As of right now, everything still works; for the most part. Anyways, I’m done with constantly checking if any of these methods still work. So use everything at your own risk, as any on this information may be incorrect. If want money; duping cars might be a much more viable option now since the max sell price for cars off the streets is technically $190k. If you are still going to sell cars using cheat engine don’t go over $100k because the new update made every high end car worth $100k, so I assume they are looking into it. Best of luck to everyone and cheers to everyone who took advantage of cheat engine when it was at it’s best! Oh, and of course, lets hope we get to keep all our money and not get banned 😛

is doing, getting money. I’m not giving myself any unfair advantage that another high leveled played wouldn’t have, and your complaints aren’t helping anyone.
Read This
I’ve piled up over 100 hours already and used cheat engine for most of those, mostly experimenting. I don’t mean to brag ;), but when I found out about this, there were no videos or any posts about this. I’m quite surprised that Rockstar didn’t see this coming, unless they did and just don’t care. I just want to help explain to some people what you can and can’t do. You will definitely not get VAC banned for doing any of this since VAC and GTA are not linked, but what action Rockstar will take, I’m unaware of. So as always, do everything at your own risk. 
Server Side and Client Side Values
Server side values are numbers that are stored not on your computer, but on a database elsewhere. This would include your cash/bank and all your stats. These obviously cannot be changed. However, most of the values are client side. These can be changed, however, in some cases will still contact the server, or have limitations. For example, you can change the price of the Adder to $1, but you’ll get a transaction error if you try and buy it. Similarly, there is a cap on how much you can sell a car for, which is $190,00, and if you go over it, you’ll also get a transaction error. But there are many cases where it does work.
Where Cheat Engine Works
Money (Works for under $190,000) — As most of you already know, you can sell a car for anything under $190,000. The car must be any random car off the streets.
If its insured or has been in you’re garage you will get a transaction error. This works for many other things too. Just a little tip; the address’ are the same for every car, so if you’re using the speedhack to sell every couple minutes, you don’t need scan every time, just the first time.
Ammo (Works) — A friend of mine has a Firework Launcher, which is a limited time item, and once you run out of ammo for it, it’s hidden in your inventory. But using the same method as below you can get more ammo, as long as it’s under the ammo cap (20 in this case). This works for all other types of ammo as far as I know.
RP (Should still work) — Believe it or not, it works for RP too. Although I should warn you the RP in your stats (global RP) will not change, as that is server side. Your level however, will go up accordingly. 500,000 RP gives you a level in the 50s and 1,000,000 RP gives you a level in the 70s, but you can use any number you want; just giving a reference. 
Once you change the RP amount, the only way to know the amount you have after that is when your RP bar pops up at the top GTA when completing an award or getting a kill in a gang fight; anything that gets you RP during freeroam.
Speedhack (Works) — No, you can’t turn it on and go around as fast as sonic and get not get hit. I don’t recommend using this in a lobby with other people since you’ll probably get kicked. Make an invite only session or a solo session. You can use it to cut down the time for selling cars; you only have to wait a minute or two. Also great to get your stats like lung capacity, stamina, and flying up. The others should work fine too, although I don’t think there is much of a difference for shooting. I don’t recommend going over a value of 50 when using the speedhack or you’ll get kicked. I don’t see too much of a difference when using a value over 10 for the skills. You’ll also get kicked very quick at 50 so don’t afk for more than 15 seconds. 
How to Use Cheat Engine (6.3)
— Open up the GTAV.exe process from the top left of cheat engine.
— Put in the value you want to change, click First Scan.
— Once scan is finished, go back into GTA and change that value. (modify the vehicle to change the price, get more money/rp, lose some ammo, depends what you’re changing)
— Go back into cheat engine and put the new value in, and click NEXT SCAN. (Repeat last 2 steps if theres more than ~25 results)
— Select all of the results and click the red arrow beside the box to bring them down to the next box.
— Select them all again, right click, change record, and then change the value.
You can only sell cars for under $190,000 now, any more than that will give you a transaction error. It might be 5 times less than before, but hey, at least it’s 50 time faster than doing missions! Add me if you need some extra help or aren’t understanding something.
