an ordinary appearance, it will be difficult for you to determine if his children inherited his traits. So our producer rewarded Chester with fiery red hair, a mullet haircut, a sharp mustache, a puny figure and a huge nose. And started working. Mass Pregnancy
Pregnancy has always been an important element of The Sims. But while working on The Sims 4, we somehow forgot to check the box that only women can get pregnant.
