This news follows Sony’s «all-new PlayStation Plus» that is set to launch in June with three separate tiers and, depending on what tier you choose, access to PS5, PS4, PS3, PS2, PS1, and PSP games. Unlike Xbox Game Pass, however, no tier will give you access to PlayStation first-party exclusives at launch.
Hood: Outlaws & Legends is an online multiplayer title that is, as our review puts it, a «Robin Hood fantasy heist game where you and a crew of outlaws steal from the heavily guarded fortresses of the rich and give it to the poor. «
While we enjoyed our time with it, we also said that it «rewards sloppiness over cunning. That can be fun, but it also badly needs more content.»

SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom — Rehydrated is a remake of the 2003 3D platformer that took us under the sea to hang out with SpongeBob, Patrick, and Sandy as they try to stop Plankton’s plan to «rule Bikini Bottom with his army of wacky robots.»
In our SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom — Rehydrated review, we said that, «rather than addressing any of the real issues with Battle for Bikini Bottom that could have been tweaked without ruining the spirit of the original, it leaves history intact at the cost of making this a better game – and its problems have only become more noticeable with age and increased competition.»
Slay the Spire is a «fantasy deckbuilder adventure that fuses together card games and roguelikes» and we called it one of our favorite roguelikes of all time.
In our Slay the Spire review, we said that it «takes some of the best parts of deckbuilding games, roguelikes, and dungeon crawlers, and mixes them into a wholly new and extremely satisfying package. «

Alongside the announcement of April’s PlayStation Plus games, Sony also shared that Persona 5 will be removed from the PS Plus Collection on May 11, 2022. So, make sure to add it to your game library before then to continue to play it as long as you have an active membership.
While you wait for April 5, don’t forget to download March 2022’s PlayStation Plus games — Ark: Survival Evolved, Team Sonic Racing, Ghostrunner, and Ghost of Tsushima: Legends.

Free PS Plus Games for April 2022
April 2022 PlayStation Plus Games have been confirmed by Sony titled SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle For Bikini Bottom Reghydrated. Released in 2020, SpongeBob Reghydrated is a remake of the 2003 original and was well received by critics and fans at launch.
Sony PlayStation Plus subscribers have the option to download a set of games each month as part of their fee, and the games remain in their game library for as long as they remain a PS Plus member. PS Plus monthly announcements are often a hot topic for Sony gamers, and many feel the service is lacking compared to other subscription console services, notably Xbox Game Pass, which should change with the new PS Plus service expansion. PlayStation Now is more like Game Pass, offering a library of games that users can stream, while PS Plus is more like games with gold. PS Plus monthly deals are often discussed by users, usually due to the age of included games or missing features. A notable example includes Godfall.
As PlayStation confirms on Twitter, April’s PS Plus games include a diverse mix of genres, and the family-friendly SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle For Bikini Bottom Reghydrated is arguably the highlight of the party. Other games included with the subscription are Hood: Outlaws & Legends (PS4/PS5) and Slay The Spire (PS4). The games will be available for download starting Tuesday, April 5th.

SpongeBob: Battle For Bikini Bottom Reghydrated, a classic platformer that should appeal to PlayStation Plus subscribers who may have played the original or who have a particular passion for older games with the typical platformer style and talent. On the other hand, Hood: Outlaws & Legends offers brutal combat and stealth gameplay through PvPvE multiplayer heists in a medieval world and should offer a challenge even for seasoned multiplayer fans. Finally, Slay the Spire is a single player deckbuilder that combines card-based gameplay with the roguelike genre, offering something for strategists.
While not every PS Plus subscriber is excited about the releases, as some of the responses on Twitter show, April’s offerings are arguably the most diverse in recent months. With single challenge and multiplayer options, and games ranging from platformers to deck builders, it’s possible there’s something for everyone this month with PlayStation Plus. PS Plus has offered family games in the past, and for SpongeBob fans, SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle For Bikini Bottom Reghydrated is arguably the highlight of April’s PlayStation Plus games.

PS PLUS APRIL 2022 PREDICTION of free games for PS4 and PS5 in PS PLUS APRIL 2022 PS+ PS4 games of the month
Greetings, Playstation adherents, with you Roma Nomak. It’s time for another frivolous issue of fortune-telling about what games Sony will release under the PS PLUS subscription in April.
But before we start, I want to announce the winner of the raffle 500r. This time, many of my subscribers guessed different games. Both Team Sonic Racing and Ghost of Tsushima: Legends were guessed, but more people guessed Ghostrunner. The very first comment with a guessed game was left by a man under the nickname Mr Bulo4ka. Congratulations on your win, Bun! There is a PSN ID for him in the channel description, so I will write to him there and send the code for a voucher. Many thanks to everyone for participating, in the future we will definitely return to this kind of PS PLUS guessing contests. but for now we are taking a break. Youtube can say turned off monetization and the income from the channel fell very much and there was less free money for drawings. But they will still be on the channel, just not yet under this heading. Let’s now move on to my prediction.
Let’s start with the games that come out on the same day as the PS PLUS update, which is April 5th. So far, I have only been able to find one such game, and that is LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. As conceived by the publisher, the game should return was the interest in this series of games. It’s no secret that she has been marking time for a long time and does not offer anything new. However, the development of the gameplay has finally happened here. Now the camera is behind the shoulder of the main character, turning the game into a full-fledged 3D arcade action, and not a remake of old games. The graphics in the game have also been redesigned, as, I think, the engine. I’m really looking forward to this game, I want to return to the classic Star Wars universe again, and Lego will allow you to do this with humor as well. By the way, if The Skywalker Saga does not make it to PS PLUS, then there is a chance that it will make it to PS NOW, as it was in March with Shadow Warrior 3. For me, this option is also quite acceptable.
Well, since we got hooked on the PS NOW theme, in recent months they have been giving away, for example, Mortal Kombat 11, so it is likely that it will also fall into the PS PLUS subscription. Of course, relatively recently, in October 2021, there was a distribution with Mortal Kombat X, but the PS NOW catalog is a pretty strong argument in my opinion, which speaks of the transition of games from there to here. By the way, Ed Boon, director of projects such as Injustice 2 and Mortal Kombat 11, said that the next game will not be a continuation of either one or the second franchise. What it will be is anyone’s guess. I would bet on a fighting game in the Marvel universe, because this is a pretty logical step, all fans of fighting games want to play normal fights with Spider-Man and Thor.
The next game I think PS Plus might be giving away is the 2019 Grid Racing. It was a restart of the racing series with a redesigned control system, car damage, dynamic weather and the Nemesis system, borrowed, by the way, from Shadow of Mordor. The riders you passed on the track could hold a grudge and try to get revenge in another race. Quite an interesting system and, as I remember, it would be implemented in more games.
