Castle Games for PC: 🏰 Castle Building Strategy

We have prepared a list of games for PC dedicated to medieval fortress building, siege or defense. If you want to bring down arrows from impregnable walls on the heads of enemies or start building your own castle — in our TOP you will surely find a suitable game.

Most of the games on the list below are strategy games, which is to be expected, since the genre has an ideal basis for castle building — important objects need to be protected, and most often walls and defensive towers are built for this purpose.

However, there are other, rarer specimens here, also closely associated with fortresses and castles. We did not create separate categories for them, since they are in the minority, but it would also be unfair not to include them in the TOP.

Age of Empires series

A popular franchise that started in 1997 and has survived to this day. This is a classic military strategy with many civilizations, reconstructions of historical battles and, of course, real castles that need to be built and defended.
