…
This is a nice little game designed as a prequel to Life Is Strange 2…play this first to get a better insight as to what’s going on.
It’s beautifully made as are the rest of the series and it draws you in. Deeply immersive and somewhat sad. Reminds you that you get old!

One of the most difficult secrets to unlock in The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit centers around the dad’s phone pin. In order to unlock his phone, you need to input the correct code. Unfortunately, knowing where to look for said code can feel downright impossible. Fortunately, eagle-eyed Redditors were able to figure out the mystery which they posted up on Reddit.
In the game, you’ll notice a variety of Hawtdog Man posters and artwork. Interestingly enough, the dad’s phone pin is “Hawtdog” in cell phone type (1 = ABC, 2 = DEF). Why is the dad’s phone pin connected to Hawtdog Man of all things? Well, theories have been circulating that suggest the boy’s mother could be the creator of Hawtdog Man. This makes the character something of a sentimental figure to the father now that she’s gone.
As for the garage locker code, this one is a lot easier as it’s simply 2005, the year the dad won his championship (the year can be found via the dad’s trophy case).

Walkthrough The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit
You play as an ordinary 10-year-old boy named Chris, who desperately wants to become a superhero. His fantasy allows him to go on amazing adventures, but something truly supernatural is about to happen to him.
Choices you make in Captain Spirit and your decisions carry over into Life is Strange 2.
Create the look of a boy by choosing his clothes.
Go to the table and find the decal, which you need to transfer to the boy’s hand with the help of E + LMB.
After three shouts from his father, Chris will stop acting and will only open the door.
By using TAB, you will open a menu of the following tasks:
- create Captain Ghost outfit;
- Defeat the Water Eater monster;
- win the game on dad’s mobile, which is in the corridor on the table with the password 42983294;
- spy on Mantroid and his friends by playing with toys in the house;
- find Mantroid on his planet dressed as a superhero;
- learn how to shoot beer cans;
- find a treasure using a two-part map;
- Defeat the Snowmancer.
In the boy’s room there are toys near the table — play with them, and in the closet get the Captain Ghost costume. Above the table hangs the first part of the treasure map.
Play with the Sharkthorn lying on the floor.
After breakfast, wash dirty dishes and clean the refrigerator.
Approach your father and find the keys to the car near him.
Take the keys and take them to the entrance of the house and put them in a plate under the phone. Find a laptop and cell phone.
You can get the password if you find pictures of the sausage man. The phone code is related to the name HAWDAG.
Examine all the items in the house and you will realize that the password is related to the name of the superhero, invented by Chris’s mom. Throw a log into the oven to the left of the TV and play with the dinosaur that is lying nearby.
In the kitchen there is a closed door in the aisle, there you can wash your clothes in the washing machine. In the back room, use the boy’s superpower to open the door to the darkness. Go to the monster and with the help of the same super power make him calm down. Aquarius is defeated.
Answer the phone. Try to call three numbers on a piece of paper on the pedestal under the handset. Go to dad’s room and touch the lampshade on the table.
Take the key and look in the closet in the bedroom.
There will be objects that will help you clarify the situation. There is a sports bag in the closet, it will help you finish the suit. Take a cigarette from the pack of cigarettes on the window.
Go to the bathroom, examine the mirror. Use makeup on the right in the locker. Take the garbage outside, then play shooting range with snowballs until you win.
Find Snowmancer behind the house and repair him. Climb into the treehouse to find a cache on the left. Take the paper with the second part of the map. Find a pirate toy to complete the quest. You can set fire to a cigarette with a lighter from a bowl.
In the kitchen, find another door, take the key in the upper left and enter the garage with the help of the extracted key, find the spray can of paint and repaint the superhero costume. In the garage, open the locker (code — 2005) and read all the notes. Also take the cracker.
On the street, blow up the snowman with a firecracker.
Mission completed.
In the house in Chris’ room, decipher the map. Fold the sheet and card so that all the numbers are in circles. On the street, find a labyrinth from a pile of garbage, it leads to a treasure.
Enter it and turn left once, right once, left twice. You have completed the task. Play dad’s cell phone and get over 256 points. Use LMB in the game.
Go by car (spaceship) to the planet Mantroid. Learn super driving by interacting with your car.
After the video, go to the post and watch another video. In the house, wake up the drunk dad and talk to him. Then with Mrs. Reynolds. Watch the final video that completes the walkthrough.
