Of course, this is all cosmetic and is only for show, but this rare skin is still a great starter option for new players of Fortnite on PlayStation.

9/10 Guile — Street Fighter

This American major from the United States Air Force is one of few characters lovingly selected from the vast amount of Street Fighter characters that were chosen to be added to the battle royale. Guile soared into Fortnite back in Chapter 2 Season 7 and since then he has occasionally been available to purchase again in the Item Shop for 1,600 V-Bucks.

Tactical players of Fortnite may enjoy using Guile due to his green outfit, which may make him blend better into his surroundings. Not to mention that the military man also comes with an alternate outfit that gives him a more casual look, as well as an emote where he combs through is gravity defying hair.

8/10 Blue Striker

As the first ever Fortnite PlayStation Plus skin is no longer available, many players turn to using the second released exclusive called Blue Striker. Players may argue that this skin has far more detail to it than its predecessor while keeping to its Sony blue theme.

When the skin first dropped during Chapter 1 Season 4 there were issues with the skin as players needed to link their Epic Account to PlayStation. Fans had complaints about how this skin couldn’t be used on other platforms due to PlayStation not being available to cross-platform, but the skin is still a valuable addition to a players’ collection.

7/10 Blanka — Street Fighter

Blanka may appear like a monster, but he’s actually quite the docile man in Street Fighter. That doesn’t stop him from being an unrelenting powerful opponent both in Street Fighter and now to be proven in Fortnite by players.

Fortnite presented the skin, alongside its alternate design placing Blanka in a dapper suit, to players for purchase during Chapter 3 Season 2 where he could be bought for 1,600 V-Bucks. Like the other Gaming Legend collection items, Blanka has appeared in the store since then, meaning fans of Street Fighter are still able to play as him for themselves.

6/10 Carbon Commando

Another exclusive for PlayStation Plus users, the Carbon Commando can be downloaded from the PlayStation Store for free before even launching Fortnite. Epic released the skin during Chapter 1 Season 8, making it the fourth PlayStation Plus skin available to players to use.

Players that purchase the Carbon Commando also get his back bling of the carbon tank, as otherwise the skin name wouldn’t make any sense. Jokes aside, players enjoy this skin over the other exclusives due to its intimidating night vision goggles and blue mass that shows opposing players that they mean business.

5/10 Chun-Li — Street Fighter

As the main female protagonist of Street Fighter and an overall much-loved character of the franchise. It is of no surprise that Chun-Li is one of the gaming legends players can purchase as a skin when base-building their way to victory.

Represented in her staple blue dress also known as a qipao and perfect hair buns, she matches her original design brilliantly. Not to mention, players also have access to an alternate skin which shows her wearing more sporty attire. Players have been able to purchase Chun-Li periodically in the store for 1,600 V-Bucks since Chapter 2 Season 5.

4/10 Ryu — Street Fighter

The final mention of a Street Fighter Character and argued by players as one of the best options of playable Street Fighter characters in Fortnite is the main protagonist of the franchise, Ryu. Both the original skin players can purchase and the alternative that sees a more roughed up version of Ryu look incredible.

Fighting game fans first had the chance to buy Ryu during Chapter 2 Season 5, alongside Chun-Li for 1,600 V-Bucks. Players that missed out the first time do not need to fret, as Ryu has appeared in the store every couple of months since then.

3/10 Lara Croft

Known as a master huntress and the queen of tomb raiding, when Tomb Raider arrived in Fortnite during Chapter 2 Season 6, it shocked players. Unlike other entries on this list, Lara Croft was available through that season’s battle pass, where she came with her iconic tank top and ponytail.

Kratos is by far an amazing skin that PlayStation players will love to use. He looks incredible alongside the Oathbreaker set he was released with such as his glider shield, Leviathan Axe which he uses as his harvesting tool, and his most recent unwilling companion of Mimir as his back bling.

Nvidia’s cloud gaming platform GeForce Now was launched earlier this year when players were able to stream Fortnite on any device if they were a member of the service. This also allowed iOS users to stream the game on their phones despite the Apple vs. Epic lawsuit.

In a recent tweet, Nvidia announced that Fortnite players will be able to redeem a free Dish Destroyer Pickaxe if they stream Fortnite on their GeForce Now enabled devices until August 4, 2022. Players who are members of the exclusive service will only be able to redeem this for free in-game.

However, in another announcement, Epic told its player base that the pickaxe is not exclusive to GeForce Now but will also be available in the Item Shop at a later date. This means that those who aren’t able to redeem the free pickaxe using their GeForce Now memberships will have a chance to buy it using V-Bucks in the Item Shop.

The cost of the pickaxe has not been revealed as of yet as players believe that it will be released once the limited window of August 4 for GeForce Now members have expired. As soon as we get any news on its Item Shop release, we’ll be sure to update this article.

As the latest Fortnite Season 3 update brought players a No Sweat Summer, it left a weird bug in the game where players are getting empty loot chests. Here’s the latest on that.

Fortnite players have finally given up on the game due to its never-ending glitches and bugs that affect their overall gameplay experience. The latest glitch in the game is teleporting chest loot to a different location, and it’s getting pretty annoying for players.

Player feedback is one of the many things Epic takes very seriously that it aims to fix in every major weekly update or minor hotfixes from time to time. Often there are times when these bugs can get pretty annoying as they affect the overall gameplay experience for the player.

Fortnite players have seen bugs ranging from being stuck under the map or taking fall damage after jumping off a launch pad. From pros to content creators, each one of them took to social media to call on the developers to “fix the game”.

However, a recent update, v21.30, left a bug that has tested the patience of every Fortnite player active this season – potentially the most annoying Fortnite bug of all time. Here’s everything we know about it so far.

A strange Fortnite bug that is going viral right now on social media is the Loot Chests bug. It all began when Epic added the update v21.30 and introduced players to this year’s summer event, No Sweat Summer.

The update also saw the addition of Prime Shotgun which is considered to be the best shotgun in Chapter 3. While all the additions are fascinating and exciting to the players, the bug the update left in the game is still haunting players who are failing to win a game like they used to.

The bug, as shown in the clip above, teleports the chest loot to a nearby location outside if a player opens a chest box inside a building. This is pretty annoying as it doesn’t let the player farm loot fast as they usually would while landing on a hot drop.

Players have already started uploading their clips of the loot chest bug and are calling out the game to come out and fix this issue. This bug also creates double the work for those players who like to play a fast-paced Battle Royale match.

Not one to complain about bugs in Fortnite but man this loot from chests spawning on the other side of the wall or spawning up a layer is the most frustrating thing. Literally costing games.

Joining in the conversation are a few FNCS players who feel that this bug might cost them several games where they would end up losing on a major competitive level. The entire community has joined hands together to ask the developers to fix the game at the earliest.

While Fortnite has not addressed this issue on their social media handles or on the Trello board could also mean that players in higher ping regions might be the only ones experiencing the bug. Much so, even the newly released Two Shot Shotgun couldn’t impress the players with its faster fire rate and damage. So, Epic decided to throw a new shotgun into the mix to seek player reactions and improve the messed-up shotguns in-game.

Prime Shotgun was added in the latest update v21.30 to the unvaulted weapons arsenal in Fortnite. The shotguns were the second one introduced to the player base apart from the Two-Shot shotgun.

It holds 4 bullets in a clip and promises heavy damage on the first shot fired from a fully loaded clip. The 3 shots that follow inflict lower damage than that of the first one.

When a player reloads the shotgun, 3 blue dots appear on the gun with the red dot being the first shot being loaded. This brings back the memories of the infamous “One Shot Meta” from the OG days when the community used to perform using a Pump Shotgun.
