Description
After purchasing the company for $20,000, Tommy Vercetti learns from the previous owner, Maude Hanson, that the company is actually a front and the «ice cream» sold is actually drugs. Seeing the opportunity in this, Tommy takes one of the company’s ice cream vans and begins distributing the drugs through Vice City. After selling 50 «ice creams», whilst avoiding the attention of the police, the asset mission is completed.
Mission Objectives
In order to complete the mission the player must:
- Use your Mr. Whoopee Van to distribute Cherry Poppers product around the city.
- You receive money for each transition you make, but the more transactions you make the more police attention you get.
- Local gangs will not appreciate you doing business on their turf so expect hostility if you do so.
Notes
- This mission does not feature checkpoints, so the «ice creams sold» counter will be reset to zero if the player exits the ice cream van, dies or gets arrested. Therefore, the fifty «ice creams» must be sold consecutively for the mission to be completed.
- For every fourth «ice cream» sold, the player earns one star on their wanted level. The more ice creams sold the higher the wanted level will be unless the 1 star level is lost before selling the next product.
Reward
- Following completion of this mission, the Cherry Popper Ice Cream Company will generate a revenue of up to $3,000 a day. If the player owns at least seven assets, the penultimate mission Cap the Collector will be unlocked.

Tommy gets into the Mr. Whoopee parked in The Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory and prepares to start distributing some products.
The more clients he attracts, the more heat he gets, so Tommy must be careful.
He will also have to watch out for any street gangs in the territories he’ll deal in.

After Tommy has sold 50 packages to 50 different clients in a very short amount of time, Tommy is established as the top-distributor of the city.
The factory’s dealings will now regularly generate up to $3000, which Tommy will be able to pick up from the factory’s front.
Trivia
- The basis of this mission could be a reference to the «Glasgow Ice Cream Wars» of the 1980s, where rival criminal syndicates distributed drugs and stolen goods throughout the city using ice cream vans.
- It could also be a reference to the 1981 Cheech & Chong film Nice Dreams, where the main characters use an ice cream truck as a front to sell «Happy Herb’s Nice Dreams» — which are stolen marijuana.

Description
This mission is similar to the pizza delivery mission. For each product sold, they give a certain amount of money. You need to sell 50 portions for 1 trip. For every fourth «ice cream» sold by Tommy, a wanted star will be awarded. The bandits will not allow «ice cream» to be sold on their territory, and if they pull Tommy out of the car, the mission will fail immediately.

Prices by regions for one «ice cream» sold:
- Starfish Island — $15
- Vice City Center/Pron Island/Vice Point/Ocean Beach/Washington Beach — $12
- Escobar International Airport — $10;
- Vice Port — $8;
- Little Havana/Little Haiti — $6.
Tips for passing
- It is best to complete this mission in the southern part of Vice City Beach (these are the Ocean Beach and Washington Beach areas), which is on the island of Vice City Beach — there are no gangs, as well as there are always many buyers. At the same time, it is worth looking around so as not to be thrown out of the car and arrested by the police. nine0033
- Despite the fact that Starfish Island pays the most for one ice cream sold, you need to be careful — the guards patrolling the island are considered a gang by the game, and therefore they will also try to kick Tommy out of Mr Whoopee.
- The fact that the areas of Little Havana and Little Haiti pay the least for one «ice cream» sold, and that they are controlled by gangs of Cubans and Haitians, makes these areas the most irrational for this mission in terms of profit and security. nine0033
Bugs
- Sometimes, with a large number of frames per second, a melody may not be included in Mr Whoopee. To solve this problem, you need to enable the frame limiter in the game settings.

9000 Where to find all the cars in GTA Autos Sunshine Vice City
It can be difficult for GTA Vice City players to find all the Sunshine Autos cars, so a guide will be helpful.
Sunshine Autos has an import garage for the requested vehicles. Players can take part in these side missions after purchasing a property. There are four lists in total for GTA Vice City. It is highly recommended to complete each list as it will increase their weekly income.
Sunshine Autos initially brought in only $1,500. When the list is completed, this weekly income will increase to $4,000. This will be followed by $6500 and finally 9000 dollars. Players will also have access to rare vehicles.

Street cars and SUVs
These cars are a bit easier to find. Here’s what to look out for:
- Admiral (Starfish Island)
- Saber (North Point Mall)
- Guardian (Sunshine Autos, making it one of the easiest)
- Stretch (Versetti Estate)
- Virgo (Vice Point)
- Washington (Downtown and Vice Point)
Players will receive a Saber Turbo. They’ll remember this on a mission with Hilary King. This is one of the most difficult tasks in GTA Vice City. Players will also receive a $4,000 weekly bonus. nine0008
