Is there a GTA 5 Money Cheat on PS4?

No, there is no unlimited money cheat code in GTA 5 — not in single-player, and of course, neither in GTA Online.

There are many fake videos on the internet about the GTA 5 Money Cheat, as well as other cheats not on this page — but they’re not actually in the game, they’re only a result of modding on PC.

Unlike GTA San Andreas and GTA III, which feature dedicated cheat codes that give you $250,000, the money cheat is not present in GTA 5.

However, there are some great ways to make money in GTA 5: The best method is to save Lester’s Assassination missions until the end of the story missions, after completing all heists. This will ensure you have the maximum money to invest in the stock market thanks to the Assassinations, allowing you to earn millions across all three characters.

Can you spawn a Tank in GTA 5? (Cheat Code)

Unfortunately, there is no cheat code to spawn a Tank in GTA 5.

Unlike the GTA cheat codes of previous games such as GTA San Andreas, Vice City, and GTA III, there is no GTA 5 tank cheat.

The button combination of the old Rhino Tank cheat is actually assigned to spawn the Buzzard Attack Chopper in Grand Theft Auto V.

Do Cheats Work in GTA Online?

No, the GTA 5 cheats do not work at all in GTA Online.

All the GTA cheat codes are exclusive to the single-player mode of the game, there are no GTA Online cheats.

Can you save the game while using cheats in GTA 5?

Yes, you can safely save the game when using GTA 5 cheat codes, as their effect is not saved and does not carry over when reloading a save.

If you used cheats, you won’t be able to earn trophies and achievements just for the current session. This effect will no longer be a problem after you restart the game.

After restarting the game, the cheats will be de-activated, and you will now be able to earn trophies and achievements again. You can also still obtain 100% Completion in a save file where you used cheats.

Can you enter GTA 5 cheats in the Pause Menu?

Yes, you can enter the GTA 5 cheat codes in the Pause Menu.

After pressing the START / OPTIONS button, it’s also advised that you first press TRIANGLE or go deeper in the menu before entering the cheat. This will prevent you from accidentally backing out of the pause menu if your cheat contains a CIRCLE button.

Also, after entering one of the GTA 5 PS4 cheats in the pause menu, you must exit the pause menu by pressing the START / OPTIONS button again. If you exit the pause menu with CIRCLE, the cheat will not work.

How to disable cheats in GTA 5?

Some GTA V cheats can be disabled by simply re-entering them a second time, or are automatically disabled when your character dies.

However, certain cheat codes cannot be disabled during the current playthrough, and the only way to de-activate them is to restart the game or reload a previous save file.

Can you use GTA 5 cheats during missions? What is the «Cheat Denied» message?

During missions or specific areas of gameplay, certain GTA cheat codes cannot be activated. These include the GTA 5 Invincibility Cheaty, Drunk Mode, Slow Motion Aim, Explosive Attacks/Ammo, Moon Gravity, the Skyfall cheat, and more.

If you enter a cheat code when it is unavailable, the game will show the following message: «Cheat Denied: Cannot activate that cheat right now.»

Either way, using any of the other cheats during a mission will prevent you from obtaining a higher rating than a Bronze Medal.

The same «Cheat Denied» message may also appear with the GTA 5 Car Cheats when trying to spawn vehicles in very small or restricted areas. In this case, try the GTA 5 cheats to spawn vehicles in a larger area where there is more open space, especially for the GTA 5 helicopter cheat.

Can you use the GTA 5 Phone Cheats on PS3?

The GTA 5 Phone Cheats were introduced with the Enhanced Edition of GTA 5 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

So the phone cheats are not available on the original PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions. The only way to enter cheats on the old-generation consoles is via controller button combinations.

GTA 5 Cheats: Play as Any Character & Animals (via Director Mode)

In addition to the main single-player mode and the GTA Online multiplayer, Grand Theft Auto V for PC, PS4, and Xbox One also comes with a special «Director Mode».

The GTA 5 Director Mode gives you the freedom to play as any character model in the game, from Story Mode characters, hundreds of NPC & Pedestrians and even Animals — and free-roam around San Andreas. You can also select your GTA Online character.

In Director Mode you can also fully control your free-roam experience by adjusting various Settings, such as Location, Time of Day, Weather, Wanted Status, Pedestrian Density, and Vehicle Density.

Via the Settings menu, you can also permanently activate certain cheats like Invincibility, Flaming Bullets, Explosive Bullets, Explosive Melee, Super Jump, Slidey Cars, and Low Gravity. All the other cheats can also be activated by entering the respective button combinations.

With the Director Mode in GTA V, you can stage creative scenes, record them, and later edit them in the Rockstar Editor and share them with the community.

The GTA 5 Director Mode can be accessed in various ways when playing Story Mode:
