Antes de empezar la misión «El asesinato del hotel» invierte todo el dinero que tenga cada personaje en BetaPharmaceuticals en el mercado de la bolsa llamado BAWSAQ. Una vez que hayas completado la misión comprueba las acciones y verás que has conseguido un montón de pasta con cada personaje, ahora véndelas.

Cócteles Molotov infinitos:

Ve al Puente que hay en la siguiente localización en la zona de North Chumash para encontrar cinco cócteles molotov. Para poder obtener los cócteles molotov infinitos, recógelos, salva el juego, sal y carga de nuevo la partida recién guardada. Los cócteles molotov estarán de nuevo allí y podrás cogerlos para seguir aumentando tu reserva de ellos. Repite este proceso las veces que quieras.

Duplicado de Vehículos:

Primero personaliza el coche que quieras y después cambia de personaje. Después de esto conduce con el nuevo personaje y pasa un poco el rato con el coche. Después sal del vehículo y entra en el coche personalizado. Cuando vuelvas con el coche personalizado después de conducir con el nuevo personaje, encontrarás otro nuevo coche personalizado aparcado. Ahora lo único que tendrás que hacer es coger el coche duplicado, cambiar de personaje y coger el coche original.

Salud completa llena, fácilmente:

Cuando estés bajo de nivel de salud y no estés en mitad de una misión, cambia a un personaje diferente y de nuevo cambia al personaje original. De esta manera tan sencilla lograrás que el nivel de salud se ponga a tope de manera inmediata.

Mensaje oculto en el mapa de la Edición Especial

Existe un mensaje secreto a modo de Easter Egg, no es un truco, detrás del mapa , y por si fuera poco es de lo más misterioso, ya que solo es visible con luz negra o ultravioleta. El mensaje original dice:

Localización de los maletines, dinero ilimitado y munición ilimitada

Truco del dinero y munición infinitos:

Para realizar este truco debes ir a unos de los tres puntos donde se esconden los maletines con cualquier personaje, cuando hayáis buceado hasta el punto donde se encuentra el maletín y lo hayáis cogido, rápidamente tenéis que cambiar de personaje, da igual cual sea de los dos restantes. Seguidamente volvemos a cambiar al personaje que estaba cogiendo el maletín y veremos que aparece de nuevo.

El maletín se puede coger todas las veces que quieras de esta forma, nuestro personaje no se ahogará ya que cada vez que vayamos hasta el de nuevo tendrá la barra de oxígeno a tope. Haz este truco hasta conseguir la cantidad de dinero necesaria.

Este truco también se puede hacer con munición, cuando encontréis munición cogerla, cambiar de personaje y volver de nuevo con el personaje que estaba cogiendo la munición y hacerlo las veces que queráis para obtener la cantidad de munición deseada.
